Before she could call Byakuya or Renji, her phone went haywire, notifying her of several Hollows in the area. "Asami, head back to Tatsuki and stay there." She said, quickly flipping her phone closed and heading off to where the Hollows and her friends were, hoping that Ichigo could protect both himself and Hoshi until she got there.

"You're welcome," was all that he said before he saw the four hollows, scowling as he thought of how to protect Hoshi. He then heard what she said and growled lightly. He then remembered the modsoul that he carried with him in the off chance that Rukia wasn't around to change him. Grumbling lightly, he took out the pill before dusting it off lightly.

"Kon will take you home while I protect you. He knows what Aizen looks like and to make sure to get away quite quickly. I do like my body intact after all," he said, jokingly as he swallowed the pill, becoming a shinigami once again. He noticed Kon running away, pulling on Hoshi's hand lightly. Softly sighing in relief, now knowing that her dream couldn't come true, he turned towards the hollows, Zangetsu on his shoulder.

As Kon and Hoshi ran toward home, She couldn't help but wonder what would happen now? She was worried for Ichigo's safety. She was hoping Rukia would be there to help him. She knew she shouldn't have held back what she saw in her dreams this long.

Asami ran back to Tatsuki's even more worried. "If Hoshi-san is going to be hurt what happens to me? " She knew she wanted to help but she'd wait to ask later when this was over. She cowered in a corner of Tatsuki's room. Hoping that everything would be alright.

Meanwhile a brown haired man was watching Ichigo fight the hollows from the top of a building. "Everything is going according to plan." he thought to himself. He wouldn't make an appearance just yet. A few things still had to happen first.

Ichigo was panting lightly, using Zangetsu to block a claw, jumping at the last minute to dodge a clawswipe to his unprotected back. His senses were on the fight, and as such, missed sensing the brown-haired man standing on top of a building, just as Aizen knew he would. This was the only reason why he watched Ichigo's fight.

Rukia jumped into the battle as soon as she got there, slicing one unlucky Hollow's mask, but the blade only nicked the mask, causing a small scratch to appear. "Need any help?" She asked, causing Ichigo to chuckle lightly. Her smirk only grew as he answered her question with a yes...just not that simple. She vanished as her blade shone in the moonlight before coming back with a look of shock on her face. Usually the normal version of her zanpaktou was enough for such small fry, but these hollows were different...not once did she scratch another mask or cause minor damage to the beasts. She growled lightly.

"Dance Sode no Shirayuki," She said, releasing her shikai as the temperature around them got colder.

"An ice Zanpaktou?" Ichigo asked himself, curious as to how it would work in battle. His battle sense told him to move and he jumped to the left, as the cement he was on just a few minutes ago dissolve as some substance hit it. As soon as Rukia jumped to the right, Ichigo let out a Getsuga, catching and destroying one of the hollows, two hollows remaining.

Rukia was starting to get annoyed, especially since she had to use her shikai on such small fry as these. She focused her anger and used it to its full potential without it taking her over, causing her to speed up and take out one of the remaining hollows, as ice flowed from the slash mark and covering the mask before it shattered. "What are you staring at?" Rukia yelled to Ichigo as she moved in front of him and blocked a glob of acid, scowling at Ichigo.

"Was just surprised, that's all. Didn't think you could use Shikai midget." He said, not happy that she blocked that for him, and swung his sword in a horizontal manner above Rukia's head, slicing the hollow right where it's hole was. He then holstered Zangetsu and headed off to where Kon and Hoshi were running to, Rukia behind him soon after in her human body.

Kon and Hoshi stopped near Ichigo's home. They waited for Ichigo to get there. Hoshi felt very scared. Something didn't feel right. She hoped no one had followed them here. "I have to find more courage. I want to be able to protect myself. She had a very scared look on her face. She hoped Ichigo and Rukia would be there soon.

