Requiem for a Dream (Kitti and Sin)

Life is a gift. It takes a fatal accident for Linaria Reese to realize just how precious it is. As she teeters between life and death, she finds a companion in the solitude of limbo. By some work of miracle, she is brought back- but she is not alone. Her companion is still by her side, but now Linaria can't decide if he's a help or a nuisance. Can they learn to accept what only they can see?

[SHIZ. I have no idea where to start ;-------; should she be in limbo still, or just "waking up"?]

(Hm, having her in limbo would give us time to describe the more intro-y stuff (like, what it looked like, what happened to them.) And it'd be interesting to describe that. XD)

[Otay XD]

Linaria lay back in the soft grasses of Limbo, mist swirling around her prone figure. If she'd oh so desired, it probably could have been a bit less dismal- but she was feeling odd today. It was sort of a detachedness, like being in a dream.

"What if this was all just a dream," she asked no one in particular, closing her eyes. She didn't know how long she'd been here- heck, she didn't even know where she was exactly- but she knew she hadn't been here long, maybe a few days, tops. She hadn't seen another soul since her arrival, and it was kind of lonely now that she wasn't panicking. She'd called the place "Limbo"- a grey, inbetween place.

All Linaria could remember herself was a crash, and pain, and a scream that wasn't hers. And then silence. After what felt like an eternity of silence, Linaria had woken up here. With a sigh, she sat up and opened her eyes, looking around the grey landscapearound her. "Hello," she called out, even though she was convinced no one would answer her. "Is anyone there?"
