((how about if we bring in Viviyan and they are about to sentence her when Raven comes in and screamed at them to stop. Then strikes the deal))

Vivian whimpered as she was brought to the council room after having most of her powers and energy drained. She was so weak that it was hard for her to stand and she almost looked sickly from them taking her powers.... she wasn't a very strong spirit so it really took a tole on her for this to happen. She wanted to explain what happened but whenever she tried to say something she couldn't or the council thought she was making stuff up or something and would take a little more of her powers.

The council continued to talk and some wanted to keep h er alive while others wanted her dead. But after a while the ones who wanted her to die were growing. When the last person decided death the head of the council looked at her, "Viviyan, we here by-." "STOP." a scream came as Raven rammed threw hte door and looked at them. "Raven, what are you doing here. You know very well that we have to do this." said the one and Raven growled as he moved to the center of the room. When he saw Viviyan he wanted to run to her and wrap her up in his arms. But knew the council wouldn't alow it. "please listen to me, it wasn't her fault." he said as he looked at them.

((I just had a idea, what if instead of him forgetting about her. They make his human and take away all memories of ever being a spirit so that there is less of a chance for Viviyan to be with him. They would then appoint someone else to be the night spirit but he could be evil))

"And how is that so?" One of the council members asked as they all looked at Raven and so did Viv but she had a weak and tired look in her eyes and among her form. She was so tired and so weak from them taking her powers she could just pass out right there... but she wouldn't do that... she couldn't do that... if she did she was sure she would die for her powers would only grow lesser and lesser.

(He he he X3 I like that idea! And maybe they say that Viv has to stay where she had been living with Raven before? So like the guy would beat on her all the time or something until she found a way to find Raven and try to talk to him about it and get him to remember things or something?)

Raven looked down at hte ground, "Viviyan was missing and even though I knew that I should of waited for the sun to come up I took off. It was my call and my fault. So dont punish her, this was all my doing not hers." he said as he looked at the ground and then the council. He then looked over at vivyan and could see how weak she was. He hope that she was okay after this.

"It doesn't matter, you knew our agreement and you could have called on someone to go looking for her instead of leaving your job, you know what we agreed on and our conditions so you shouldn't have even thought about leaving your post." one of the council members frowned darkly and Viv was really scared now... they weren't going to listen to reason... they weren't going to let her live...

Raven looked at them an knew he had to play the last card he had. "but she isn't the one at fault here so why punish her? I am the one who left my post, I was the one who went after her. No one else is at fault but me. So why punish her for what I did?" he asked as he looked at htem.

"Because it was part of the agreement and for the fact that she is a minor spirit, though if you so wish us to punish you instead I'm sure that we could come up with something... suitable." The main council member said and Viv looked at Raven worriedly and hoped that he would be okay and that he knew what he was doing... if they were going to kill him instead of her she wouldn't stand for it.... she would find a way to either stop them or make them kill her as well.

Raven nodded, "I wish you to put the punishment on me. You cant hurt her then, nothing at all. YOu have to do what ever you planned for her to me." he said as he looked at htem and hoped that they would just leave viviyan alone. He never wnated anything to happen to her.

"No..." Viv whispered weakly not wanting them to kill him... she would rather be killed herself rather then them kill him. "Well.... We won't kill you, if only to make sure that nothing in nature changes... but we shall have a punishment for you..." the council member said then they all spoke for a few moments before coming to a decision. "You have two days to say goodbye... then we will strip you of your powers and rights and someone else will take over as the spirit of the night." they said though didn't say what would happen to Raven after that... he would know but they didn't feel like having Vivian freak out over it in the council room now.

Raven nodded when he heard the council and then bowed, "thank you." he said simply and then walked over to Viviyan. He wrapped his arms around her lovingly and pulled her close to him. "everything is okay." he said to her softly since he knew that she was worried and probably still was. But for now he oculd be with her and only her. He didn't have to worry about anything but after that everything would change.

"Can we go home?" Viv whispered as she leaned against Raven feeling weak and tired even when she felt some of her stolen powers being returned to her from the council... though not all of them so she knew that she would probably need a good deal of rest to get them back fully.

Raven nodded when he heard her and gently picked her up inti his arms. "of course we can." he said and glared at the council, "i hope you all go to hell." he said and then walked out of there. Holding her close he kissed her head and after a little while they were home. Getky laying her on the bed and kissed her head, "see, everythig is fine."

Viv sighed some as she curled close to Raven and closed her eyes feeling weak and tired. "Raven... what are they going to do to you in two days?" she asked in a whisper and hoped that he would tell her so she could be ready for it... though what she didn't know was that she would never be ready for what was really going to happen and nothing would be the same for any of them ever again.

Raven wrapped his arms around her and frowned. In two days this would all be gone from him, he wouldn't remember her or anything else. Gentky kissing her he looked at her in the eyes, "in two days they are going to make me human. They are going to take al my memories, all my powers and everything I knew away. Then I will be taken tothe human world and live as a human." he said to her softly and knee she wouldn't like that. Gently kissing her nose he pulled hercloser and wanted to just stay like that for two days.

Viv whimpered as she heard Raven and tears came to her eyes and started to stream down her cheeks as she started to cry a bit. "No... I don't want to loos you Raven!" she sobbed as she put her face in his chest and started to sob and hiccup as she hugged him tightly and you could tell she never wanted to let go of him or let him leave her. "Why? Why do they have to do this? It was just a mistake, it was just one time, so why?" she whimpered into his chest and sobbed again and wanted nothing more then to just stay with him and stay close to him and never leave his side... but if he was human she couldn't do that... she didn't want him to be human... she wanted him to stay with her and them be happy like they had thought they would be.

Rave wrapped his arms around her and held her close to him as she cried. Getky he kissed her head and whispered, "everything isgoing to be fine. We will be together, i promise you that." he said as he held her and wasnt sure if he could hold that promise. "and thry have to do this. If a spirit is unreliable they have tk destroy or take it away to make sure nothing chsnges forthe humans." he said as he held her. "but we will be togeher i will never completely forge you."

"B-but it was only one time! And it was because you were trying to save me! He would have killed me if you didn't come up! Couldn't we try to explain that to them? I don't want to loose you!" Viv cried in his chest and really didn't want to loose him... she just wanted to live with him happily and for them to be happy and safe together.

"you cant go against thr council, there decission is final." he said to her softky as he held her close. He started to think of ways that they couod be together and smiled as he got a idea. "but i might know a way for you to fine me and get me to remember." he said to her softkg as he pulled her closer to him.

"How?" Viv asked curiously. "I'll do anything, you know that, I would do anything for you and to be with you." she said softly and hugged Raven hoping that his plan worked so they really could be together again... then maybe, just maybe, she could find a way to turn him back to a spirit and they could work this out and figure out a way to get everything back the way it was meant to be.

Raven held her close and looked into her eyes, "well I was born a spirit and they can't take the spirit part of my soul. So if I transfer some of my power into you. Then when they drain me of the power they can you come find me. With some of my spirit in you it will call to me. So you should be able to find me. Once you find me give me back my powers and then we can figure out from then." he said as he looked at her and pulled her close to him.

"That is a very good idea." Viv smiled some and hugged Raven then kissed him on the lips softly and lovingly. "I'm glad we could do that." she smiled happily and you could tell this really made her happy to know that they could be together again.

Raven smiled when he heard her and held her close to him. Kissing her back he looked into her eyes and smiled, "and it will work. The only thing is that you have to find me." he said to her softly as he held her close to him and gently stroked her cheek. He then kissed her again and knew this wouldn't be the last time that he held her like this.
