MAria saw the two of them argueing and then saw Vargoth caring the beast. she smiled to herself and amde her way towards them. "So this is the best we are after," she asked.
Vorgoth handed the spirit wolf to Maria. "All yours for your pleasure" Vorgoth then noticed Shin and Hana arriving. He created a sword and sheild. After he was through with them, he would deal with Aiden.
"forget them. They can't do anything to stop us. they will die if they try. Would you like to help me finish off the last spirit wolf Vorgoth?" she asked him.
Vorgoth held his sword to the spirit wolf's throat. "I have waited centuries for this"
"and now you have the right to kill her. Finish her now," Maria said watching.
(I think we should wait for the others)
(ok)
Aiden calmly bowed his head in slight respect towards Maria as she approached. The spy may not have respected the elder, but their leader was...well closer then Vorgoth. His gaze soon wandered in the direction that the other two reapers seem to be referring to and figured it probably had something to do with the humans from before. Arms gently and slowly crossed over his torso, though it was loose enough to where if he needed to move and draw his blade he could quickly and effectively. He had a feeling that he and Vorgoth were far from finished as well as a slight feeling of uneasiness in the back of his mind. Kill and capturing the spirit wolf shouldn't have been as easy as it was being made out to be.
Momentarily he gave a sort of backward glance towards Cora as he backed up a bit until he as beside her and knelt down slightly. "You'll want to take this opportunity to heal as much as you can. I've a feeling speed is about to be needed..." he quietly whispered to the human girl, before again focusing again on the scene before them. He felt no real need to either warn the commander nor the reaper leader, after all why voice a feeling in the back of his mind when it would more then likely be scoffed at. Besides if neither could feel a sense of danger at the moment...well then the spy felt that was to become their own concern. |
Cora looked up at her master as he told her that she would need to heal as much as she could. With the warning, her sense of danger heightened. They had gotten the wolf spirit way too easily. She had showed compassion for the humans and paid the price for it, but from what she could tell vorgoth's sword at the spirit wolfs throat just shows the wolf which side she would probably rather be on now that she knows what the soul reapers want to do to her. Quickly, the girl grabbed water from the air and started to put it around her legs so that she could start the healing process, though she could already feel the calcium build up from before. She had to position some of her bones in the right place though it was already hard to move them due to the build up and the lack of attention she had given it. When she finally got them in place she placed the water over her leg which was soothing and almost made her stop healing from how wonderful it felt. She brought her mind back to the surface as she started to heal her leg. It was so much harder to heal herself then it was for her to heal something else. She couldnt pinpoint why, but it was just so much harder. Due to the slower time it took to heal her wounds, she didnt get far at all in the time she watched the humans come towards them and Vorgoth get ready to cut off the spirit wolf's head. Quickly she focused back on healing her legs once more.

Horrifica stayed silent as she watched the Soul Reapers talk and argue with each other until she was staring at the Leader of the SOul Reapers, Maria. She left an edge of the sword on her throat. Horrifica looked into Vorgoth's eyes and smiled softly, she smelled her bird friend's scent in his hand and slowly started to curl her fluffy ears started to point back slowly. "Sir Vorgoth and Madam Soul Leader, I am pleased to see who is actually in command of the Soul Reapers." she said with a soft smile and swayed her tail happily behind her, "Also, Sir Vorgoth I smell my friends scent on your hand. I must say that I am...um, how do you say..." she said softly as her tail, hair and ears started to turn black and her red glowed a darker red. "I'm fucking pissed!!" she shouted angrily and grabbed the sword with her bare hand and crushed it, "Tell you what, if you run then I might just kill you quickly." Horrifica growled kicking Vorgoth hard in the stomach and sharpened her claws, "Then again, you killed my friend. So I'll just rip you two and eat your organs in front of you." cackling as her fangs sharpened and summoned pitch black wings, flapping them hard enough for her to hover over everyone.
Vorgoth was flung to the ground. He quickly reached over and grabbed Cora. "Stand down, you filthy beast! Or I'll rip this human's head off!"
(did not know if you picked her up or not so i just assumed you did.)
