Why can't I and What is this?
 

Ok so I want to sell an item in the market place, but every time I try to, no items appear, and I know I have many items.
Also there are two items in my invo that don't have an icon and when I click on them it's says not for my gender. yet when I was a guy for a second to see what they were it said the same thing. what do I do?

Are you selecting the drawer the item you want to sell is in? At the top right of the selling area, there's a little drop-down menu for selecting the drawer.

Yes I have chosen the right draw. While I have two drawers, I can't figure out how to move items in between them, so all my items are in the main draw, and nothing shows up for either of them.

You need to move the items without an icon into a drawer of their own. Those are broken and they are preventing you from being able to trade anything else. We can't remove them since the trade system changed, but if you move them into a seperate drawer they won't mess up your trades any more :)

How do I move items into different drawers? as I posted above, I don't know how too.

Any idea what the broken item is? Will it always be broken?

Do that in your inventory :) Hold the mouse over the item's thumbnail, somewhere around the edge, not on the picture itself, til the cursor shows a 4 pointed star shape. When you get that shape, click and drag the item to its new drawer.

If you look in your inventory you'll see question marks on the blue bars. Click on the one next to the rearrange this drawer button and it will tell you how to move items :)
