Survival Horror.
I like many kinds of genres but one of my favourites would have to be survival horror.
They always make my heart race and I freak out and usually do stupid things :eager: I would have been about seven (go Dad!) when I started playing Silent Hill so my love for games like this probably started around then, no matter how many nightmares I got. Nowadays I like Haunting Ground and Rule of Rose but unfortunately have never played Resident Evil  Anyone else interested in them? |
LFD2 is my favorite game in the horror genre. Such a great zombie game.
|
Dead Space is a really great one too.
It's more or less Resident Evil in space, with human/alien zombies. |
Ah yes I forgot about Left4Dead. Silly me.
I have both on my Steam account but have only installed the first. Definitely a fun game. And I haven't played Dead Space either! |
The left4dead series is really good
Blood rayne was pretty good too, back in the o' game cube days. >___> Maybe it's just me, but I thought bioshock was kinda scary. -pansy-. But my favorite all time best game ever is House of the dead. The arcade version, it's not really the scariest game but I make sure I kill some zombies every time I go to chucky cheese. - o - forgot about fatal frame x: |
Bioshock's one of my favourite games but I didn't really find it scary.
Of course, it has creepy aspects. There's a few jump out moments in the game but some of them can be easily avoided. Haha I remember just sitting in the booths in arcades and watching the House of the Dead screen. Don't think I played it that much. |
The fatal frame series is pretty darn terrifying at times, and I loved the clock tower series.
|
I've seen a bit of the first Clock Tower. I should get into the others!
