Yeah I just know Christmas this year is going to be Hell. Not just with mourning, but my uncles are going to be drunker than usual, meaning more verbal harassment for me and my sister.

Codette ~~ my Tia's husband is my Godfather. i just found out he'd been unfaithful to her. i can't tell you how hurt i was over it. silly, i know to think people are loyal, faithful and honest. i could so have my family on jerry springer and it would be one fantastic show! and believe me i am not proud of that. chairs would be flying! so i feel your pain. i hope by the grace of God your uncles surprise you in a good way. |

ouch! *hugs Hummy* Oh mine would be just as good. One of my uncles told his own kids that they didn't deserve to have our familys last name. My dad 'ruined' Christmas one year for asking my aunt (divorced one of my uncles) that the kids should stay with the family for Christmas, when the uncle didn't have the balls to. My uncle (dads brother) took offense. *eyeroll* we were actually kicked out of my grandparents house that year earlier than usual. |

oh I do. My family's plan for the funeral is to close up shop, attend like the dutiful family we are supposed to, then spend the rest of the day drinking ^.^
