I have just started playing games today actually I just reached the 250 max, and this is my first forum as well so I'm not really sure how to go about getting into a roleplaying thread.

Lullaby- If you click on the link in my signature (we're naked and we know it) It'll go to another thread. Granted, they aren't online until later in the night/ earlier in the morning.

Cool I'll definitley check it out, I was just over in the role playing forum and reading the role play guildlines thread, it's pretty informative lol but it actually sounds pretty hard to do. I'll check it out and may try it thought, thanks for the suggestion.

There are a lot of different types of RP'ers on this site. Not everyone is serious, but there is a correlation between the serious ones and the amount of gold they have. :yes: A lot of people just do it for fun. There are group Rp's that are easy to get into, then there are one-ones that the more serious people write. I suggest trying to join a group before doing a one-one, however the larger the group the slower the RP goes. If you're shy, then do the opposite. Find someone on the site that you are friends with, that normally helps take the pressure off writing. The speed totally depend on the writers themselves. (though with groups there are sometimes angry people because others are posting too slow or not at all. *phew*

I mainly rp just for fun and for helping me with my writing. I can post a decent sized post, but I can also do very small ones.

Roza: Oh, it's not my best subject either, but I need the class for my GE requirements... -bleh!- So boring, but at least I've got part of the study guide now finished. Time to move onto my Document Analysis that's due on Monday... Thankfully that only need to be 1 to 2 pages in length, so not bad at all. ^-^ Before moving onto my Intro to Crit Thinking homework (which is Explicating and Diagramming complex arguments).
