" I understand. I don't hold much trust in my own kind either. " Arturnia said. She knew it was going to be difficult to get the others to trust her.

Sora shook his head as he placed his keyblade back into the place within his heart since he didn't need it. "Max is so going to try killing you, you do realize," he said.

" I do realize that." Arturnia said and saw one of the flock heading toward them. She did have an idea to where some of the other members were , but wasn't exactly sure.

Alex and his Bishie were following Max, glad that the others had successfully rescued Elisa, and had hopefully returned safely.

Max tense up at the sight of the Eraser and had a bad feeling. " Who are you and why are you here?" She demanded feeling that something bad could.

"My name is Artunia...and I'm not here to harm you or your partner Max," the eraser said.

" Alright. Does Carly know you are here?" Max said hoping Arturnia was telling the truth.

"She does. I came to her first actually," Artunia said without fear or doubt in her voice since it was the truth.

" You did?" Max said feeling surprised by this. " You do want a second chance?" She added hoping this was true.

"Yes, I do. And I'll do whatever I have to do in order to prove it to you," Artunia said.

" Alright. It's getting cold out here and it would be best if we all went inside. " Max said shivering at the sudden drop in temperature.

"And you're coming in with us Artunia, we're not taking no for an answer," Alex said.

" I'll come with you. " Artunia said feeling like they were accepting her. It was strange for her to feel this way.

Max nodded and quickly led everyone inside. If Carly trusted the Eraser, then she could at least give her the benefit of the doubt.

Artunia was glad to finally get some rest since she hadn't slept in days.

"Carly...what are we going to do with her?" Max asked once she saw her trainer and how Artunia was resting.

" I don't know really." Carly said and hoped that she had made the right decision in trusting Artunia.

"We're risking a lot by trusting her, but...if she doesn't betray it, do you think we can ask the Dragon Council to do what they did to Daniel?" Max asked, having a feeling that Artunia would like that. "Though if we do, I don't think we should tell her about it," the avian added, even though she currently still didn't trust the Eraser.

" I think we can, but I'm not sure what their conditions will be." Carly said since she knew a little bit about how the council worked.

"I think the best we can do is talk to Tracy if/when we go back," Max replied as she cast an eye over the sleeping wolf. "I'm just glad she didn't try kidnapping you like they did to Elisa..." she said softly.

" They kidnaped Elisa ?" Carly said surprised. " So that's where you were. " Carly wasn't angry but just surprised.

Max nodded. "You were sleeping so well that I didn't want to wake you, especially since you looked like you were sleeping peacefully for once," she admitted.

" I understand. It was good to finally get some sleep like that. " Carly said.

"I bet, especially with your mom so close...and then all this happening," she said before sighing lightly.

" I know. It was hard to concentrate and not cry at the same time." Carly said. it had been sad to see her mom again and taht she didn't know who she or Deanna were .
