Carly nodded as she woke up, going to wake Taylor up. He went to wake Simon up, but noticed that Renamon already did so.

"What's going on?" Taylor asked as he let out a small yawn.

" I have a feeling something is wrong. Message Alex and tell him to go down the fire escape. I have a feeling the scientists are here. " Max said trying to keep calm.

Taylor nodded, messaging Alex as he took Sora's bishiball and placed it securely in his clothing pocket.

Alex received another message and read it, alarmed. Checking his bishiballs, he saw that everyone's ball was accounted for. "Zero, are you the only one out?" Alex asked, getting a nod from his Bishie. Grabbing his bag and swinging it over his shoulder, he quickly took to the fire escape, Zero following him. Once they reached the ground, Zero flung his saber up, cutting half of the fire escape off so that the scientists couldn't pursue them. Seeing the others reach safely to the ground, he relaxed, glad to see everyone was safe.

" We need to get some place safe. I know of a hiding place we can go for now. " Simon said.

"Lead the way," Alex said. "I think...we're going to have to get Eve's help on this as well," he continued, hoping that not everyone was immediately against the idea.

" Do you know where she is?" Simon asked as he began to lead them to the spot.

Eve had escaped and was running knowing she had to find a safe place.

"No, but I can message her," Alex responded.

Eve ducked in an alley way to rest a little .She hated being afraid.

Simon gave Alex the address of the hideout. He hoped she could be saved.

Alex quickly typed and sent a message to Eve, hoping that she would make her way towards the safe house and cooperate with them.

Eve got the message and went toward the coordinates. She would tell them everything she knew.

Simon unlocked the door and locked it once everyone was inside. He was glad that Eve had made it safely here.

Alex sat down on the couch before turning to face Eve, needing the information that she had.

" They do have a secret stealth force that they use. Also they have terrible plans to take control of this world. " Eve said. She was worried to tell them that Bryce was once an employee that had been brainwashed somehow.

Alex noticed that she was having trouble telling them about something and wondered what it could be about. Hypothesizing he asked, "What about Bryce? Was he part of this stealth force as well?"

" He was. Though I don't know much about what the plan for him actually was." Eve said." I know it was to gain control of the dragons, but other than that I don't know what else. "

"Why am I not surprised..." Alex said as he shook his head lightly. "Could he be reprogrammed and try to take over the dragons again?" He asked, in case he had to warn Tracy.

" I don't think so? Why what happened?" Eve asked. She didn't know what became of Bryce after he left. She only did tasks that the others didn't want.

Yugito looked on as well, curious as to what fully happened before she let Alex capture her. Alex sighed lightly before starting the tale of what happened with the dragons once again.

Eve listened and was horrified that Bryce had done those things. She was glad he was rightly punished and knew no amount of brainwashing could undo what a dragon could do.

" I haven't. My job was the ones people didn't want. You know, answering phones, sending messages, cleaning messes. " Eve said.

Yugito nodded at the answer. "Alright," She said, trusting Eve.

" I hope you got the information that I sent you. But dont send it to this towns police. Send it to the national police since I know there are spies in the local force. " Eve said.

Alex nodded. "I did," he replied although he was glad that he hadn't sent it to the police of this town just yet. "How do we know that the other police force don't have some members as well?" Alex asked, a little on the paranoid side.

" We don't. I wish I knew how much control my old boss has. I'm even afraid that they did something to me. I want to leave town, but I don't know what will happen. " Eve said.
