Katia shrugged her shoulders lightly, unsure as to what to do

"Want to play a video game? We have Mario Kart and I could teach you how to play it." Hoshi said .

"You would teach me?" Katia asked.

" I would. " Hoshi said with a smile.

"Then I would like to learn," Katia responded with a grin on her face.

"We'll start out with the easy tracks then."Hoshi said and hooked up the Wii and handed Katia a controller.

Katia grinned lightly "Thanks," she said as she copied her cousin's actions and held the device sideways.

" Want to choose the next track?" Hoshi asked Katia once they had finished the first one.

"Sure! How do I choose?" she asked.

Hoshi instructed on how to go get to the menu screen and was looking forward to seeing which track her cousin would pick.

Katia followed Hoshi's instructions before getting to the "Select Track" menu. Seeing the 'Mushroom Speedway' and how easy it looked, she picked the track.

" Having fun?" Hoshi asked as they played.

"I am," Katia said with a grin.

" I'm glad you are. Maybe I can teach you bowling next. " Hoshi said.

"I'd like that. I've missed out so much while being under their control..." she said softly.

Hoshi gave Katia a hug. " I know you have. Remember I promised to help you catch up. " She said with a smile.

"I know you did, and I thank you for that," Katia responded as she returned the hug.

Hoshi smiled." Today is going to be fun I promise. " She said and wondered when she should call Saya and Soji.

"I hope so," Katia said softly. She had a nightmare of everything going wrong today...

"Should we call now? That way we can meet for lunch." Hoshi said looking at the time.

Katia looked at the time, surprised that time passed so quickly. "That would probably be a good idea," she said.

Hoshi dialed the number she had for Saya and waited. She hoped today wasn't going to be a bad one.

Saya heard the phone going off and sighed lightly, especially since they were only halfway through the movie.

" Hi Saya. Hope I didn't bother you. Would you like to go shopping with Katia and myself ?" Hoshi asked.

"Hey Hoshi-chan, and I would love to. Can you give us about...another hour or so? Aniki and I are watching a movie," Saya replied.
