ew, and breathing is super important! my body used to do that when I'd throw a gallstone. felt like my lungs where crushed freezing into my lungs. it was aweful!

it totally was! I suffered with those attacks for 2 years before a doctor (an E.R. doc at that) figured out what it was! all the other docs didn't even think of that possibility. I mean, I had all sorts of stupid tests ran on me for all sorts of other weird things, but nobody even thought of the gallbladder. I went in to the E.R., it was such a bad attack that I had gone into shock, and he asked me 2 questions and knew what it was. then he ran a test to prove that is what it was and BOOM! I was in the hospital. I had to wait 3 days to have surgery because by then I was so sick it was dangerous to operate on me. and even then, when I did go in for surgery they lost me once! then I had to spend another 2 days in the hospital to be carefully monitored before I got to go home.
the hardest part of it all, emotionally, was while I was hooked up to machines and stuff, my son (who was about a year and a half old) was terrified of me. he didn't want to even be near me any closer than the foot of the bed. when I got out of the hospital he was SO glued to me! and still is. poor little thing. my ex didn't even take care of him, his parents took care of him for the 5 days. what kind of a loser was my ex-husband? sorry, I get ranty over him sometimes. |
Vanilla is always yummy and the Birthday Cake is good but my favorite is Mint Chocolate Chip. or Ben and Jerry's Half Baked.

the only time I buy ice cream is if I have money for Ben & Jerry's so I don't eat too much ice cream normally.
