I'm always willing to try "weird" foods, but I think even I might have reservations about eating alpaca steak. :(

Raw horse meat sounds very unusual, even to me. Then again, I once thought eating raw salmon was weird too.

Honestly, it tastes a lot like raw fish meat (like maguro, aka tuna) but with a bit more of a meaty taste. Not a great description, I know. :lol: But it's really hard to describe flavors. I've had raw beef and cow tongue too, but I'd say raw horse is tastier. But I'm a big fan of sushi and sashimi so things that taste like raw fish are delicious in my opinion.
