She kissed him back, smiling. "Hey babe. After I take that test could we go and eat with Declan and Ashley?" She asked, taking the bag from his hands. "Thanks for getting these for me. Most guys would make the woman get it herself." She said, giving a small laugh and then heading into the bathroom. A few minutes later she came out with the test in hand, biting her bottom lip. She had to wait for her timer to go off in the bathroom before seeing the answer. She knew the timer would go off any second, so she was anxious.

Benjamin smiled at her, "sure we can, but only if you dont feel like your going to be sick again." he said as he looked at her and smiled. He then laughed, "well I would get anything for you." he said as he looked at her and watched her go. He waited for her and when she came out he saw the test. He walked over to her and wrapped a arm around her, pulling her close. He couldn't wait to know what the answer would be and kissed her head gently.

Finally the timer went off. She eagerly looked down at the test, then smiled. "Guess whose going to be a daddy again?" She asked, grinning as she hugged Ben.

Benjamin couldn't believe his ears when she told hmmhe was going to be a dad again. He pulled her close and twirled her around, "this is unbelievable." he said as he set her down and kissed her deeply. "god this is amazing."

She nodded excitedly, kissing him back and wrapping her arms around him. "We should probably still go to the doctors to check though." She said, putting her hand, and Ben's on the lower part of her stomach. She smiled excitedly at the small bump. "Who are we gonna tell first?!" She asked, wrapping her arms around him.

Benjamin smiled and nodded, "of course we will but I am sure he will say what we already know." he said and couldn't help but smile more when he felt hte small bump. The thought of another child thrilled him to no end and he pulled her closer to him. "and we should tell ma and pa, they would love to know." he said as he looked at her lovingly.

"Are they home?! Lets go tell them now!" She said, smiling. She loved the thought of another baby. She'd be having another baby shower, plus her and Ben would add another person to their growing, loving family.

Benjamin smiled and was going to say somethin when thr door open, "tell who what?" asked ma as she came in and looked at the two. You could tell she had been out with the horses since she was covered in some dirt and had ridig clothes on. "we just found out that we are going to be adding another mouth to feed soon." he said and ma just looked at them and a huge smilespread across her face, "are you serious?"

"Yes!" Scarlett said exictedly, grinning.

Ma smiled and hugged her excitedly and smiled at her son. "this is wonderful news!! I am so happy for you!!" she said as she looked at them. Benjamin smiled and nodded, he couldn't be happier for all of them.

"Make sure to tell Pa when he gets home! Ben and I are going to lunch with some friends.. but when we get back we'll have Josh with us. Then we'll have to tell him too." She smiled. "But I hope you don't mind.. were going to have to ask you if we could possibly take another guest room to use as a nursery?" She asked, biting her bottom lip. She looked at Ma, wondering if it would be alright.

Ma smiled at her and nodded, "dont worry, you can take any room to use. Oh and Pa will be happy to hear this." she said and Ben smiled and nodded, "yeah he will." he said and coudlnt' wait for the new addition to the family. A thought then occured to him, maybe he should start building on the house. If they were going ot have a big family then they would need some more space.

Scarlett nodded and took Ben's hand. "Kay, come on Babe. We should be at the Diner already." She smiled, leading him out of the room and towards the front door. "How about you drive?" |
Benjamin smiled and nodded, "then let's go." he said as he let her lead hikmand then wrapped a arm around her as he opened the front door, "sure, I can drive." he said as he looked at her and kissed her head gently. He still couldn't get over that he was going to be a father again and couldn't stop smilig.

Scarlett got in the passenger seat of Bens car and buckled herself in. "Tonight we'll celebrate." She winked. "I'm just so excited! I've always wanted to have tons of children!" She smiled.

Benjamin smiled at her and nodded as he got into his drivers side. He then smiled at her, "I know, I can't believe that we are going to have another kid. It is like a dream, a amazing dream." he said and kissed her quickly before starting the car and driving towards the diner. He couldn't believe that only a few years ago he didn't have her innhis life.