Asami couldn't help but feel it was her fault. "I need to ask how I can help Hoshi and her friends. I want to repay Hoshi for her kindness to me. I'll ask Rukia-san for help." She would do that . She hated feeling useless.

Ichigo spotted Kon and Hoshi outside of his house and fused with his body, the modsoul's pill popping out. He then quickly put it back into Kon's plush form, hearing him gag lightly at having Ichigo's germs on it. Ichigo ignored him as always, taking a short glance at his window, noticing it just starting to close. He never understood why Rukia liked sleeping in his closet. He opened the door as they entered the household. Ichigo went up to his room as Hoshi silently entered Yuzu and Karin's room.

Rukia sat in her makeshift bed, her spirit phone held up to her ear and talking to her brother. She had a lot to discuss with him, especially with what Asami told her. For some reason, the Shinigami girl had a feeling that Asami would want to help as well.

Hoshi was sleeping on the floor of Yuzu and Karin's room. They were already asleep. She hoped she wouldn't dream again. She wanted answers to why she dreamed this way. Did her mother also dream about her death? In this nights dream, Hoshi was running though a building. It had white walls. She knew that someone was after her. She didn't know who. Before Hoshi fell asleep she promised herself she would tell her friends what it was about. She didn't want to hide anymore.Morning would come soon enough.

It was morning and Ichigo's sisters had woken her up. It was good to see them again . Hoshi answerd the questions they had for her. She knew she couldn't bring up what was bothering her around them. She went with them after getting dressed.

Tatsuki woke up and yawned, stretching. She did not know about the events of last night, but she was still glad to finally to soon be able to help Ichigo and the others, or die trying. She saw Asami huddling in a corner, shivering lightly from last night's events, not that Tatsuki knew anything about it. Going over to the girl, she hesitantly placed her hand on the girl's shoulder, not knowing if her hand would pass through or not. "Asami-chan, wake up." She said with authority, glad that her hand didn't pass through her shoulder, hoping to wake the girl up from whatever was bothering her.

Rukia woke up to her phone ringing in her ear. She quickly picked it up and heard the annoyed tone of her brother on the other side of it. "Sorry Nii-sama, I just woke up," Rukia said, apologizing, but kept her ear to the phone as Byakuya was about to tell her some interesting things.

"Tatsuki-san, it's time to get up already? Asami had slept fitfully . Too much was on her mind. "Do you think I would be able to help protect Hoshi-San?" She hoped she could. She'd never find peace if Hoshi died. " Why do you think Hoshi is in danger? I know she can see ghosts like me , but why because of that? I hope Mr Matsuda is okay . He doesn't like me very much. Hoshi thinks her dad can't see ghosts but he can see them."

"I don't know, sorry...I'm just as new to all of this as you are Asami-chan," Tatsuki said as she fully woke up. She wished she could help the ghost girl out more, but she didn't know anything about what was going on. "Did something happen last night? You're a little more skittish than normal," Tatsuki asked, concerned. Her shower could wait until afterwards...especially when she would have to ask Hoshi's father if he could see ghosts.

Ichigo slowly woke up, hearing that Rukia was talking to someone...most likely her asshole of a brother. Grumbling about waking up early, he rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and yawned lightly, grabbing a set of clean clothes as he headed to the bathroom to take a shower. He looked towards his sisters' room, and wondered why Soul Society, and more importantly, Aizen, wanted Hoshi.

Asami shook her head yes. "I think Hoshi was attacked last night. I left here after you went to sleep to find Rukia-san . I told her what I knew about who wants Hoshi. Then her phone started to beep and Rukia told me to come back here. I'm scared that Hoshi is hurt!" She shook some more in the corner. Asami didn't know that Hoshi was safe at the moment. " I hope she's okay." And she looked down at her shoes.

Byakuya did have some interesting information. The glowing eyes were caused to Spirt energy being aplfied by another Shinigami. This was rare in occourance . There was one family that was known to be the best at this. the Matsuda s a minor noble clan that had supposedly died out after the last member was killed. Tetsuya Matsuda was part of the Fifth Division and was killed . Or was he?

