what is the Traiters of Peeblo items?

It's a cape. You saw the CIs for this month, right? Basically, it's the cape pose from the red and yellow CI. But it's blue and black, iirc.

Nope, they're special edition recolorings.

Buy them from the Auctioneer's Marketplace. Or buy from someone who got theirs that way. So far, they go for between 5k and 8k.