Scarlett kissed him back. "It is..isn't it?" She said softly, putting her hands on her small stomach. She loved the feeling of having a child in her. It was so exciting! To know that something depended on her. Something was inside of her, loving her before it even saw her. When they arrived at the Diner Scarlett unbuckled her seat belt and got out once the car was stopped. "Thanks babe." She said, taking his hand after he got out and locked the car. She shut her door, watching him shut his and then led them inside.
Once the two were inside she grinned at the view of Declan, her old boyfriend, sitting with Ashley, Bens old girlfriend. She went over to the booth, giving Declan a quick hug and then sitting down in the booth, she slid over to make room for Ben. "Guess whose having another baby?" She said, grinning. She smiled when Declan congradulated her. "Here Ben, I gotta go talk to the owner real quick. Their one of my old friends from working here, so i'll be back in a sec honey." She said, kissing him and then sliding out of the booth. She headed to the back where the kitchen was and went through the two grey double doors. She then went to talk with the cook. Declan then got up to go to the bathroom. ((Okay, once they accidently kiss both Declan and Scarlett will see it :3 )) |
Benjamin smiled at her and nodded as he drove and couldn't believe how everything was. He then headed out of the car once they were there and smiled as he took scarletts hand. "no problem." he said as he looked at her and kissed her cheek as he followed her inside. They hadn't been here for a while together and he smiled as he walked inside and remembered everything that happened in here. He remembered finding scarlett here again, then how he had been ehre with ashley and Scarlett and everything else.
When he saw Declan and ashley they looked happy and Ashely insatntly waved over at them and seemed excited. When she heard Scarlett Ashely clapped happily, "that is great news." she said and smiled at Declan. She had some news of her own but she was slightly scared to tell anyone. Ben smiled when he heard Scarlett and nodded, "hurry back." he said and kissed her before she left. Then Declan left and only him and ashley where left. Ben smiled at her, "so how are you?" he asked and Ashely smiled, "good, how about you?" she asked, "I am great." he said and Ashely looked down at the ground and seemed out of place. "uh Ben, do you think you could help me with something?" she asked and Ben nodded, "of course you can." he said and she moved and sat down next to him since she didn't want to make a big fuss. "well for a few weeks I have been feeling weird and a few days ago I headed to the doctor. They said that I am going to have a baby soon but I am not sure how to tell Declan." she said softly and ben just stared at her and could tell she was nervous. So he patted her hand gently, "that is great news and I am sure that declan would love to know." he said and ashely smiled and nodded, "I am just worried that he wont want to be with me." she said softly, "oh he will, trust me." he said and they talked for a little while. Then ashely smiled and was going to get up to go back to her seat but slipped on some water and ended up kissing ben. ((there we go)) |
Scarlett walked back from the kitchen, her heels clicking as she walked. When she turned the corner and saw Ashley and Ben kissing she started to cry. Her hormones were already high, so she ran out of the Diner sobbing. She went to the car, unlocking it with her spare keys and then got in the passenger seat.
Scarlett had her face buried in her hands until she looked up to see Declan storming out of the Diner as well, he came over to Scarlett and tapped on her car door until she opened it. He asked her if she was alright, and said that if she needed a place to go he was in room 115 at the best western hotel down the street. She nodded, letting him give her a hug before she shut the door again. She then watched him get in his car, obviously angry. |
Ashely pulled away when she was able to get a footing and pulled away from ben. "I am so sorry." she said and Ben smiled, "it is okay, not like you meant it." he said but then saw Scarlett run threw the doors. It took him a few minutes before he cursed and figured she saw him. Ashekythen saw Declan glare at herbefore running out there and tears started to run down her face. Did he hear her and not want to be with her? Did he see the kiss? Did he hate her? Panicstarted to set in and she quickly got to her feet. Ben stood up with her and looked at her. "we better go explain." he said and quickly headed out to the car. He saw Scarlett inside and crying. Gently he tapped on the window. "Scarlett please let me in! I can explain! It was accident." he said as Ashley ran over to Declan and looked to be completely out of sorts now.

Scarlett opened the door. "I want to go home.." She sobbed. "We can talk about it on our way home.." She said, burying her head in her hands. She looked up, watching as Declan eagerly let Ashley back into his arms and they drove away. What had she said to make him so happy? She rolled her eyes, looking over at Ben. "Please. I just want to go home.." She said, sobbing again.

Ben sighed when she finally opened the door and saw the tears. He knew it might take her forever to trust him again but she had to understand it was a accident. "we will go home, just listen for a second." he said as he looked down at her. "when you left Declan did too. So I started to talk with Ashley, she was upset since she has a little surprise for Declan. When she moved to get up she ended up slipping and we colided, that is whar you saw. Nothing more, I would never cheat on you." he said as he looked at her. "I would rather die then cheat on you, you know that." he said and hoped that she believed him.

Scarlett pulled him into a hug so that he was almost in the seat that she was in. "I'm sorry.. I know you'd never cheat on me, I just thought Ashley kissed you!" She said, crying into his chest. She kissed him softly. "I'm so sorry babe! I never should've thought the things I did.. I was just nervous that you might be getting tired of a wife, kid, and a baby on the way.." She said, hugging him close to listen to his heartbeat. "I love you Ben, I just don't want to ever lose you again." She said, her eyes looking at his.

Ben smiled when she hugged him and he quickly wrapped his arms around her. "don't worry everything is okay." he said to her softly as he held her close to him and kissed her back. "I would never get tired of you or the kids, your my life and always will be." he said as henmissed her again and held her close. He smiled when he heard her and kissed her again, "and I love you and never want to lose you." he said to her softly and kelt her close. He then kissed her head and whispered into her ear, "and it turns out we aren't the only ones having a kid." he said since she deserved to know.

Scarlett smiled. "Aww, really? That's cute." She said, hoping Ashley and Declan would have an adorable child. "Lets go pick Josh up and then go home."
