The Time off?
So I live in est time, and have it set to -5 off the gmt, but the time the site says it is, is like a hour off the actually time my computer says, and I've checked my time and it's right. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Maybe something I did wrong?

Did you set it to automatically detect daylight saving time?

Hmm...this is curious.
(You're in a place that actually uses DST, right?) Edit: I'm in EDT, and my time is right for the record. |
I'm EST, Eastern Standard Time. Which is 5 hours off the GMT. Yet my time on here is an hour below the actually time.

Is your computer set to the right timezone? If the clock is correct, but the timezone/location is way off, it might cause what you're experiencing.

What I'm confused, my clock is set to the correct time for my time zone, which is 5 hours off the gmt.
When the DST is off, it's an hour under, when I try it to always been on it's the right time. When I have it to detect the dst time, that's when it's not working. I just figured that out. That has never happened to be, and I've never had to change my setting before. |
Rei Ann: If it helps at all, I'm in England and our clocks went forward on the 27th. The time for me is 3:10pm, so for the East coast it should be 10:10am.
EDIT: I pinged since you're online now. ^^ |
Well I got it working now, it the dst set always on, I was just them to know the auto isn't working for me. But thank you.
