I mostly get emails from Staples, Barnes and Nobles, Norton, and Sallie Mae.

Mine are from E-bay... "X Item Sold" and "X person paid"...

Cora only goes to the bookstore to buy notebooks these days.

I go there to order books, and read up on new manga. (Sailor Moon, Dance in the Vampire Bund, and Angel Para Bellum). I wanted to get there today to order the last Sookie Stackhouse novel and use my coupon for a book (20% off). But alas, I must go there tomorrow.

I'm still old school when it comes to books. I love the smell and feel of them.

Cora loves books.....but they where taking over her house. She was up to almost 6,000 at one point.

6,000 books?! Holy... wow. That's a lot of books!

I wonder how many books have been written across the world since man kind began.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if they could all be compiled into one place. Imagine what it would look like.

It would have to be in a HUGE building.
But, yea... a copy of each book ever written in one place. That would be... something worth visiting. A wonder of the world.

I think you're right. Shame it was burnt to the ground. So much knowledge in one area that should be shared with the world. Ah, well... maybe in the future.
