Name: Issac
Age: 18 Gender: Male Appearance: http://i946.photobucket.com/albums/a.../Mage/mage.jpg Bio: Issac has been a leading mage around the kingdom since he was discovered to have great power as of age 14. He carries a large black spell book and a short sword. He usually follow important people around that need defending or magical assistance. But sometimes he takes his time and does what he feels like Note: Issac has a tattoo on his left shoulder blade of a blue and black wilting rose |
Jesabelle awoke in her tent as the sun slowly grew higher in the sky. Blinking as she sat up she yawned and streched, her tent having her people's crest upon it unlike most tents, and had a bit more room. Slowly standing she began to adorn her usual armor and clothes, and pulled her long blonde hair up in a ribbon. Walking towards the river atthe edge of camp fully equipped she hummed to herself softly. She began to fill her cantine as the men in the camp began to cometo life, knowing she would have to ride back to the castle after another win in battle she sighed and then stood again. She cared for her men deeply, they were all brothers in her eyes. Many of the other mages of her age had been fighting along her side since they all took this war upon themselves. Smiling and waving to the cooks assistant that passed she smiled and shook her head. "Hopefully today would turn out to be a good day.
The sound of burning wood and the smoke drifted into the air as Issac threw yet another fireball. He tossed one, then another, then another. The smell of burning wood became pungent around him. Issac decided enough was enough, a small ball of ice appeared in his hand and he froze the fire. Deciding the hunger was more important then training he strode his way into camp. And after a small question from one of his trainee mages. Approaches the food area he noticed his princess. "Morning my royal" he bowed with a small smile on his face
Watching as Issac came towards her Jesabelle smiled widely. He was one of the mages who had joined later then the others but he worked hard and did his job well, so he was accepted rather quickly into their ranks. "Good morning Issac, a beautiful day for a battle." she said lightly before walking towards him. "I am heading towards the food tent, care to join me?" she asked lightly, though she still held the air of athority around herself. She walked, talked, and did everything with the air of a born leader. It was hard for her to tell herself she was a princess when she felt more at home being a general and being treated like that. She didn't exactly enjoy being called princess. She had a name.
He shrugged "Why not food is necessary anyways" he chuckled softly. Jasebelle was the General of the army but she was also a beautiful princess that needed to be reminded of that "So how was the fighting yesterday. As a mage i generally try to stay out of the blood fountain" he said as moved into the food tent with his leader and grabbed some chow. He recognized only his mage novices and mage brothers who sad under his comand
Jesabelle smiled at Issac as he asked about her time with the battle. She was practically untouchable when fighting, all soldiers knew that. With her whip and sword no one could get close to hurting her. "It went very well... Though a few officers needed to keep their heads on straight but we did the job well enough." she said as she grabbed some food and looked around. Smiling at the mages she walked over towards them but was stopped by a messenger. Nodding she looked st Issac and smiled lightly. "I shall catch up with you soon. I have buisness to take care of." she said lightly but then her face turned hard as she walked with the messenger. Her brother was on the move, and he was starting to put a price on her capture... Things would begin to get a bit more interesting. Thanking the man she returned to the food tent a few minutes later and retriving her left food she sat by the friendly Mage again.
Issac turned his head as he noticed his princess return. "Whats going on?" He asked not wanting to use magic on her incase he offended her. He may be a regarded mage but he knew better then to anger royalty. Some of the mages were very nice people but some were also very rude. Issac was always the nicest of them all, always willing to lend an ear or assist when necessary. "Fear and sadness breads impreferection" he said coyly as he continued to eat his food
"Theres a price for my capture." she said lightly and then chuckled. "But all will be fine, I doubt a man could sneak into our camp to kidnap me." she added logically before begining to really eat her food. She silently mulled over why her brother would want her alive but soon gave up thinking about it for the time being. She had a whole day of stratagies and planning ahead of her. She didn't want to bring a headache upon herself already. It was too early for anything like that. "What drills do you plan to be doing today with the rest if the mages?" she asked curiously as she turned her red gaze to Issac.
