we did but students technically weren't allowed to use them, and we had escalators that went every other floor...but they broke so easily it didn't make a difference, it was like running up and down the stairs anyway xD so it was easier just to take the stairs rather than the escalators~

cafe was on the fifth floor and there were bathrooms on every floor, though sometimes they were locked and you had to run around to different floors trying to find ones that weren't...and apparently the tenth floor bathrooms were really hard to find? xD

Or... there isn't any... XD

Our government schools, mostly doesn't exceed 4 floors.
Maybe because of more fire regulations to comply and do not want to install elevators.

no, there were bathrooms, i knew where they were, it's just they were so out of the way people didn't realize where they were xD

the high school is built on a landfill and it sinks into the river a couple of centimeters every year i believe :D i don't remember exactly xD but we had a week where there were like twenty something fires two years ago. that was interesting. mostly annoying actually...i wanted my chem teacher to blow up some extremely flammable substance and right when he was about to...the fire alarm went off.

lol. Wow... if it is sinking every cm a year... shouldn't it be sinking half the floor in 30 years? O__o

i honestly don't know, that would make sense, haha. but i'm not surprised considering the amount of student sin the building. It is built on a landfill so...it's all water beneath it at some point.

If the land is compacted right, there shouldn't be sinking problem.
If the engineer calculated the structure to cater both the live and dead load correctly, it won't be sinking.
I read about one article that, one library is sinking ?mm every year because the professionals didn't consider the weight of the books.

hmm...well i don't know how it was constructed, maybe i should go do some research i just remember reading about the school sinking, haha ^^;;

honestly....I just don't care anymore. i'm just taking classes to rack up credits to get a degree at this point. I don't think what i want to do even requires a degree...but there's a higher chance of finding work if i do have one i guess... :sigh:

haha, but yea I'm still doing studies in school, I'm considering a technical theater major because I just can't be bothered to audition to enter the acting major.

If you work freelancer, sure you don't need a degree. XD
But if you want to be hired by other people... maybe you do need one. or better have one.
