Finx sat at the table and began to sharpen her hatchet. She sighed from irritation and took off her bandages revealing her old scars and newer ones as well.

"are all of those from wolves" lilly asked.

Finx jumped and looked away she wasn't use to people looking at her scars let alone mentioning them. "Yes all most all i have one from burning myself on the stove."

"oh. yeah that hurts when that happens," she said.

Finx smiled and chuckled lightly. "That was nothing compared to the rest but there not so bad."

"can i ask you something?" she said.

"Shot" Finx said as she tested the balance of her hatchet.

She was scared to ask this. "why didn't you kill me" she asked.

Finx stopped spinning her hatchet and almost dropped it. "I'm not sure."

"oh. well i am glad i dained control or i am guessing you would have not held back." she siad.

Finx smiled at her. "I would have killed you anyway. Untrained wolves are the most dangerous and hard to find. You got lucky and i don't know exactly why."

"yeah i guess i did" she said.

Finx sighed and put her hatchet down. "i don't get it I've killed ton's of wolves since...never mind."

"since when?" she asked.

Finx shook her head "it's nothing doesn't matter."

Since lilly was a wolf she could sense how she was feeling. "someone died. you feel the saddness of someone who experience that" lilly said.

Finx twitched and bite her lip her eyes drifted to the only door in the whole house that was closed.

"its a werewolf thing. o=i can feel your emotions. from the emotion it was your mother. killed by let me guess a werewolf" she siad.

Finx looked at her. "it was both of my parents if you must now." She grabbed her hatchet and ran out the door letting it slam behind her.

Lilly felt that she had trggered a memory. when she ran lilly decided shed better leave. She knew finx would be mad at her for bring it up. After she was sure finx had walked far enough away from the house, she walked in the opposite direction. She knew how finx felt.a fter all the werewolf that changed her had killed her parnets nad made her watch it.

Finx sat in front of a tree and keeped hitting it with her hatchet trying to make the memeroies disipear.

Lilly sat infront of a tree in the woods. She hadn't meant to upset finx. She hated that part of being a wolf. reading emotions.

Finx heard a low growl and stood fast looking around hatcet raised her body getting ready for a fight. Slowly she edged towards the trees and found the wolf girl. "Get up wolf girl theres something coming."

"yes i sense it too" she said.

Finx wiped around hatchet raised as the growl come again only louder. "We have to go I can't fight with you to protect as well." She handed the girl a dagger. "Here wolfgirl use this in case something happens."
