Ichigo listened to what Nel had to say and was curious. "Two things: Why did you let him go for so long? Certainly someone would have tried attacking him or something, right?" Ichigo asked. Before Nel could answer, Ichigo continued. "And why do I have the feeling that he went after you first?"

" Most of us remaining Arrancar , didn't see him as a threat at first. There were others that tried to stop him but failed. There was something about his Zanpakto seemed very familiar. There are some other Arrancars that survived the Winter War and my death could have been used as an example for those who still oppose him. " Nel said.
" Did it feel at times you were not in control of your actions?" Urahara asked Nel and saw her nod . |
Ichigo growled lightly once he heard that. While he was glad to hear that Nel wasn't first targeted, it alarmed him that whoever this was had stolen Aizen's Zanpakuto. "Whoever this is...not only does he have his own blade, but also that of Sosuke Aizen," Ichigo said solemnly.
"Is there anyway to train against the mind control effect that Kyōka Suigetsu has?" Tatsuki asked. |
" As far as I know there isn't. But keeping complete focus while fighting can help. I'm thinking we should start training again on weekends, just so everyone is ready for what might be coming. " Urahara said.

"How would we train though?" Ichigo asked out of curiosity. He wasn't completely sure how they could train against the mind control that Kyōka Suigetsu used.

" I know an illusionary kido technique that we can use. I used it in the past to prepare myself to fight Aizen when the time came. " Urahara said knowing it wasn't as strong as Kyoka Suigestu, but it was the closest thing he had that would work.

"What do you think Hoshi?" Tatsuki asked, noticing that her friend had been silent ever since they came inside the shop.

"Is it possible this new leader will want to try to capture me like Aizen wanted to?" Hoshi asked. She had heard what everyone else said, but she had gotten the feeling she was going to be in danger again. She never liked feeling afraid.
" It is possible Hoshi-San. But you are much stronger than you were 19 months ago. I know you and everyone else you know will make sure you are safe. " Urahara said,seeing her nod and knew that Hoshi wanted to fight. He also knew that there was the risk that she might be a target again. |
"He's right Hosh, about everything. Even if you are a target, we'll do everything in our power to help get you back," Ichigo said with such seriousness that it would have surprised some people in the room if they haven't heard it before. 'Even if I have to give into my Hollow side to do it,' Ichigo thought to himself. Even if he didn't like Hichigo, he knew that the Hollow half of his power would at least protect Tatsuki and Hoshi.

Hoshi nodded , glad that those she knew would help keep her safe.
" I'll let you know if I hear anything from Soul Society" Urahara said before they left. He knew that they would want to hear what Nel had told them today. He also wanted to hear why Isshin was called yesterday. Tetsu had told him about what had happened with the Arrancar. |
"Thanks," Ichigo responded before saying good bye to both Urahara and Nel. He wouldn't say it out loud, but he was glad that Nel was alright. As they left, he hoped that this training would help deal with taking care of Aizen's blade.

Hoshi also said goodbye to those at the Urahara shop and walked home with Ichigo and Tatsuki. Hoshi hoped she wouldn't be a target again, wondering what Seers could do that so many people wanted.

Ichigo and Tatsuki walked with Hoshi, both lost in their own thoughts.

" See you both tomorrow." Hoshi said with a small smile once they arrived at her house.

"See you tomorrow Hoshi," Tatsuki replied with a small wave before they both saw Hoshi head inside.

Hoshi had waved goodbye and headed inside. She heard her dad in the kitchen and went to greet him before she changed into jeans and a tshirt. She helped with dinner and with the dishes, thinking about what she had learned at Urahara's today and went up to her room to read a little bet before bed.

Ichigo watched Tatsuki head into her apartment before heading back to his house. Once he got towards the clinic, he went in through the side door, locking it once he was inside. Seeing both Yuzu and Karin at the table, he nodded to himself before seeing what was for dinner. Grabbing a plate and helping himself to it, he asked how Yuzu and Karin's days were.

Hoshi got ready for bed and though she felt a presence outside. She didn't see anyone, but had the feeling someone was there. She went to bed hoping that it was just her imagination.
Tetsu sensed the presence too, glad that he had strengthened the barrier recently. He knew this wasn't a hollow, and wondered if it was their new adversary. |
Tatsuki prepared herself for bed but before going to sleep, she felt an evil presence around her room. Grabbing her necklace lightly, ready to transform if necessary.
"Don't worry little shinigami, I'm not here to harm you...tonight anyways," a voice said with an evil chuckle, chilling Tatsuki to the bone. Once the presence and voice left, Tatsuki shivered lightly, knowing that she wouldn't be able to get any sleep now. |
Hoshi slept fitfully, dreaming she was being chased by someone evil. She woke up with a start , knowing she woulnt be able to go back to sleep again. She closed her eyes and waited for her alarm to go off. Once it did she got in the shower. She got dressed and ready for the day and was glad her dad was still there. Hoshi told him about him what she sensed last night. He told hr to keep her guard up and that she knew where to go if the house was ever attacked. Hoshi gave him a hug goodbye when he left and put her lunch in her bag , before leaving herself. She ran the whole distace to school, sitting on the bench, wondering if anyone else had sensed the evil presence.

Ever since that voice left, Tatsuki tried everything she could do to pass the time, knowing that she wouldn't be able to sleep. Eventually she decided on taking a walk and before long she found herself in front of the school gates. Sneaking up the gates, she then made her way to the dojo. Using the light from the moon, she practiced some of her katas, going from the novice set of katas, advancing from one set of moves into another. Once she finished with that, she noticed someone outside the building.
Making her way out of the area, she noticed that the sun was out and that Hoshi was sitting down on her usual bench. "Star-chan?" she asked, wondering what she was doing here so early when she got next to her friend. She wondered if she had a similar visit as she did, hiding a yawn behind her hand after calling Hoshi's nickname. |
" Tatsu? You're here earlier than usual. Is everything okay?" Hoshi asked, feeling concerned and wondered if her best friend had the same visitor that she had.

"Not really..." Tatsuki replied before she explained what happened the night before and how she came to be here so early. "I just hope I can stay awake today," she said before yawning again. "I think we should let Ichigo know."

" I think we should too." Hoshi said and told Tatsuki about what happened to her before bed and the dream that followed. Hoshi was afraid that the man in the dream was the same presence she had sensed the night before.

"So the question is...why is he tormenting us?" Tatsuki asked after listening to Hoshi. She was worried that if this kept up that both of them would be unable to help: both themselves and their friends.
