@Cassette: Well, I asked Jelly if I could change it to Nightmare, since the owner of it has been inactive since '07, though it might not happen because he/she (no avatar) has 17 posts. If I can't change it, then I hope my mule's name can be changed instead.

@Dan: Ah, there's nothing worse than someone else wanting the name you want. Okay, there are many things worse, but still... The name I want is Flea, and as far as I'm aware, no-one has it.

@Cassette: That's a nice name! XD Most of the time the names I think are nice and look up are taken already, but sometimes they aren't. :3 Hopefully I'll be able to get it, but if not, I'll just go and think of another one. XD;;

I love it! No-one ever makes the connection to The Red Hot Chilli Peppers though, which is where I stole Flea from, and they just think I like fleas. xD I hope you can get it. C:

Chocolate Fudge Brownies

3 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temp, cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
5 eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups chopped walnut pieces

Glaze:
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons apricot preserves

1. Preheat oven to 325F
2.Melt chocolate and butter in a glass bowl set over simmering water.
3.Sift together flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir chocolate mixture into flour mixture. Whisk in eggs. Pour into a 12 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle walnuts on top, pressing slightly into batter.
4. Bake 40 minutes or until the edges become slightly crisp and the brownie has risen about 1/4 inch. Let cool 30 minutes.
5. Combine water and preserves in a medium saucepan, whisking well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Boil 2 minutes.
6. Using a pastry brush, pat glaze over brownies.
7. Place brownies in the freezer 3 to 4 hours, Remove from freezer, let stand 10 minutes and slice.

Serves 24
Nutritional facts per serving: 480 calories, 37g fat, 85mg cholesterol, 6g protein, 39g carbohydrate 3g fiber, 51mg, sodium.

ok i didn't use walnuts or the glaze part and didn't put in the freezer and they were good like that.

@Iku- It's my wax creeper. I put it in threads that I'm planning on talking in, so I remember to talk in them. :lol: Totally just made that up on the spot.

Also, brownies.... :drool: Wren put peanut butter chips in hers. And sometimes uses fudge frosting.