Horrifica of course had done exactly what had been expected of her. She had taken the sword and crushed it in her hand, then forced a kick at the Reapers chest forcing him to double over as well as get knocked back towards her. Her legs had not recovered yet, but the Reaper didnt care as he grabbed her and dragged her to a standing position, holding her aggressively. She let out a cry as she stood on her not fully healed legs. It hurt. She wanted to struggle in the Reapers arms as she looked up at Aiden, her master. She knew no sympathy was going to be shown by him unless he didnt want to find another slave that he could take care of. She manipulated the water around her to engulf her body with a small barrier so that the firey Reaper did not burn her in anyway. She had enough wounds already. |
"wow you must be stupid to try to stand up against us Horrifica. That is your name isn't it? I can tell. You are a scared weak pup til something upsets you," she said holding out her hand and her scythe appeared.
"Now, Maria! Finish her off and wipe her kind from the face of existance forever!" Vorgoth yelled, still holding Cora.
Maria jumped up and sliced at her.
Aiden wasn't surprised by the relatively violent reaction of the spirit wolf, though her changed appearance was a tad surprising. Her shade began to shift from the purity of white to the tainted color of black as her anger surfaced. Again in the back of the spy's mind something was telling him to take his servant and leave the area as this was not a fight they could win. Just as he had made up his mind and was about to again retrieve Cora, Vorgoth had beaten him to it and was now using her as a hostage.
Gray eyes calmly closed as the sound of a blade being swiftly unsheathed echoed softly. "Release her Vorgoth or you'll have more to worry about then just the spirit wolf. Something of mine is not going to pay for your mistake" the reaper stated as his stained red blade came to point at not the main target of the spirit wolf, but at the elder reaper. The tone he spoke in was calm, however it had shifted to a calm that gave off a feeling of malice and the threat of death. Gray eyes opened as the gaze reflected his tone, calm yet clearly deadly and dangerous. His patience had been tested enough by the reaper commander and it was clear that if pushed much further he would unleash his pent up and hidden fury, which when directed towards either enemy of the reapers or of Aiden himself could be quite devastating. It was a small known fact that if the spy truly had any desire to raise in rank he very well could have, however it was his own choice to remain where he was. His gaze only glanced momentarily towards their leaping leader as she made the attempt to end the beast's race permanently, however something inside him told him that it would not be the finishing blow. The wolf had already proven that she held the power to eliminate any one of them if she desired, and the red eyes that she now displayed easily reminded the spy reaper of that. |
"You dare point your blade at me! And for a mere human? You do not deserve to be a soul reaper. You are too soft!" Vorgoth tightend his grip.
Horrifica landed on the ground and made her wings vanished as Cora was being held captive and Maria started to speak to her then prepared to fight. A smirk spread on her face as Horrifica grabbed the tip of the scythe and held it in the air. "My name is Horrifica but I think you have me confused with Outer Horrifica. I will kill you without hesitation Maria, after all Soul Reapers will always be weaker than Spirit Wolves." she said with a smile and kicked Maria in the chest and looked at Vorgoth again, "I hate it when you do this, you're the pathetic one. Using a human as a shield when I can still hurt you reguardless." Horrifica said looking atAiden who had removed his sword and pointed it at Vorgoth, she started to walk slowly to Vorgoth and smiled evilly "If you left the human go Vorrie, then I might let you have the first hit." Horrifica taughted him, his wasn't her nature, a spirit wolf is never suppose to resort to using this side of themselves, young spirit wolves like Horrifica could almost never control them. BUt luckly, Horrifica had time to and managed to tame the wilder half of herself.
Maria fell to then ground with a thump. She stood back up and swipped again at her, slicing some of her fur off.
"You think I'm a fool, don't you?" Vorgoth cut Cora's cheek.

While Shin sat there staring at the reapers speak with one another, the last thing he had expected was when he had seen how the leader of the reapers had come out of nowhere. Her scent gave everything away since he recognized it perfectly, the only reason Shin had recognized this scent of the leader was due to the fact that on the day that his father had protected the human rebellion along with his only son; he remembered watching his father fighting against many of the soul reapers at once, not to mention the leader of the soul reapers at the sametime. Smelling her scent, almost made Shin become blinded by anger to rush into battle and attack her out of vengeance. Although he may not have been completely blinded by anger, his senses were slightly blurred enough to the point that he hadn't realized Hana had come over toward him and ended up healing up both his arms to the point that he could once more feel them. Once he had finally recollected his emotions when he was able to begin to feel his arms once more, he immediately looked down at both his hands and arms to feel how they were no longer burnt but rather skin smooth once more. Turning his head right over toward the side, he noticed how Hana was right next to him. A small smile played across his lips as he nodded to her in thanks before taking his attention back at the scene going on. Although by the time he had looked back at what was happening, the last thing he was expecting was to see that there was a blade already right toward the spirit wolf's throat and for her to become angered toward the male reaper than crush the blade that was at her throat.
