I make those cupcakes, rainbow, at least 3 times a year for big congregations. We have assemblies and a convention, so I just make a ton of cupcakes and share them with my friends and then make some new friends.

Nuu. It says... "Candy Decorating Pen." They're hard tubes and you have to stick them in some warm water on the stove to soften them up to use. I mainly use them for decorating chocolates when I make chocolate candies.
