Xing took her hand with one hand and straightened his glasses with the other. "Thanks," he replied.

Abby gave a small smile."your welsome",she said quitly."Xing, if theres anything on your mind, you know you can talk to me, right?"

Xing nodded. "Right. But I'm fine, really." He replied.

Abby gave a smile."you sure?",she asked looking worried.

Xing put on a smile. "Yeah, I'm sure." He replied.

Abby looked doutfull, but desided not to press it."alrright",she said and headed for the door.

Xing watched as Abby left the room. He let out a breath, finally. He sank down onto his bed. "I was hoping I wouldn't have to face a member of my family this soon....."

Abby sighed sittig on her bed."somthings bothing him I just know it...heh,he's just like me in that way, not wanting to worry anyone, with whats bugging me"
Kimiko, who had been out and about appeared in Abby's room. "that's for sure" |
That's when Elliot came up the stairs. "What's going on up here? I heard talking." She said.

Abby blinked looking to Elliot."oh hey Elliot, i was just talking to Kimiko"

"Ah, I see." Elliot replied. "I could've sworn I heard Xing though. Must just be my imagination..."

Abby smiled."i was talking to him a few minites ago"

"Ah." Elliot replied. "You worried about him?"

Abby sighed some."yeah, somethings bugging him"

"Do you know what?" Elliot asked.

Abby sighed."i have no idea"

"It might just be nerves about his next shaman fight." Elliot said.

Abby nodded."proabbly"

"Did he tell you when it was?" Elliot asked.

"today, in a hour or so",Abby said saighing.

"Ah," Elliot replied. "That means around 2:00 pm."

Abby nodded"yeah"

"Here's hoping he wins." Elliot said with a smile.

Abby nodded."yeah,but im sure he will"

Elliot smiled. "Oh, by the way, what got Xing landed in the hospital anyway? I saw the bandages under his shirt collar."
