Ace looked around pulling thing from all over the place, it finally felt nice to be inside and not alone in this strange world. He walked over to her "any luck finding anything" he whispered with a smile

She was pulling at what seemed to be a quilt, when she got it out of the closet she shook it dust flying everywhere "I found this" She said feeling useful Though pouted alittle seeing some holes made by moths or maybe even rats. "Its a little holey... she mumbed feeling like she had suddenly failed.

Ace smiled and pulled out few thick cloths "I think its will do as, those hole wont hurt" he said moving over to her. "we will have this to cover our self with" throwing the thick cloths to the table near the door.

She nodded " So... We can stay here tonight and be dry... and safe right?" she asked as she looked out the window. " I really wanna go home..." She said out loud but she had meant to only think it "Sorry... Its not that i don't like being with you. i just want to be someone i know.. i guess..."

Ace nodded walking over to the window as he stared off into space "Soon I hope, we will find a way out.. then you can go home" he sighed watching the thunder and rain which still shattering away.

She yawned " Maybe if we sleep the rain will go away by the morning?" she asked seeming hopeful, her ears were still down from the sounds of thunder. He could tell she was still afraid of it but was trying to seem tough about it.

He turned around and smiled knowing that wont be that simple but looking at her he had no other choice, he nodded his head "I guess so" he replied "It can't just rain forever" he muttered sliding down the wall and sat on the floor

She sat by him yawning. "hey so you still havent told me anything about yourself yet..."

He looked at her not knowing what to say "I really dont know what to say" he muttered "there is nothing exciting about my life or past" he said laying his head on his knees

Awe come on... there has to be something. You said you didn't really have a home so thedebhas to be some eort of story to tell

He lifted his face looking at her "As I said no one accept me cause I am different" he tilted his head "This ears, and tail ain't welcome in normal human world. People think I am some sort of freak or just scared of me, I have to move around to different place" he smiled looking at her "But it was sometime fun to be travelling around"

She suddenly hugged him tightly " Well i like them i think ears are great" she said her own ears perked up "And im not just saying that cause i have them... they really fit you" she said loooking at him hoping that he would believe her words.

Ace smiled as she hugged him feeling warmer with her hug and his ears twiching he looked at her with a smile placing his hand over her "Thanks" he whispered "guess some people do appreciates it"

"Yea! so don't worry about the other people and what they thing. cause all that should matter is what you think of yourself. not to mention there are those that love you for who you are" She yawned alittle "We should try to get some sleep dont you think?" she asked looking like she was more than ready to fall asleep and not wait for his okay

He smiled as she spoke, not many people talk to him that nicely and he nodded on her suggestion to get some sleep, somewhere where it wasn't freezing even tho he got use to it by now, he pulled one of the jacket like cloth over him and handed her one

She took it greatfully and ganced at the bed, it looked like animals had gotten to it at some poin though it didnt l;ook to horrible compared to sleeping in a puddle of mud. She put on the jacket and zipped it up hidding her hands in the overly long sleeves. "Do you think the bed is.... safe?" she mumbled quietly. She would sleep on it if he agreed to as well... Probally.

He looked over to the bed staring at it for awhile, he even tried throwing small rock at it listening to the sound it would make to check if it would tremble but it seems safe to lie down on it "I guess so" he nodded.. "it doesn't make any cracking noises or wobble" he smiled

She nodded to him and moved over to the bed, 'a closet full of guy and girl clothing.. and a king sized bed... in a random shack....in god knows where... Someone had to live here before right? Where are they now...? Where are we?' She thought to her self as she moved over to the bed looking back at him sitting on one side half expecting it to crumble beneath her.

Ace sat there laying his head on his knees watching her while his mind wondered off wondering how to get out of this place even though he loved the peaceful and quietness he found him self. Being in empty alienised place didn't feel right, he always got the feeling someone else was there watching them.

When she found that the bed did not crumble under her she aid down and curled into a ball her tail swaying off the edge of the frame. She was quite happy to be sleeping in a bed again. She yawned widely and closed her eyes, she didnt even say a proper goodnight before she was fast asleep.