Tetsuya Matsuda or Tetsu now, was alive and well . Why did he flee? What did he witness and what information did he have?Hoshi didn't know this, but her father did his best to hide his past from her. He hated to see his little star suffer with her abilities. He wanted her safe and if she was able to predict things like his late wife Hotaru, Hoshi would be used to aid in Aizen's destruction. There wasn't any way to help her. Tetsu didn't want the Gotei 13 to find out about her either. He knew he'd be punished for leaving. He just hoped that no one there knew about Hoshi and what she could do.He hoped Ichigo could keep her safe. He knew his time was running out. Both of the sides he was running from were closing in.

Hoshi hoped she could talk to Ichigo and Rukia soon. It was hard enough keeping what she knew from her dream to herself.

"We'll check on them, but I have a feeling that Rukia-san and Straw-chan can take care of themselves, and protect Hoshi, and when I become a shinigami, I'll help too." She said, hoping to calm the girl down, planning to make a visit to the Kurosaki clinic as soon as she took a shower and got ready for the day.

That explains a lot...what is Matsuda-san doing? she asked herself, hearing the water running in the bathroom. She had several questions, and it all dealt with Hoshi and her father, moreso her father than the sleeping girl in the next room. She knew that if it came between Ichigo or Soul Society...when it came to Hoshi, Rukia would side with Ichigo. It would be the least she could do after he went to all those lengths to save her. Closing the phone, she idly wondered just what was going to happen in the future. "Renji said it best... Ichigo just brings chaos with him," she said to herself softly as she heard the water stop running. She would wait until Ichigo returned to tell him what Byakuya-nii-sama found out.

Hoshi was tense waiting for Ichigo. Hoping soon they could head to Urahara's . Hoshi wanted to tell them about the dreams." I should have said something on Monday . Why am I such a stubborn person? I hope I haven't done anything to upset anyone." Hoshi was afraid she had done something. She didn't want to upset anyone she knew she couldn't fight. " Why am I afraid of the shinigami? I shouldn't be should I? I've felt I've been hiding all my life . What is my dad hiding from me? I can't ask him. I don't want to see him angry again. Hoshi kept a cheery face that morning, She knew she couldn't metion what had happened around Ichigo's family . She hoped she could talk to Ichigo and Rukia soon.

Asami felt better after Tatsuki said that. She knew today was the day that she would do her part to help her friend Hoshi.

Ichigo got dressed after drying and heading back to his room. Knocking on his closet door to alert Rukia that the shower was free, He then headed to his sister's room and knocked on the door lightly, checking to see if anyone in the room was up. Hearing some movement in the room, he went downstairs and starting making breakfast. While he wasn't as good at cooking as Yuzu was, he could get by. Opening the fridge, he got a few eggs out in order to make omelets.

Rukia sat up quickly, startled out of her thoughts by Ichigo's knocking. Opening the door, she made her way to the bathroom, turning on the shower. Since it was similar to how things were in Soul Society, Rukia had no trouble at working the knobs.

Tatsuki grinned lightly at seeing Asami calming down. For some reason, the girl reminded Tatsuki a lot of herself when she was younger...it was why she got into karate in the first place. She told Asami that she was going to take a shower and then they could go to see Ichigo and everyone else. Maybe that's why she feels calm around me, even after Star-chan told her about me... she shrugged at herself before getting into the shower, unconsciously starting to lightly sing.

Hoshi was waiting to take a shower . She went over the details of the dreams in her mind. The first one she was running though a building with white walls. She knew in the dream to avoid the rooms . There were things in there that would kill her . She was running from a man . To him this was a game , but to her it was torture .

She couldn't remember the details of the second one very well. She hoped she could remember . She felt it might prevent things from getting out of hand.

