Short Bio: (Alex moved to Academy city from America four years ago. He didn't really want to move, but Academy city was where all of the people with strong "abilities" went. without fail. When he moved, he joined Judgement, and when he was old enough, Anti-Skill.He's really a peaceful guy, not wanting to get into fights, and he's hard to make angry, but once he's angry, he's been know to destroy entire city blocks

ability: when she sees someone or something she will instantly know everythig about it and how to use it (like a weapons) or ( pertaining to a person) what they can do.

Bio: they always told her she wasn't special, she was just a one. She wasn't powerful, she was just a one. They all think she is just some stupid bblind girl but if they knew that with one like she could destroy then they would think differently.

Extra: she covers her eyes since it hurts to use her powers and she can't shut it off

As Alex was patrolling, his thoughts began to wander. He kept thinking about his life since he moved from America. His old friends called him constantly during the first month, but after that they moved onto other things. Sighing, Alex continued to walk. Hearing a ruckus, Alex jogged over to see what was up. When he arrived, he saw a gang of kids beating up some girl. Walking forward swiftly, Alex shouted "That's enough!" All of the kids turned and faced him. Then one, apparently the leader, looked at him and said loudly "And why should we?" As Alex opened his mouth to reply, the kid launched a punch at him. grabbing the kids arm, he flipped him over and pinned him to the ground. "Lucky for you, I'm off today." Alex said pulling our his Anti-Skill armband. "So, if you don't want to be arrested, i suggest leaving." As the kids scrambled away, he walked over to the girl, knelt down and asked, "Are you okay?"

Neva had been just minding her own business, trying to set up a small house for her in a alley way. She didnt' have much and usually never did. Being a one ment that she was worthless and she probably was and always would be. But today kids came at her, beating her up since she kept her eyes covered and taking anything. The only thing she could do was curl up into a ball and wished that they would leave her alone soon. But when she heard someone call out she was surprised and soon she heard hte feet of the kids running away from her. She then heard another man and she could tell he was powerfull since he said that he coudl arrest them. So she moved back and closer to the wall, afraid that he might hurt her. But when she heard his question she nodded, "i-Im fine." she said softly even though her body hurt and she knew that she would be covered in bruises.

Seeing the bruises on her body, Alex sighed. "What's the world coming to?" he asked woefully. Summoning a medical kit, he began to treat her wounds as best he could. The more he worked however, the more he saw what those kids had done. He picked her up, and carried her to the hospital. On the way he asked, "What's your name? Do you live around here?"

Neva was surprised when she felt his touch and him treating her wounds. No one had ever treated her wounds before but it felt nice and she let him. But when he picked her up she wasn't sure what to do. Usually people juat left her alone since she was a one and they all though that she was blind. "my name is Neva and I live in that alley." she whispered softly and then looked up to where his face was and wondered what he looked like.

Hearing Neva's reply, Alex frowned and said, "Don't your parents pay for an apartment? Never mind. You can crash at my place until we get all of this sorted out." Smiling he continued, "You probably won't see to much of me, i normally work all the time." When they arrived at the hospital, one of the doctors frowned and said coldly to him, "Great, who've you almost killed now?" Frowning, Alex said, "Cut the chatter. She needs to be checked out. A gang of kids were attacking her for some reason." At that, the doctor stopped and called a nurse over. Turning the girl over to them, Alex sat down in the waiting room.

Neva was surprised when she heard him, she could actually stay with him. She had always been alone, her parents had abandons her when her powers started to get out of control and now she was here. She finally figured out they where at a hospital when she heard the man talk and she wondered what was going on. When the nurse took her she wasn't sure what to do. She felt them tending to her wounds but then the nurse did something thar she hated and feared. The nurse took her blind fold off and information closed nevas mind. She let out a small scream and quickly shut her eyes and backng into a corner. She saw everything od the nurse and others. It hurt and she just wanted everyone to go away and to have her blind fold on.

Hearing a scream, Alex Rushed into the room where they had taken Neva to. When he slammed the door open, he saw her in the corner with a few nurses and the doctor unsuccessfully trying to calm her down. Walking forward, Alex summoned a small needle with a tranquilizer in it. Kneeling down, Ale tried to calm her down, but to no avail. Holding her still, Alex swiftly jabbed the needle into her arm, and he depressed the plunger, injecting the liquid into her arm. When she fell asleep, Alex asked the nurses and doctor about the events leading up to the incident. After hearing the account, he determined that what had happened was that they removed the blindfold, which caused her to go berserk for some reason. He quickly reapplied the blind fold, and went back outside. Pulling out his cell phone, he called a number. "yes?" came the voice over the phone. "Yo, Jocko!" Alex said cheerily into the phone, "I need you to look up somebody for me......."

