It was always difficult to sense anyone from Squad 2 . He assumed she would start off at Urahara's before arriving at the house to talk to Katia. |
"Don't mention it. We're family," was Ishida's quick reply, honestly meaning it now that he knew the two were family. He would have to ask his father or Saya's aunt if they had any ideas that would help raise his training or any new techniques. He had a feeling that being the right hand man of the Vandenreich's leader was going to be powerful.
Soi-fong appeared in Kisuke's shop a few hours ago, knowing that Kisuke was going to create a Gigai for her so that she could move around here without Hollows coming after her or accidentally creating spiritual powers unlike a certain substitute shinigami. |
Urahara had just finished the Gigai that Soi-Fong would nee. He also could sense that Katniss had gotten stronger and wondered if she had achieved her Bankai. He grinned and went to find Soi-Fong." Your Gigai is ready. Let me know if there is anything else you will need." He said with a grin.

"Thanks," she mumbled slightly, trying to her image and reputation. However, let it be known that the servant for Yoruichi did have manners. Looking it over for any flaws, she nodded to herself lightly. "Rarely do I say this, nor am I going to repeat myself but...good job Kisuke," Soi-fong said before feeling a strong amount of reiatsu before looking over to the blonde ex-captain. "Kurosaki is here?" she asked out of curiosity, not knowing about Katniss...at least not yet.

" You are welcome Captain. No it isn't Ichigo. It's Katniss-san. She's been doing some training the last few days and I'm glad she made progress. I was getting a little worried." He said, not mentioning that Katniss' training was for Bankai.

"Training for what?" she asked out of curiosity.

" Bankai. She used the method I developed, since meditaiton wouldn't have worked. I haven't seen it yet, but I hope to soon." Urahara said.

"Sounds interesting," Soi fong said with her curiosity piqued. However, she knew that she had a job to do here first and asked Kisuke what he knew about Katia, having a feeling he knew at least something about the ex-Vandenreich member.

Katia has been helping around the store while up she has been here and seems a bit unsure about things. I know the time she is spending with her cousins is helping her adjust to life here.I know she was a lower ranked member and probably won't know too much about any major workings of the Vandenreich. I know she's afraid about something though I don't know if it is the fear of the Vandenreich coming to take her away.Her safety is a concern of mine and Tetsu. " Urahara said. He knew of some strange things happening in the area since Katia was captured. He assumed it was the Vandenreich looking for Katia.

Soi-fong listened to what Kisuke had to say, taking down a few notes here and there as he talked. She understood not to threaten Katia by taking her to Soul society or away from Tetsu-san but was curious about one thing. "But she can still help, especially with what several others think that Tetsu-san left out in his report about what Katia-san said," Soi-fong said. She, herself, had a feeling that she could help by drawing a small map of the area, or tell about some of the weaknesses that the Vandenreich had.

" What do they think Tetsu left out?" Urahara asked. He wasn't sure what it could be unless his friend feard the information would be handled badly. He trusted that it wasn't anything too major.

"They wanted me to first confirm what the report said, but they also want to know how to get a bankai back, once it's been stolen. They think that Katia knows how to work the plate that steals the bankai," she replied. "Although...my personal opinions have me feel as if it has something to do with Kurotsuchi-san," she said.

" She does know how to work it. I'm sure there is a way to get it back but she hasn't mentioned it. All the times she's shown how it works she just reverses what the disk can do. I can see why Tetsu left that out. He doesn't trust Kurotsuchi at all when it comes to that sort of information. " Urahara said. He wouldn't admit he let his Bankai get stolen, since it was strictly for research purposes. He was close to finishing what he came up with, it just needed to be tested. |

"I don't think many people trust Kurotsuchi to tell you the truth," the captain of the stealth squad admitted before continuing. "So she knows how to use it, but doesn't know how to reverse the effects?" she asked, before a thought came to her, but...he wouldn't, would he? Soi-fong shook her head lightly at the stupid question. 'of course he would, if it was for research purposes.' |
"She is able to use the disk to return Bankai. I do have something that might be abled to prevent Bankai from being stolen, though it just needs to be tested." Urahara said.

"Tested how?" Soi-Fong asked, quite curious, but also a little cautiously. At the rate this was going, she would be able to get the answers that she wanted without having to interrogate Katia all that much. However, she would still like to meet the girl and see if there was any information that she could get, anything that could help against the war.

" I want to have someone with Bankai to test it out and have Katia use the disk. When, I'm not sure, though soon. I want to be sure that it works correctly. " Urahara said.

"I have bankai, even if I hate using it," Soi Fong said, noticing a female coming out from the basement. She wondered if this was Katniss, but didn't ask.

" Would you be willing to try it out for me? We could test the device once you get back from talking to Katia." Urahara suggested. He knew how to use the disk and would be willing to help.

"I don't see why not," the captain said.
Katniss saw the petite woman and wondered who she was. She had a feeling she was from Soul Society, but didn't know of her status nor rank. |
" Alright then. I'll be ready. Ah Katniss-san How did everything go?" Urahara said to Katniss.

Katniss smirked lightly as she said that she finished her training, although she hadn't tested it yet. She then asked who his...acquaintance was, unsure of their relationship.

" Katniss, This is Captain Soi-Fon, Captain of Squad 2. Captain, this is Katniss Everdeen." Urahara said introducing the two. He couldn't remember which squad Katniss was in.
