" I'm glad too. There are a few resturants in town that weren't affected badly , but this is one of the better ones. " Simon said.

"How so?" Alex asked, quite curious now about the quality of the restaurant.

"They have been around since the town was founded , and the cooking is a lot like a home cooked meal. It attracts a lot of trainers and locals." Simon said.

"Interesting..." Alex said as the line moved up a little. Soon they would be inside and be able to get food.

" How many in your group?" The hostess asked once they had reached the front.

"Six," Alex said before the hostess showed the six of them to a table.

" Your waitress should be here soon. " The hostess said and left. " What can I get you all to drink ? She asked.

"Water please," Alex said.

Taylor also asked for water and so did Carly and Simon. They weren't sure really what was in stock after the fire.

Sora and Max also asked for water, erring on the side of caution since they weren't sure what was still available after the fire.

The waitress went to get the water , giving them time to order. She was glad they still had a full kitchen after the fire. " Are you ready to order?" She said a little bit later when she returned with the drinks.

Alex suggested for the ladies to go first. Carly ordered some scrambled eggs and an english muffin to go with it.

Max ordered the same . Taylor ordered eggs and toast , as did Sora.

Alex ordered a plate of pancakes for himself, making a mental note to get some food for his Bishies later, knowing that they would probably still be sleeping at the moment.

Simon ordered waffles for him and the same for Renamon. The waitress took the order and turned it in to the kitchen.

As they waited, Alex asked Simon about the area and where he got Renamon.

" This area has a high concentration of anime Bishies. I was looking in the fields one day and I came across Renamon. She had been badly injured and I took her back to town. " Simon said.

"Really now?" Alex asked in surprise once he heard about the high population of anime related Bishies. He'd have to see if he could find some himself after they helped the village get back on their feet.

"And I was lucky that Simon here found me. If not, I'm not so sure I would have survived the night," Renamon said before seeing that their food was about to arrive.

The waitress laid out the food and asked if there was anything else she could do.

"No thank you," Alex replied politely to the waitress.

The waitress nodded and went to her other tables.

Taylor started to eat his breakfast and so did Sora.

Alex started eating his breakfast and silently agreed with what Simon said about this place. While he was eating, he wondered what his Bishies were doing late last night. Maybe trying to find information about the culprit? he thought to himself, making a small promise to himself to bring them over here for lunch later today.

The waitress brought the check and Simon grabbed it. " Let me. It's my way of thanking you guys for helping yesterday. " He said.

"You don't have to if you don't want to," Carly said.

" It's alright. I want to. " Simon said and went to pay for the meal.
