"Sure," he answered as he also remembered that today was a half day. Luckily he wouldn't start work until the usual time that school let out. It gave them enough time to check up on Tatsuki. He noticed, however, that Hoshi was hiding something from him, but didn't comment on it.

"I hope she's alright .Hoshi thought also thinking Tatsuki was training today. The bell rang and she got up." Ready?" Hoshi said with a small smile.

"Ready" he responded back.
"Alright, I've managed to regulate your temperature, but you're still going to be feeling feverish Hatchling." Ryu said as Tatsuki mentally nodded. |
Hoshi sat down and got her homework out. She then started taking notes as the teacher started the lecture. The morning went fast and they were dismissed for the day. Hoshi waited for Ichigo and waved goodbye to her other friends. Hoshi hoped some of the others had sensed Rukia. Hoshi hoped she could talk to Rukia again before she helped Ichigo on Saturday.

Ichigo put his homework on the stack and passed it towards the front to where the teacher then collected it. He then took notes, not realizing the time. Once the bell rang for the day, he instinctively reached for his lunch bag before remembering that they were going home instead and scratched the back of his head lightly. He then got up and noticed Hoshi wave goodbye to a few friends that he didn't know about. After they left, he headed towards her.
"Ready to go? I'll leave Tatsuki my set of notes so that she can copy them if she's feeling up to it," He said, noticing her nod. He still had a feeling that she wasn't telling him something, but couldn't figure out what it was. |
" I'm ready.I have my notes too if she needs them. The homework doesn't seem all that hard. " She said . Hoshi wanted to tell Ichigo about the trainig she would be doing once she got home. She was feeling nervous about learning Bankai. If he asked what was bothering her she would tell him.

"that's good." he said before he notied her little tell, saying that something was bothering her, he sighed. "You know, just because I'm not a shinigami anymore doesn't mean you can't tell me things, right?" he asked her as they walked towards Tatsuki's apartment.

" You're right. I'm just a little nervous about what Indigo-san has planned for my training today. " Hoshi said quietly so others couldn't hear.

"Training? as in like for Bankai?" Ichigo asked.

She shook her head yes." Indigo said I was ready to learn it . " Hoshi said. It was the truth for the most part. She didn't want Ichigo to be angry with her for getting stronger.

"That's good. Better than with me and Zangetsu. I had to learn it in order to fight on even grounds with Byakuya, Rukia's brother. Man is he an annoying prick," he said as they reached the apartment building. "Do you know if Tatsuki is going to be learning Bankai as well?"

" I don't know if she is or not ." Hoshi said. She hoped Tatsuki was alright, as she knocked on the door.

Tatsuki heard the knock on the door and even though she still felt ill, it wasn't as bad as it was this morning and opened the door, seeing Ichigo and Hoshi.

" Hi Tatsu. We came to see if everything was alright." Hoshi said concerned.

"I've been better, but thanks for coming to check on me. Apparently, I just have a small flu. I took some medicine a little earlier and Ryu-kun is helping regulate my temperature, for now at least." Tatsuki said

" I do hope you feel better. Ichigo and I have today's homework and notes if you would like them." She said.

Tatsuki grinned lightly and thanked them for doing that, even though they didn't have to.

Hoshi handed Tatsuki her notes and a sheet of paper that had the homework. " Is there anything we can do for you?" Hoshi asked. She hoped her friend felt better soon.

Tatsuki took the notes and pieces of homework that were offered to her by Hoshi. "I'm fine for right now, and I'll give you a call if I need anything, promise." Tatsuki responded, before starting to cough lightly for a few seconds.
"Tatsu, are you sure you're going to be okay?" Ichigo asked after she stopped coughing. He was willing to take today off if she needed his help. "I'll be fine, honest," Tatsuki said. |
" Alright . I promise to be here as quick as I can , if you do need me." Hoshi decided to hold off on Bankai training until she knew Tatsuki was feeling better. Hoshi knew Indigo would understand . Hoshi was concerned but knew there was a flu bug going around. She knew that she would be the only one available to kill hollows, unless Rukia was still here .

"Same goes for me too. My boss understands that I have a life. If you need anything, Tatsuki, I'm available too." Ichigo said, knowing that his boss really wouldn't mind if he had to help one of his friends. Then again, when your boss was a mother, it was highly understandable.

" Hope you feel better soon . " Hoshi said before they left .She hoped it would be quiet night and no Hollows would come through.

"I hope so too," Tatsuki said as they left. Closing the door, she hoped that there weren't any Hollows tonight, or that Hoshi and/or Rukia could take care of them.

" I better head home. I promised dad I would clean the house before he gets home tonight. I'll see you tomorrow?" Hoshi said as they left Tatsuki's apartment.

"Alright. I'll see you tomorrow then," Ichigo replied as he watched her head home as he headed towards his job.
