"Okay, what should I do?" Angie wasn't sure how to play her part in this, she was a magical creature, more like myth based so she could fall upon the angels side, maybe with her fey blood it would make her kind of both. She wasn't sure. Yet Dean agreed "Yea, maybe you should stay here with them" "Why?" Angie asked Dean "Because what if she comes out here and uses magic to keep Cas from helping" "But, I'm fey, wouldn't that make me not imune to the spell?"
|
"It depends," Sam said, sitting up. He'd done some research, since it was one of his favorite things. "Witch magic and fey magic tend to kind of... foul each other up. So she can't really effect you, but you also can't effect her. Not magically, anyway."
"Sam is correct," Cas said quietly. "You will be the one most immune to the witch's spells. Even I am not totally immune." He just had a faster reaction time and angel mojo on his side. |
"Okay, so wits and strength should work against her right?" Angie had other ways to get to others, she needed not powers let alone any reason to do anything else with her wings in order to get others to trust her or take them down.
"Pretty much, or at least I think, is there anything about this witch we should know about before heading out" Dean answered asking and remembered how they went up against Freddy earlier. |
Castiel tilted his head to the side, just a little, and watched them for a moment before he replied. "I do not believe so. She has more knowledge than most witches you have seen, but I do not believe you will have any major difficulties with her."
Of course, that was only if all of this worked. |
"Oh, why don't we just call her here? Doing callings or summonings are easy, I don't know if it would work, but, I do have basic knowledge on spells" angie beamed "Or do we know exactly where to find her?" then she thought of the graveyard just as Sam asked "Would she visit a graveyard?"
|
"She might," Sam said with a shrug. "It depends what kind of spells she's doing, if she needs things from a graveyard or not."
"I know where she is," Castiel said, looking between the three. "I simply cannot get to her myself. If you bring her to me, I can bring her here." He made it sound so simple, and, to him, it was. He looked at Dean, then at Angie, raising an eyebrow. |
"Well..." Angie began as Dean and Sam began talking towards each other and Cas. "What do you think we should do?" "I dont know, we can't just go in banging the place up without knowing what to use or how to get into the place?" "Cas, where was she?" Sam asked.
|
"One state over," Castiel replied, looking between them again. "It would be faster for me to take you there."
"But what about Callie?" Sam looked at her, where was still resting on the couch next to where Dean had been sitting, looking up at all of them with big, mournful eyes. "We can't just leave Callie here." "Then I will bring her with." Castiel shrugged. |
"Can you really teleport us all there?" Angie asked, her mind was doubtful, but, also believed that Castiel could take them that far.
Sam and Dean looked at each other and then at Angie "You might want to give him a bit more credit" |
Castiel didn't reply. Instead, he put two fingers on Angie's forehead, managing to touch Sam and Dean with his other hand. And then, with a flap of wings, they all vanished.
They set down in an alleyway between a few abandoned buildings. Castiel pulled his hands back to himself, looking between them all. "The witch is in the building directly across from us." Even though they couldn't tell, he could see the sigils all along the walls and windows of the place, warding against angels and demons both. Whoever this witch was, she certainly wasn't up to any good. |
Angie blinked when the fingers touched her forehead, when they reappeared somewhere else, she stood up. Looking around, getting in her surroundings, ways out, ways closed off, everything she could. She didn't have photographic memory or could remember names of things or people very well, however, she did remember pathways and things here or there. "So whats the plan?" Angie asked. "We just go in shooting" Dean spoke.
|
Castiel looked at them. "That may not be wise, Dean," he said quietly. "We need the witch alive, for now at least."
Sam frowned. So far they'd never had luck trying to talk to a creature, but maybe if they tried bribing her, or something? "Maybe we can try bribing her with something." |
"Bribing her with what Sam?" Dean asked, Angie stayed quiet, intently focusing on the house, her mother said before she was a bit of a wiccan but probably not enough for anyone to notice, just for it to sound more like a title than anything else.
|
"We let her go and don't let Cas smite the crap out of her if she tells us how to get Callie back to normal?" Sam suggested, looking over at Dean. It was a better deal than most things that messed with humans got.
