Alex nudged Jean awake, knowing that the martial artist would want to stretch and warm up before the war started.

Taylor woke up and stretched a little before waking up Michael and Sora. He knew his friend wanted to find his Bishies.

Sora grumbled lightly as Taylor woke him up, not being much of a morning person.

Alex and Jean helped wake the other Bishies up and Alex was surprised that even Zero went into sleep mode. Moving to where his ponytail started, he yanked on it lightly before moving out of the way. Once Zero was fully activated and the rest were ready, Alex headed out of the area and searched for Lena.

Lena saw Alex and gave a small wave. She was making everyone breakfast. She knew it might be awhile till they had a decent meal again.

Alex waved back and saw that she was making breakfast for everyone. "Need any help?" he asked.

" Could you make the toast for everyone?" Lena asked as she was flipping the bacon and cooking the eggs.

"Sure thing," he said as he got the bread out of the pantry and moved to where the toaster was located. Putting 4 slices into one toaster, he repeated the action with two other toasters and waited for the toast to pop up.

Lena finished up one set of eggs and put them on plates. She then put more butter in the egg and an put the rest of the egg mixture in to cook, while she put the bacon on the plates.

Alex cut the pieces of toast in half and placed them on the plates as well.

Lena placed the rest of the eggs on the plates and got the glasses out, not sure what everyone would like to drink.

Alex finished placing the toast on the plates as he saw people coming from their quarters yawning lightly. Sometimes it's good being a morning person he thought to himself.

Taylor walked in and grabbed a plate and sat down next to Sora. He knew today had to go well.

Cole came in and noticed that breakfast was already taken care of. Seeing Lena and Alex taking care of everything, he let a small smile grace his features as he took a plate and sat down.

Carly grabbed two plates, one for herself and one for her sister. After sitting down, she saw Max grab her own plate and sit down next to her trainer. The avian hybrid was glad to see Carly happy ever since they found her younger sister.

Tracy grabbed a plate and thanked both Alex and Lena.

"You're welcome,"Alex said. Looking up as he said that to Tracy, he noticed that while his Bishies were in the room, they had yet to take any plates for themselves or others. "You okay here for now Lena?" Alex asked and after receiving a nod from the girl grabbed a couple of plates and headed towards his friends and partners.

Lena grabbed a plate and sat down to eat her breakfast, listening for the call from the others in the gym.

"We didn't think it was fair to start eating without you," Rikku said as the others nodded in affirmation. Chuckling lightly, he ate with the rest of them. All they could do now was wait.

Lena heard the phone ring and was glad that it was the operatives. " We got less than two hours till we start. Everyone finish up and get ready. " Lena said to the group.

Everyone heard the order and quickly got ready. Today was the day that they got rid of Bryce or died trying.

" Everyone ready?" Lena asked once the time was up. This had to work.

Everyone nodded as trainers grabbed their Bishiballs and various weapons. Alex glanced at Tracy and then looked around for his other friends, hoping that this would not be the last time he would see everyone.

Tracy grabbed Saphira's Bishieball, and a few other weapons and headed on with the others toward the battle.

Alex grabbed his sword that could use ice and turned towards his Bishies, making sure Angelus' Bishiball was still secure where he had left it. Turning to his partners he asked if they were all ready. He got various answers but they all boiled down to the same answer: "We were born ready."

Taylor grabbed weapons that he could use and Sora had his keyblade ready . He hoped that this went well.
