Max needed the time away form Artunia. She wasn't much of a cook but anything was better than being in the same room with an Eraser who just stared at her. " You okay?" Max said she saw Carly and was concerned something was wrong.

"Just annoyed, and sad," Carly replied as she sighed softly. "My father... he wants to kidnap Deanna and use her as leverage to get our mother back under her husband's thumb...," she said softly. "And it gets worse. They want to frame Artunia"

" They do? As much as I don't like Artunia , I don't want to see her framed by your father. " Max said knowing she need to help keep Deanna and Janet safe.

"Deanna also thinks it would be a good idea for me to capture her," she said. "But I won't capture her unless you and her can work together."

"We can work together. I don't know what she'll think of this though. " Max said.

"I'm sure she'll be okay with it, espeically since it will be a step in the right direction to show that she wants to prove to us that she's trying to change," Carly replied, glad that Max was willing to work with one of her hated enemies.

" We should tell her now. " Max said knowing that the sooner they did this the better.

"Good idea. I just hope she's okay with it," Carly responded as they headed to their room.

Arturnia woke up from her nap and saw both Carly and Max. " Is everything okay?" She asked concerned.

Carly shook her head lightly before explaining what was going on.

" That's terrible! " Artunia said. " Max are you okay with me being captured by Carly?" She asked hoping it was.

"I am. I know we've gotten off on a bad start, but I think we can work together Artunia," Max said.

" That's good. I do promise to help you find your family Max. " Artunia said having an idea where some of the flock was.

Max was shocked, surprised that Artunia would be wanting to help her find other members of her flock. "T-thanks...Artunia," she said.

Carly gave a smile and got out a Bishie ball. " Ready Artunia?" She asked.

The Eraser nodded. "I'm ready," she said.

Carly threw the ball and was glad it caught Artunia. She knew it was best to let her new Bishie out ooh after and then pressed the button.

(ooh? Also, do you think after this we should have Carly and Max tell Artunia about the Dragon Council and how they might be able to stop the "death" process?)

Artunia blinked as she was let out of the ball quickly after being captured. "Okay, that is definitely a weird experience," the Eraser said. She had a feeling it was the bond between herself, Carly and Max that was starting to form, but it still felt odd all the same.

Trust me it is. Though you don't need to go back in there. " Max said. She was worried that Artunia would eventually die and wondered if the Dragon Council would be able to help out.

"Artunia...do you know how much time you have left?" Carly asked softly.

" I have about 4 months. Though I could be wrong and only have 2 or three. The cold slows the death process of Erasers. " Artunia explained.

"Max, are you thinking what I think you're thinking?" Carly asked as Max nodded. "I am," she admitted.

" What are you two thinking ? " Artunia asked. " We shouldn't let your father get away with hurting your mom. And I know a way we can make sure he does get caught. " She suggested.

"We have a friend in another village, but we need to call her first and see if we can actually get something going. Now then...what's your idea?" Carly asked.

" I can set a trap for him and be the one to to lure him there. He has a wolf type Bishe and I know he won't be able to resist a challenge. " Artunia said since she had dealt with that man before.