Ichigo took the omelets off the stove as he saw Rukia coming down in a set of clothes that she borrowed from Yuzu. "Morning midget," was all that he said, waiting for her to call him a baka as usual. When she didn't, Ichigo looked at her curiously, noticing the troubled look in her eyes. "What's wrong?" He asked, already knowing that he wasn't going to like the answer.

"I'll wait until Matsuda-san is down here. I don't want to talk about her behind her back....and some questions can only be answered by her." Rukia said as she took a plate and took it to the table. She grinned as he scowled at her just taking a plate, but it couldn't be helped. She was hungry, and using her Shikai after such a long time was the reason. "This is pretty good."

"Thanks midget," he said, smirking lightly as he saw her scowl, seeing that she was still the normal shinigami that she was. He was waiting impatiently to see what Rukia found out about his friend and that incident. He then noticed other members of his family coming down.

Tatsuki turned off the water and took the towel off the rack it was sitting on before drying herself off. She then grabbed some clothes and put them on. She was wearing simple clothes for the day, not sure exactly what Urahara had in store for her. "Come on Asami-chan, let's go see if that baka is up yet."

Hoshi grabbed the clothes in her school bag, and went after the bathroom was empty. She wondered how much of the dreams she should say. The second one was bothering her very much. Her dad was in it and he was fighting someone. Who she didn't know. Hoshi went downstairs with everyone else. "Thank you for breakfast Ichigo .It's very good" She smiled. She was troubled for some reason. It could have been from the events of last night, or it could be she was worried that something was going to happen that she couldn't change. She noticed the concerned look on his face. What had happened last night?

Asami followed Tatsuki toward Ichigo's. She hoped that Hoshi was alright.

"Don't mention it. I'm not as good as Yuzu, but at least I'm not completely useless." He said as he turned the stove top off and taking the last plate for himself. He looked up and saw Hoshi's troubled look. "Star-chan, what's wrong?" he asked, concerned.

Tatsuki headed towards the Kurosaki clinic at a steady fast pace. She knew that Ichigo and Rukia most likely kept Hoshi safe, but knowing it and seeing it were two different things. She kept her senses active, just in case. She was also having trouble hiding her excitement at the chance of becoming a shinigami.

"I'm okay. I just have a lot on my mind lately. I had two dreams last night and I don't know if they mean anything. " She didn't want to get into detail with his sisters around. " I think my dad is in trouble. I think someone wants to hurt him. Who I don't know I just want to know why I do this. " She was worried that her dad might die. The dream bothered her a lot. Why did she do this? She hoped if she let them know his death might be prevented. Who was he fighting? She wished she could remember what the other man looked like.

Ichigo had a feeling that she didn't want to talk about her dreams while his sisters were in the room, he only nodded, but inwardly he was anything but calm. He was worried about her father, knowing that if anything happened to Mr. Metsuda, then he didn't know how Hoshi would take it. He made a silent vow to ask Urahara if he could use one of the modsouls to keep an eye on him. So much stuff is going on all at once... he thought to himself, trying to keep a level face, and any signs that the stress were getting to him.

He got up and put his plate in the sink, knowing that either he or one of his sisters will take care of it eventually. He then heard the door bell go off. "Who is it?" he asked, having a feeling that it was Tatsuki. If it were either of the troublemakers that he called friends, he wasn't sure how he would deal with them. He smirked as he heard Tatsuki answer with her name. Opening the door, he smirked as he saw the almost giddy-like look on her face. "You just couldn't wait, could you Ryu-chan?" he asked, teasing Tatsuki.

Tatsuki stood in front of their door with a scowl on her face after Ichigo teased her. "Very funny Strawberry," she said, taking the small grin/smirk off of his face quickly before being replaced with a scowl. She wanted to ask about the events of last night, but wasn't sure how to ask about it without sounding nosy. Sighing, she decided to get it over with. "Ichigo...Asami-chan told me what happened last night. Is Hoshi-chan alright?" She asked as he gave her a nod, causing her to relax just a little bit.