Neva stayed in the corner and didn't want anyone close to her. She was already trying to sort threw the memories of the people she had just seen. It was one thing she hated about her powers, she had to sort threw the memories of the ones she just saw and then informationthat came with it. She heard thenman from before talk but she didn't want to listen, she just wanted to go back to her alley. But then she felt something stap her in the arm and slowly she felt herself drift off. After a little while she woke up and sighed when she sawthe familiar darkness of the blind fold but wondered where she was.

When Neva had finally been checked out of the hospital, she was still asleep. As he carried her home, Alex began to wonder who this girl was. As they arrived, Alex had to set her down on the ground before opening the home. "I'm home", he called. Standing at the top of the steps in the hallway was his cat Blackie. Blackie was a black cat with light green eyes, who had a habit of drooling when you scratched him behind the ears. Glancing at the clock, he saw that it was time for his late night patrol. Setting the girl down on his bed, Alex wrote a note on a sticky pad and attached it to her hand. Then, remembering the blindfold, got his tape recorder and left a short message explaining where he had gone. Grabbing a small amount of masking tape, Alex attached it to her other hand. Giving Blackie a quick scratch on the head, Alex put on his uniform and walked out the door

Neva felt something in her hands and wondered what they where. Slowly she realized that one was just a piece of paper but she didn't dare look at it. She then felt the other thing in her hand, it was bulcky and wierd. But she managed to press a button on it and there was a recording of the guy saying he was out and would be back. Slowly she set the paper and recorder down. She then felt under her and smiled, she knew a bed but she never thought she would ever be in one. She layed down in the bed again and curled up, enjoying hte feel of it on her skin. But slowly she wondered what else was around her and slowly got out of bed. She kept her hands streached out as she made her way through the house, feeling her way. Everything felt weird and unusual to her.

Walking back in with a groan, Alex thought about what happened on patrol. All in all the beginning wasn't too bad. I had only begun to go down hill when the kid couldn't find the phone that was in his back pocket. Then the shootout at the bank...... followed by the abduction of a little girl..... followed by the crazy who was holding up a tech class. Plopping down on the coush, Alex began ntno close his eyes when he remembered the girl upstairs. Walking up the stairs he opened the door.... and promptly ran right into her.

Neva continued to make her way down the hall and followed the wall by her hands. But that was untill she ran into someone and ended up on the ground. She quickly sat up and knew that whoever she had ran into was infront of her. But by the solid feel of it she guessed it was the guy from before, he also smelled like the guy from before. "oh..i-i-i am so sorry." she said as she slowly got to her feet. She wondered if this was his house and if he was going to kick her out now since she was up. If he did she woudl understand, she was only a one after all.

"No, its fine." Alex said quickly helping her up. Taking her by the hand he led her downstairs saying, "I was just heading up to get you for dinner anyway. My name's Alex." He led her to the kitchen and began to cook rice and noodles. While he was working, he kept asking her questions. Things like, "Why do you live in an alley?" and "What happened to your parents?" and "Can you think of any reason that those kids would beat you like that? Tell me everything. Anything you say could help others that those kids were tormenting." Throughout the whole process, he watched her like a hawk, looking for facial reactions that would indicate emotion, or hint at what she wasn't saying.

Neva was surprised when he took her hand but let him lead her down to the kitchen. At least now she had a name and didn't have to call him boy or man. When she got their she flet around and smield when she found a chair and sat down. She pulled her knees to her chest and wrapped her arms around her knees. "I have lived in that Alley for a while and my parents abandond me when I was very little." she said and then sighed when he asked why they would beat her up. She looked down at the ground and said softly, "they always beat me up since I am a one and they think I am blind. They say I am worthless and they are probably right, I am only a one after all and have nothing. oh but dont worry, they only beat me up since I dont do anything to stop them." she said as she listened to him cook. In truth she didn't remember the last time she ate.

