"Ah. So she is your wife's mother?" Toushiro asked.

" Yes. Hotaru's father died when she was 13. Though Fumi said they never found his body , only the car that he drove," Tetsu said and always wondered what happened to his late father in law.

"How odd," Toushiro responded before yawning lightly. He had to admit that the movie was well done and kinda felt bad for Elsa
|
" It is. " Tetsu said not feeling tired. " I can keep watch in case Halibel comes back. " He offered.

"You sure that's alright?" he asked. He didn't want to burden Tetsu after all.

" It is. I'm not tired really and sort of want to keep watch for a few hours. Something tells me Halibel will be back sooner than we think." Tetsu said.

"Alright. I leave it in your capable hands then taichou-dono," he said before closing his eyes.

Tetsu sat down in a chair and got out of his Gigai. He sat on the roof of his house knowing none of his neighbors would be able to see him like this. If they could he would just deny that it was him.

'That should be long enough I think...' Halibel thinks as she makes her way back towards Toushiro's location. With her wounds now healed, she was ready for battle once again.

Tetsu sensed a change in the air and had his hand on his Zanpaktou just incase there was a fight.

"Interesting...the girl's father is here to try and stop me?" she asked once she spotted Tetsu on the roof.

" You could say that. " Tetsu said casually not letting Halibel get to him.
|
"It would be a shame to have to hurt you and cause the girls to be orphans," she said, being honest.

" Yes it would. It would also be easier on you, since you don't want to kill a captain. Trust me it gets ugly. " Tetsu said.

"Ugly? how so?" Halibel asked, curious.
|
" Well for one, you would have not only the captains to deal with but the Royal Guard. It just so happens my family has a connection to them and if they heard I was killed you wouldn't stand a chance. And I don't think Kusaka would want to take that risk. " Testu said knowing his older brother would do everything to avenge the death of his younger brother.

"All Kusaka told me was to hurt Toushiro in anyway possible for past aggressions upon himself. He didn't say how exactly to do it," she replied. Though Halibel had a feeling that this shinigami was right; Kusaka wouldn't like to deal with all the mess that came with killing a Captain. Then again...from what she overheard, his endgame was to duel Toushiro

" Toshiro didn't do anything wrong. " Tetsu said having listened to the young captain. " No one is going to let Kusaka win. He already has one innocent person imprisoned and wants my daughter as well. Do you know how powerful Seers are under pressure? Very powerful and not because they want to be powerful but because they would rather die than let evil have their powers. " He said.

"He didn't tell me about that," Halibel responded. "Nor did he tell me about the consequences about killing a captain," she added.

" That is how Kusaka works. And others like him. " Tetsu said thinking of Aizen. " He only cares about himself and his revenge and will sacrifice anyone below him to get what he wants. " He said wondering if he could somehow convince Halibel to defect to thier side.

Halibel sighed lightly at that. "So basically you're telling me I'm fighting for another Aizen then," she said knowing how that would end for her.

" Yes I am telling you that." Tetsu said having a feeling Halibel was having doubts.

Halibel had to think about that for a second. The last time she faced Toushiro, and lost, under Aizen's rule, she and her fraccion had faced disciplinary actions. She could understand herself facing them, but her subordinates...she wasn't so sure of. She'd have to think this one through...

" Would you like to help us? If not, I understand, but I have a feeling you might be punsihed for just talking to me." Tetsu said not wanting that to happen.

"And what of my fraccion? Surely I cannot leave them to take any abuse in my absence" she responded calmly...though he probably did have a point.
