"...If you don't plan to directly kill him unless it's unavoidable...I may be able to help you," Wyatt concluded, setting down what he was working on for now. "You may ask me whatever you like about Blake, and I will answer--his powers, any family members, his weaknesses, or anything such as that. You can build a team based on what you need to both subdue him and send him back."

Mailin's eyes lit up. "Really? Thats great." He smiled. He was happy that he'd finally found someone who would help him. Especially one that knew him!

Wyatt nodded slowly. "...I am willing to help you. I'm quite good with fixing and building things, and I can use firearms, to an extent. Now..." The half-breed paused, glancing down at his unfinished tinkering for a brief moment. "Is there anything you need to know about Blake? His weaknesses, perhaps?"

Mailin waved off his questions. "We'll have plenty of time to talk shop later. I'm in a good mood and I need something to drink."

Wyatt nodded slowly. "All right. I will get back to work." Wyatt returned his attention to his work, falling silent. He was too young to drink here, so...he typically just came here to relax.

Mailin looked at him oddly, then shrugged. He left and soon came back with a mug of beer. He didn't LOVE the taste of beer, but it didn't get him drunk, so he was alright drinking it. |

By the time Mailin returned, Wyatt had finished with the item he was working on and was turning it around in his fingers, looking for imperfections. It looked like a...scanner of some sort. |
Mailin looked at it curiously, then took a sip of his beer. "Alright. I give up. What is it?"

"It's a fingerprint scanner," Wyatt replied, nonchalantly. "If it's connected wirelessly to the internet, and allowed access into certain international databases, it can scan and identify fingerprints. Right now, it's useless. I'm fixing it for someone. I need the money."

Mailin peered at the machine and the boy. There was something off about that. "Who would need a boy to fix something so important?" He thought it was for some nefarious purpose.

"An acquaintance of mine." Wyatt peered in a suspicious way at the other male. "He's good with computers and with restoring broken machinery. He...hacks things."
A hacker. Hackers were frowned upon by both races, as most were just seeking personal gain. |
Mailin's eye's narrowed. "A hacker? Lawbreakers....can't they just do things within the law? Many people have made fortunes that way."

"Ah, but you see...he hacks to investigate demons," Wyatt replied, simply. "He's a full-blooded human. He has a half-breed brother living among the demons, and with his help...they're able to retrieve a lot of information about the movement and activity of Blake's troops. He's attempting to compromise their computer mainframes...he has a personal sort of grudge against them," he added, sounding solemn. "They killed his much younger human brother a while ago."