Frowning, Alex said angrily, "Whoever put it in your head that you're worthless because you're a one needs to be shot." Seeing her lean forward in anticipation of food, he laughed and said, "Well, I apologize for making you wait for food while i asked questions. Here eat up." he handed her a large helping of everything, and walked into the other room to make a quick call. "Jocko, you there?" "I told you to stop calling me that!" came the indignant reply. Grinning, Alex said, "Hey, i told YOU that i wouldn't stop." Turning serious, he said, "i need you to track down a gang of kids. They are perpetrating a series of hate crimes against ones. They were last seen at Garden park. I want a BOLO out on these....... kids." he finished angrily. Whistling, Jocko said, "Good thing your not taking this case up. We might have to get spatulas to clean up what's left....... You're not taking it up are you?" Grinning evilly, Alex replied, "Whatever helps you sleep at night." hanging up, he returned to the kitchen asking, "You want seconds?"

Neva sighed when she heard him but just shook her head slightly. Slowly she looked up to were his voice was and smiled, it was a sad smile, one that showed she was tired and lonely. "then shot everyone for that is what people only see when they see a one. We are useless people who can do nothing and hardly have anything special about them. I am not acception to this. People see a one as worthless and when you live on the street for as long as I have you believe them." she said when she heard him say for her to eat and hand her the plate she heard her stomach growl. Right away she dug in and hardly heard anything that he talked to the other guy about. Her focuse was on the food and soon it was all gone, not filling her all the way. When she heard alex again she coudltn' help but smiled and nodd, "yes, I wouldn't mind having more." she said happily.

Sadly, Alex replied "Do you really think that your worthless just because someone happened to assign you a number? Your level has nothing to do with your usefulness to society. It only has to do with the strength of your power, and anybody who believes otherwise is a waste of space. believe it or not, the rest of the world get along fine being level ZEROS. No powers at all. You are more powerful than them. If none of my other arguments work, at least believe that." So saying, he pushed the rest of the food at Neva and walked out the door. Before he left he looked back and called "I'll be back in a bit."

Alex was walking around the park. He came across the gang, and they were torturing an old lady. summoning a gun, he simply shot the first one in the back of the head. As they all turned and the old woman ran, Alex grinned so evilly, that it seemed like the devil himself had taken possession of his face. "You think that picking on those weaker than you is what your supposed to do? So be it, Lets see you handle the eighth of nine level fives in the WORLD!" One of them sneered and summoned a small ball of fire. While it was growing the youth started to say "Yeah, right, I'd sooner believe that my grand mother was a lev-" Before he could finish, Alex summoned a sword and decapitated him. While the head was still falling, Alex cut it into 8 separate pieces. Grinning evilly, he summoned a shot gun and said demonically "Who's next." He had killed them all before the first kids body had fallen. Turning, he dismissed all of the weapons he had summoned, and headed home.

Walking in he called, "Neva? You still there?"

Neva was surprised when she heard him and couldn't help but smile a little bit. Something about actually having someone say that she was worth something was nice to hear. She usually had to try and cheer herself up but now he was here and she wasn't alone. When he pushed the food her way she quickly started to eat it and didn't even realize he was gone till she was done eating. Slowly she moved off the chair and then walked around feelig around the house a little bit. When she found her way to the couch she sar down on it. When she felt one of the pillows she couldn't help but hold it close and smiled. She felt like she was in a dream now thatshe was in this house. After a little bit she heard him come in and called back, "stil here." and then went back to snuggling up to one of the couch pillows like it was a Teddy bear.

Seeing, Neva roll around on the couch, Alex couldn't help grinning. He stayed by the wall and pondered his decision. With a sigh, he walked forward, around the couch and knelt by Neva. he softly asked, "Do you mind if i remove your blindfold? I want to see if they hurt your eyes."

Right when she heard him ask to take her blindfold off she pushed as fae away from him as she could. Her hold on the pillow tightened and she shook her head rapidly. "no no no no no, you can't take or off. No one should take it off, so just leav it on." she said as she buried her face into the pillow.

Backing up quickly, Alex said "okay okay okay. The blind fold stays." As he waited for her to calm down, he rubbed the back of his head in frustration. "Alright, i won't take your blindfold off. I do, however, want you to see a friend of mine tomorrow. Is that okay?"

Neva slowly started to calm down and pulled her head off of the pillow. No one was going to take this blindfold off of her, it was going to stay on her forever. "who is your friend and why is he coming?" she asked as she wondered what he would want.

"I have a friend who works with abandoned people who have nowhere to go. And we're going to him. He's very...... persistent about that." Standing up, Alex prepared the guest room. Walking back, he saw that Neva was still on the couch and he said, "Would you like to sleep there, or in a bed?" it sounded harsh, but Alex just wasn't used to talking to people anymore.