((isn't your charature supposed to kidnap mine to take to the rivaling kingdom?)) |
((idk but i can do that)))
Issac stopped eating suddenly when she mentioned the kidnapping "Shit, she might be on to me" He thought to himself as he quickly made a plan. "Well the mages are practising cloaking and invisibility in a small clearing where i have been training." He said and took a bite of food. "Would you care to join me? IT would boost moral of my mages" He asked and chuckled silently in his mind as he quickly arranged a spell he has memorized for occasions such as this where he had to take a hostage or make someone a less of a threat |
Listening with interest Jesabelle nodded at Issac's quiestion and smiled. "I can spare some time right after eating." she said lightly and then took a drink of the fresh cold water. "Im very happy to have all of the mages in this army. You all help so much, without you more then half of my men would be dead." she saud happily with praise on her lips. The other mages seemed happy and bowed their heads to her in thanks to her praise. She then finished eating and stood, "I shall see you all there, I am going to grab my horn." she said and they watched in interest as she let. Her back was practically bare and since she had grown into a beautiful younge lady, many men couldn't help admire her beautiful body. Walking to her tent Jesabelle grabbed her horn and attached it to her sword belt. She then began walking back towards the trainig grounds her feet crunching the ground in her metal covered boots.
He chuckled to himself as he felt the heavy bag filled with precious metal coins refered to as Platnium. He stood in the raining ground with his mages as Jesabelle walked into the circle of them "Mages, I know we usually focus on offensive magic and healing in the case of our clerics and paladin brothers. But today we will work on our surpresion techniques. Techniques used to stop the enemy from fighting and acting and responding in the battle" Issac had held his back to her to make her think nothing suspicous would happen here.
Jesabelle listened to Issac as he began to adress the men. She was excited to see what she and the mages could do with this new concept they were begining to learn. She wasn't the most amazing Mage ever seen but she wasn't average either. She had the gifts from her mother's side of the family which was rich in magic and her father had a little bit of magic but not very much to help her a ton. She then awaited for their instructions to be told.
"Alright my brothers and sisters begin your incantations" He said as he turned to face the princess. "The key to this skill is to get the the target when they least expect it and because all of you are preparing spells and know that others are preparing the exact same spell you are prepared for it. And my will is much higher then yours so i shall not secum to your spells" He looked that the princess. "THERE IS YOUR TARGET!" He said as he pointed at the princess as 25 mages casted the spell "pacify" which renders the target incapable of action of movement or attacks.
Listing to Issac Jesabelle's eyes narrowed and she was about to say something when she saw the glint in his eye. "What are you doing?!" she cried out shocked as Issac pointed to her. Before she could even mutter a counter spell she was frozen there, unable to move as she was hit with the spell of so many mages. She couldn't believe this! She had been betrayed by her people! By her soldiers! By her childhood friends! Angered she tried fighting the spell but nothing could crack it until it was lifted or wore off. She was royally pissed off.
"Do understand this is nothing personal." Issac said as he walked up and kissed her forhead. "Your brothers platnium feels heavy in my coin purse" He said as he muttered an obidence spell that made it so he wouldn't have to carry her all the way to her brothers castle or manor, depending on where he was. He ordered her to get on a horse and ride with him to her brothers residence so he could recieve all of his pay. He never stopped smiling at how easy it was to trick her
Angered as the spell of obidence was placed around her Jesabell had no other choice but to mount the horse and ride away with Issac. "You bastard!" she snarrled angerily as he kept riding towards her half brother's kingdom. She was so angry that she wanted to jump off the horse and run back to her men. "You lousy excuse for a man!! Selling your princess and friend off for platinum?!?! You sickens me!" she snapped angerily as she fought the control of Issac's spell.
