I love babies...it's a shame they grow into children though. In general, children disgust me.

Hahaha. Cassette, you make a good point. I'm not a huge fan of either, but as long as I'm not the one they're waking up fourteen times a night for no apparent "raisin," they're okay in my book. Sigh, Asian babies are so cute.

Its funny, ive always dreamt of this happening, not in this way or at this time but now it has im stumped. Im pretty skint, and i dont have my own place or a stable career. But i want a baby, and i think doing it independently would make me a better parent than if everything came easily. At least i'd get help at first from the government, till i can figure out a way to work aswell. Then i can do open university when she/he gets a bit older. I dunno...I know my whole family and the dad will tell me to get rid, but my heart is totally fighting it cause its what ive always wanted =/ |
I think its their innocence for me, that they have a world of knowledge to learn yet. But there's always an eventual turning point where they become selfish hellspawn absorbed in their own worlds. That's when I stop liking them.

I'm not too bothered about the ethnicity of a baby, I just love it if they're chubby. I would sit and cuddle them forever if I could. Being a childsnatcher or a midwife would be an ideal job for me. The only thing that puts me off being a midwife, minus my horrible bedside manner and general uncaring nature, is the fact I don't fancy sticking my hands up some woman's nether regions. xD

I don't think there's ever a "good" time to become a mom? Lots of people seem to end up pregnant by accident, at the worst possible time.

Don't like babies or childrens even though I work with childrens. At least it's not babies no idea how to hold them or what to do with them.

Oh, bleh. I want nothing to do with the birthing process. Unless its my own, but I'd far rather get a c-section. I can barely handle getting tattooed, I can't imagine my disdain of rearing a child. / Shudder /

I love kiddies, but yeah, won't be looking forward to the teens, but who does haha xD My last contraceptive messed my body up entirely for years, i blame it for the relationship going down hill, i had problem after problem and that was without my mood swings xD And when i took it out we were trying for a baby when we sorta sorted things out and failed. Even 2 years after taking it out i was still not having periods so i thought i couldn't concieve. Guess my bodies FINALLY sorted itself out, just at the wrong time! |

Stupid really. But its not like i was sleeping around or anything. It was with my partner, and i didnt think i could concieve anyway. Since then I slept with a good mate a couple of times purely for comfort, and then the guy i lost my virginity with when i was 17, who is not gonna be pleased with what i have to tell him next week xD |
@Lavi: I have PCOS so I rarely get periods, when I do it comes as a shock. That's why my ex and I rarely used anything, because we figured I was safe enough. Though there was a pregnancy scare just before we split up. :oops:

I used the birth control shot for six months and it was a nightmare. I was always depressed and had my period constantly. Literally constantly. And my libido took a nose dive. What's the point in having contraception if you have no sexual desire? I was lucky, though. All of my friends, I later found out after I stopped getting the shot, gained 30+ pounds with the shot and had constant mood swings.

Constant contraceptive pill for me because I was doubled over in pain for about 10 days a month and if I get taken off it doctors shall find I'll be back in no time with anemia

The only side affect that works is the one that kills your sex drive xD I got mine back eventually, but by then it was too late to save the relationship, and not having a baby inside me didnt help either xD Ah wellz! Im sure i'll figure out what to do in the next week or two. I hope im early enough to give myself time to decide, i don't wanna rush into doing something i can't take back D= |
Your tattoo is adorable. I have a daisy on my ankle in memory of my grandfather and great grandmother. When he was little, he would always pick daisies and bring them to her as a gift. My mother did the same, and when I was young, so did I. It was a sweet tradition in our family.
