Cookies are fairly fast to make xD I don't really get a chance to make much else. I do know how to make banana bread (first thing I ever learned to make) but I don't like to eat it xD

I've never been a fan of hummus with anything in it - I just like the plain hummus from Trader Joes (I've tried other brands and I'm not totally hooked on any other than the TJ brand. :P)

Everyone's different. ^ - ^ We have a local all-natural food store that makes super amazing hummus. And this weird Mediterranean sandwich that has olives and a bunch of other stuff on it that's amazing. I could talk about food for days. :P |

Pesto lasagna? O - O Never heard of it, but it sounds pretty good. I'd give it a shot even though pesto isn't my favorite thing. XD I'm used to "Norwegian lasagna," my grandmother made it for her family of farmers lol. It was basically hamburger, lasagna noodles, onion soup mix for a boost of flavor, and tons of Velveeta.. it was amazing. Pesto, cheese, and sun dried tomato sandwiches though.. Unngh mmm.. |

Chem: I found it in a cookbook a few years back, and I've made it a few times. It's got pesto, ricotta, spinach, sunflower seeds, onion... and if I really have it in me, hand made green spinach noodles (but I've never done that before). And then oil and cheese, and it's all very yummy! :D I love it even more the next day. ^_^
My mum is a Pesto Queen and we grown our own basil every summer and make it. We use it to 'barter' with friends for stuff. Haha! :P Oh, that does sound yummo!!! Both that lasagna, and that sammich combo! [drool] |

My mom has been making a lot of what she calls 'chai cookies' which taste just like chai and they're just made up as she makes them with lots of yummy spices and they're really good! :D

I would totally try your lasagna! Yummy! I want my own herb and spice garden so bad.. but I fear I would make the whole thing devoted to rosemary for my winter soups.. < o < Haha. |