|
(Okay, my creativity is the best during the fall and winter, and since its fall, I should be writing more)
Dean huffed, he wasn't so happy about the fact that Cas couldn't smite the heck out of the witch afterwards and wondered how Cas felt on that subject. However, even though Dean met Callie, he couldn't wait to get out of this hectic town and its major problems. Angie stayed quiet most of the time as she bent down, balancing on her feet, just slowly sitting there, barely moving and looking at the building. She wasn't trying to do anything, she wasn't really doing anything, in fact she probably seemed almost invisible. Waiting and waiting, that's all that they were doing, just talking outside where the witch could probably see or hear them. Finally fed up with them and how Dean was asking "And how are we going to get her to talk to us?" Angie was more of the straight forward and non-planning type of girl. She stood up, stretching a bit, walked past the others without being seen, her main focus was on the witch inside. Walking up to the door, she knocked on it waiting for an answer, she figured this was better than wasting time and so far the others hadn't notice. When the witch opened the door cautiously she asked Angie "Yes, who are you?" "Hi, I'm Angela, I heard from a few people around here that you are into the Craft. I was hoping we could talk, I wanted to get into it like my grandmother had been" Angie smiled simply. she didn't like using her full name for anything but it was going to get her inside, so she didn't care. Her voice was sweet but careful, her eyes matched her smile, and her appearance showed she was a bit mysterious as Angie walked inside after the witch allowed her in and closed the door locking it. (I hope this is okay, I got tired of doing small parts here and there alot and this would be me irl lol) |
((Lol yea it's cool. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out))
The witch looked at Angie, raising an eyebrow. "So, you say you want to get into the Craft," she said carefully. "Your grandmother was one of us? Not that uncommon. More people dabble in the Craft than you'd think." She turned away briefly to move a few things, checking some kind of list before she looked at Angie again. "Well, how serious are you about this? And what do you want to know? The frou-frou stuff like how to make your plants stay green, or getting a better mortgage rate? Or the more serious stuff?" She looked at Angie more carefully, clearly trying to evaluate her. |
"Yea, I know that, but, no one likes to admit it" Angie stated and waited listening to her asking the questions "Okay mortgage rates? Yea right, no real spell like that. I know the main rule about magic, 'Whatever you send out, will come back to you times three' that is an important one and its true. Grandmother used that one alot and always told me to remember it." Angie waited and shook her head "I honestly would to get into more of the serious stuff, I mean, I don't know where to start, so much you can learn and do and I don't know where to start." Angie before all of this had read into the culture, the spells, the items, the colors, everything she could just because she felt like it.
|
"Good." The witch nodded, looking at Angie. "If you really want to embrace the Craft, you don't harm people. You can teach them a lesson, yes, but you don't harm people. As you said, anything you do comes back to you times three."
She beckoned Angie over, looking down at a table with miscellianous items on it for various spells, herbs and powders and things. "Do you know what any of these are?" |
(haha hi)
"Do you mean besides things to use for different spells? Or did you want me identify the ones I know?" Angie asked unsure which way the witch was asking. Dean looked around "Uh where did she go?" asking about Angie who had disappeared into the house, Sam sighed, he saw her go into the house earlier, however, he didn't say anything thinking the others would eventually notice. |
((Hi ^^ I'm finally active-ish again! yay!))
"Just identify what you know for now." The witch watched her. You had to know what you were working with first, before you could use it in any spell. That was the way she'd been taught, and if this girl was serious about learning, she'd learn the same way. "She went into the house," Castiel said, looking at Dean. "I believe she is talking with the witch at the moment." He wasn't too concerned, since he knew Angie could take care of herself. |
(lol yay and ur avi so so cute)
The purple one she pointed to but not touching it, it was "Lavender, it is considered to fall under Mercury, elemental is air, its taste is pungent, however, its cooling, refreshing, relaxing. It helps mainly with relaxation; there are 28 different species of lavender, and possible multiple names" she started to name off other ones, ones that dealt with luck of different kinds, ones that deal with healing or stress relievers, others that dealt with summonings. Then she explained the seven different groups and what ingredients are normally used like rose petals or dragons blood for peaceful surroundings, then there is the argue root, ivy, grain for protection. So many to name, so many to describe, she knew alot of them from memory of what she read more than heard. |
((Thanks! ^_^ I like yours too ^^))
The witch nodded, rather impressed with her knowledge. "Very good," she commented. "You know more than I would have given you credit for. Has someone else taught you, or are you self-taught?" She herself was mostly self-taught, with her mother and grandmother having provided the base of her knowledge. |
(Thanks its for another rp, sometimes I get bored and try to match it up to a charry from one of my rps :D)
"My grand mother started teaching when I was almost 13 years old" the normal age that one should be taught in being a witch or wiccan in other words. "But, after she died, I began to do my own research" she was self taught but not until she was 15 years old. After that she stuck with what she knew, went around and did what she could, as well he see what would and wouldn't work minding the three times three law. |
((Lol, fun! I like it))
The witch nodded. "I see." She moved from the table to another table, this one holding a very thick, leather-bound book. "This has been passed down through my family for years," she said, opening the book to a particular spell. The one she'd used on Callie, actually. "Here. Read this and see if you can tell me what it will do." |
Angie looked at the page realizing this was a transformation spell or curse if you will call it. She read everything in the book that she could, the ingredients, spell words, things needed, everything. Her face wasn't a smile nor was it blank as it showed she was a bit confused "Is this like transfiguration?" she asked.