He gave her no responce. He knew it would be better if he said nothing. He kept his head focused forward and kept silent only occasionally looking back at her to make sure the spell was still functioning. Issac rode with Jasebelle to the kingdom's gates. "Mage Issac" The guards said as he rode past with speed. He entered the the castle and still saying nothing he took his captive to the chamber hall of her half broter
Jesabelle growled angerily as she was forced to go and stand infront of her brother. The symbolence between the two was scary, though Lazrelle held more angled and sharp features instead of soft ones like his half sister. "We finally meet again Jesabelle." Lazrelle chuckled and she growled. "You bastard! You're not even brave enough to lead your army or come capture me yourself! You are nothing but a snake! And will never be a man!" she snapped her red eyes wild with anger. "Tsk, tsk. You were never one to be polite in court rooms were you?" he said with a grim smirk, though his eyes looked angered. "Issac, I want you to take her to a safe house far into our country side.... I want to watch Jesabelle's country crumple, until they find her as my mistress." he said darkly and he walked towards them, and tilted Jesabelle's chin up to him. "With you at my side, they will all be loyal... And I know like mother, you will produce a most perfect heir." he said evily and Jesabelle growled and pounched him in the face and was about to pounce on him if the guards hadn't grabbed her. Issac never said she couldn't hit her brother, he just said she had stand there. "Issac I will triple your platinum amount if you keep her in the safe house, I will personally come get her when I'm ready." he said and stood, his nose bleeding. Jesabelle smirked and he returned it. "You will learn to obey me..." he growled and she spit in his face. "I will fight you until I'm dead!" she growled and Lazrelle nodded to Issac to take her away
Issac held his fingers in a snapping position to subdue her yet again but her obidance concerned him. He shrugged and grabbed Jasebelle and said "You know how I ask for my pay." before he left escorting her out. They both arrived at a small country home, small by royal standards. It was about 8 o clock at night and the sun had begun to set. He brought her inside and released her. He snapped his fingers and a German Shapard dog appeared with red eyes and a white star over on eye. She has seen this dog before and its name was Duke. As Issac stepped outside he was greeted by a man dressed in black who clutched a dagger. Issac glared and said "I thought I smelt treachery a brooing" before he was slassed
Jesabelle was angered as she was dumped into the safe house. It was a measely peasant house and when Duke appeared she locked eyes withthe hound forthe longest time. She then ran to the window and gasped seeing Issac slashed. Finnic past Duke as fast as she possibly could she skidded to a stop just a bit away from the two. "Who are you? And what are you doing here?" she asked the robed figure, unable to see his face.
"I was asked to come here to make sure that Issac didn't try to jail break you." The unknown man said as he walked over Issac's body, which had remained very still. Duke walked out and sniffed at his owners body. He nudged it with his noes and the long faithful companion began to whimper when the owner didn't respond. The man held the bloody knife. "I could just kill you and take his money also" The man laughed
Shocked at the words from the man Jesabelle growled. Unfurling her metal whip in a flurish she lashed out, wrapping the whip around his neck and yanked hard. As he stumbled forwards she stabbed him with her dagger and unfurled her whip as he fell. Hurrying to Issac's side she turned him over wnd looked at him with worry. "Issac... Please live..." she whispered and drew the rune of healing into her palm, wnd pressed it against his wound, forcing her magic into the wound. Even if he had betrayed her, he was still her close friend.
As the magic faded from her hand and the wound healed. His body sat there and it reamined cold. When all seemed failed he began to cough blood. COlor returned to his skin and his eyes opened. "You revived me to kill me I take it" he said softly the power returned to his voice
Jesabelle nodded and her eyes narrowed coldly, ponching the former friend in the nose. "You are a bastard... A cold bastard." she growled and walked away after slashing his arm with her whip. She then swung up onto the horse and road towards her half brother's castle, cuttin down guards. She then stormed into his private room, her red eyes blazing. "You die now!" she snarrled, her whip pulling him off of a chamber maid. She then stabbed him in the shoulder, making him laugh. Horrified as he morfed the chamber maid ran off screaming, the demon baring his teeth down at her. Laughter sounded and the demon waited poised to strike her. "I see you met my pet?" her brother snickered and Jesabelle gasped in pain as the demon gripped her wrist, burning her skin. "I have persuasive mesures... As you can tell... I will leave you here with my friend." he said and Jesabelle screamed again as the demon's claw sunk into her flesh just above her chest, and he drug them down, cutting her open. Screaming and tears streaming down her eyes from the heat and purtred smell of decaying flesh. She was thrown against the wall and cried painfully as the demon took it's blood lust out upon her, turning her body into a bloody snd scarred mess except for her face.