"Mind if I come in?" She asked as he moved away from the door, letting both females head inside his home. As she headed into the kitchen, she saw Hoshi look at with what looked like a troubled look for a few seconds before it became a look of happiness. She blinked, not sure if she saw it or not. "I ran into Chad and the others on the way here...they looked as if they were heading to that shop we were at yesterday." She said, causing Ichigo to curse.

"Actually, I asked Urahara to call them, since I found out some interesting information about everything that's been going on recently. Since we were going to go there eventually, I forgot," Rukia said, shrugging her shoulders lightly, not seeing the big deal in not being told.

Ichigo sighed lightly and slumped his shoulders lightly, knowing that there was nothing he could do about it now. Giving his shinigami partner a small glare, he headed back inside, letting the three females talk.

Hoshi was happy to see Tatsuki. " I'm alright Ryu-chan. "So the others will be there also? What sort of information? Did I do something to upset anyone? " This made Hoshi nervous. She hated feeling like this. She didn't understand what was going on. She knew she couldn't fight back . That's why the dreams scared her so much.What did Rukia find out?Hoshi wanted answers to why she could see things. "I have to trust my friends I can't run anymore. I feel thats all I've been doing the last eight years of my life." She felt better knowing she had friends to help her she had to find courage in that. Hoshi finished her breckfast and rinsed her plate. She notcied Asami was relieved to see her . " I wish Asami would tell me what's wrong. I don't like seeing her like this. "

Asami was reileved to see Hoshi safe. She didn't like to see her friend so upset. It made her upset. Asami was worried something was wrong with Hoshi. Asami also had to find courage. She sat there with the others hoping to hear what was going on for the day.

Hoshi did feel a little better. "I'm sorry I've been so tense lately. I just want to know whats going on and why my dad's been acting weird. I just hope he's okay. What about my dad? I as far as I know he's human ." She wanted to know why her dad was acting weird.

Tetsu was alright at the moment. He had a seminar in a few minutes he didn't want to be late for. He raced down the corridor to the room. He paused to look out a window for a moment to collect his thoughts. He wanted Hoshi to be safe this weekend. When he got home he would try to assure Hoshi everything was alright. Even if they weren't at the moment.

"Don't worry about it Star-chan, we'll find out what your father is up to. We all have those feelings of wanting to know what's going on with our parents, well except for me. Then again, with my dad..." he left the rest unsaid, causing the Hoshi and his sisters to giggle. Sporting a true grin, he saw his father coming down the stairs. "Welcome to the world of the living and we'll be back later," He said as Hoshi and the others got ready to leave, knowing that his father liked sleeping in on the weekends. He looked over at Tatsuki and he worried about her, hoping that she wouldn't deal with the same chaos that he had to deal with when he regained his powers.

Tatsuki noticed Ichigo looking at her with a look of worry flash through his eyes. "Straw-chan, relax. I can take care of myself." She said irritably. She knew he was a protector at heart, but sometimes it could be so annoying, like it was now. She noticed Rukia also giving her a look of worry. Sighing lightly, she told the petite girl that she would be fine. She knew the risks and was willing to go through with it anyway.

Rukia's thoughts were running amok in her head, not entirely sure what she was going to say when they got to Urahara's shop, hoping that she wouldn't hurt Hoshi with the information...she just found out that Hoshi had more in common with Ichigo then she would think. Byakuya did mention that Isshin was the captain of the tenth divison, but Rukia had a feeling that if Ichigo learned about that, he'd kill his old man.

They left the house and headed toward Urahara's. Hoshi was worried about Tatsuki. She didn't know what shinigami training required. She walked up to Ichigo and whispered," Will Tatsu be alright during the training? "Hoshi had to relax a little, but the dream from last night kept botheing her. She had to remember who the other man was. She didn't rcognize him. It wasn't the man who kept chasing her in the other dream. She also notcied Rukia was distracted a little. "What's going on? Who was the other man? Why was my dad fighting him? "
