(NOTE FROM ALICE: This is an older thread, but I'm still searching for roleplays. I disappeared for a long time from Mene because I was having family issues, and I had to take way more hours at work because of it. I'm assuming everyone I was roleplaying with doesn't want to revive anything/is mad at me, so I need new and exciting roleplays! Please please please contact me if you're interested. Greetings!

I'm Alice, and I have a serious addiction to roleplays. I've found that I tend to work best in 1x1 roleplays, so while I'm currently in one with my new friend Alex, I feel like I can handle more. Just so you all know: I type loooonnnnggg replies (but not novels) and have been roleplaying for years, so you don't need to worry about lameness on my part. Usually. =D

What I'm looking for is pretty simple: I love romance and video games, but I have a tendency to dislike anime roleplays. I used to be obsessed with anime, but now I simply like the art style and I don't watch many animes themselves. There is very few I like, and they are very dark. Feel free to ask what I like, but still, I don't want an anime roleplay. I just don't prefer it. The only thing anime I allow is the PICS of the characters.

I also like original roleplays, but usually they need to include some elements of fantasy.

I play male or female pretty well. I also do Yaoi, but I stink at Yuri.
(And remember, I follow the rules. Nothing over PG-13.)

Right now, I'm mostly craving the Princess x Assassin roleplay. That can also be Prince x Assassin if you'd like. But other than that, I'd love to do the Goddess x Human or a Misunderstood Killer pairing.

If you don't want to do any of those, I don't mind. Tell me what you prefer C:

Just keep in mind that the misunderstood killer one is set in real life.. Hence the "realistic" title of that list. Are you ok with that?

Yeah, it doesn't have to be romance. I'm just better at romances, so that's why I usually place priority on them.

An ancient Egyptian adventure roleplay sounds awesome though! I could totally do that. I'm not sure if you were planning on it, but can it have some fantasy elements in it? That'd make me really happy. ^.^ If not, that's ok too. Just thought I'd ask.

O.o mind reader moment to you! I didnt want to go into details, but yes I wanted to incorporate that; like ancient magic, like controlling of elemets or such right? I think this rp will go swimmingly ^^

So here is my idea:

Two girls (or guys or guy and girl, whichever you want) have run away from elite lifestyle, out of their desire to go beyond the walled city and see the rest of Egypt. Since they were raise in elite families, they were educated - from math and writing, to the art, like music and dance, which they use to gain some money on their journey. Since their city is in southwest Egypt they hope to reach the mouth of the Nile River and present-day Cairo. From there we can elaborate what happens.

I have a partial character going through my mind right now. Since back then priest and such were high class, my character would be the daughter of the temple's priest (he has the power over water, which was passed down to my character) and her mother (also can do magic with emphasis on water) would be the great healer of the community. Your character's parents could be the top notch merchants or leader of the city (what would they have called that back then, I'm blanking @[email protected]). It's up to you though, just giving some suggestions. Hehe i'm so excited right now ^^ I have been craving it for soooo long.

Oh and I forgot to add that I am indeed a literate roleplayer ^^ i like to do very long replies, three paragraphs seems to be my average. Just in case that concern was coming into your mind

I love the idea so far, though, so you can count me in! I'll need a little bit of time to think of a unique character, so you'll need to be kind of patient with me. (At the max: a few days.) But I promise, I'll have a great character by then! @[email protected]

And as for my length I usually go 2 or 3 medium sized paragraphs, unless I hit writer's block and I can't think of anything. So yeah, this should work out great!
