What does this word mean?
So, since I've joined(Yesterday), I've been in the Roleplay Forum a lot. I've noticed this word/phrase often. The word is God Mode/Godmode. Could you please tell me what it means? It always says something along the lines of, "Do not God Mode/Godmode." So, I'm confused as to what it means. I tried to find it under the Rules, but can't find an explanation as to what is means.

It means taking role of a god-like character. Pretty much dodges all attacks from other characters during combat, never taking damage when actually hit during combat, killing off other characters, controlling other characters, pretty much 'playing god' by what I know. Hope this helps!

I know that term as "Godmod" or "Godmodding".
But all in all, it's pretty much what Mode said. |
Thanks, guys! That helps! I agree, characters like that ARE boring. Who would want to be in an RP with a character like that? Certainly not me.

Well I'm not into action or romance RPs. I like ones with a casual setting. I like maid cafes and host clubs myself. Though if you find a good FMA roleplay, just let me know. |
