Indeed it is... I shrank, modified and repixeled the only drawing I could find of her XD

That is indeed her yup.

She was surprisingly difficult to make even though I was basically tracing her outline. Shrinking images distorts things terribly XD

I've found that the easiest way to make a quality pixel drawing of someone though... but it feels like cheating

You should with already made bases then.

I probably should start trying that. I need some pretty small bases to start with though. Mene bases are huge zoomed in [lol]

I was actually attempting to create my own base... but I used a reference and was unable to remake it at all without a reference so I went to making emotes XD

There are plenty of small bases if you look. Yeah don't start with Mene's bases.

Eh, I wouldn't start with creating your own either unless you already have the good basics of art. (Like you have the ability to draw, shade and etc). I didn't start making my own bases until recently.

I forget what website I got the base i used as a reference (It was some girl who made an avatar site, she made tutorials too), but it ended up looking like this:

I think really the only part I made myself is the feet, head, and hands. It's all that stuff in the middle that's hard XD

I'll definitely have to look into bases though ^^ I've always been a fan of those adorable little dolls that people have in their signature.

Well if you're going for proportionally correct that isn't how they would do that... xD