Hearing the reaper threaten back toward the spirit wolf only to notice how a scythe-like weapon had appeared and the older reaper calling out to tell the leader to kill the spirit wolf already. Knowing enough that the wolf would be strong enough to probably dodge or block it, Shin was about to jump in to help but as he thought she was able to protect herself. Turning his head over toward the male reaper as he grabbed onto another figure which smelled like a human from what he thought earlier, it had seemed that Shin was correct due to what the spirit wolf had stated. The last thing he had expected to hear from the spirit wolf was that she spoke about something that sounded as though she were speaking about an 'outer' Horrifica. Hearing right after that the swooping sounds of what seemed like the leader of the soul reapers' attacking along with the older reaper speaking up about someone thinking of him as a fool; right after smelling the scent of human blood. From what he had heard, it sounded as though the other male reaper was almost protecting the human being held other male reaper. Turning his attention over toward Hana for a moment, Shin quickly placed both his hands onto the hilts of his sword. "Hana! Get the other human!" he stated in trust that Hana would be able to help the other human being held by the male reaper. Charging forward toward the female reaper before her attack could completely make contact with the spirit wolf, Shin had finally unsheathed both his blades and locked the leader of the soul reaper's scythe in between Shin's blades. Glaring right into the eyes of the leader of the soul reaper with his own pale white eyes, Shin gritted his own teeth knowing that his arms and hands had just healed; so they weren't as strong as they were supposed to be. |
Aiden's expression remained calm and deadly. "I won't say it again Vorgoth release what is mine or else I can and will cut you down where you stand" the reaper threatened, choosing to bypass the insults for the time being. His blade never quivered as it remained pointed clearly at the elder reaper. For the spy there was no playing around this time as he typically would have in the past. At the moment there was clearly a bigger danger and his only main concern was to get himself and his servant Cora out of the area, the spirit wolf's words made that rather clear.
Gray eyes turned slightly towards the beast as she approached and caught a slight glimpse of her possibly glancing at him for a moment. The look in her eyes held danger, just as his own, but in a very different way and sense. He had no desire at the moment to kill he reaper commander, so long as what was his was still alive, as the wolf clearly did. It was truly clear then that if the reapers were to attempt to fight the beast now they would surely lose. His attention fell again on Vorgoth as the scent of blood entered the air as the elder cut his servants cheek. The blade in his hand moved once, but once was all that was necessary. It had moved swiftly to land a cut on the arm currently holding his servant in place. The blade itself hadn't actually connected to make the cut, but rather the air current that erupted from the blade. It was a sort of more advanced technique for the style of swordsmanship that Aiden practiced, and it was one that he was quite good at. It required the user to have precision, aim and high speed, all of which the spy had. His attention slightly shifted as he heard one of the humans that had been hiding shout. It seemed he was currently crossing blades with their leader. With one human making a movie he had no doubt that the other two would be making a move soon as well. He knew that perhaps Vorgoth could handle fighting two humans, but now he also had the spirit beast and the himself to deal with, and he doubted the elder would be able to handle that. |
Vorgoth felt his arm get cut. That was the last straw. "Now you shall know true pain!" Vorgoth formed a dagger, and stabbed Cora in the lower back. He made sure to miss any organs. He just wanted her to bleed.
Aiden's own patience for the elder reaper had run short as Vorgoth again harmed his servant. "As shall you now" the reaper retorted as malice laced his voice. This time not only did the blade move, but the spy reaper as well as he chose not to hold back against the other reaper...well maybe a little since the wolf was still there. The blade moved and bit deeply wherever it could reach, mainly to weaken the grip the commander had on his servant. Once the white haired reaper was certain that he had provided enough distracting wounds he quickly moved to free his servant. He knew the elder was swift for his size, but Aiden was smaller giving him slightly greater speed and maneuverability.
Once he had moved within range for hand to hand combat he made quick to attack the other male's arm until he was able to get a hold of Cora himself. He dug his blade in the previous wound he had given to the other reaper and wretched the arm off of his servant. Moving swiftly again to catch Cora and move her away from the other reaper, however the move forced him to leave a bit of himself open to return attack, a fact he was well aware of. It didn't matter too much to him as it merely meant that his servant would be shielded from any retaliation from the other reaper. He moved back a bit once he had a hold of Cora, though not enough that an attack wouldn't be able to hit him or be directed at him if the elder was serious in retaliating. He could see the work he had done and he had indeed held back in his attacks, though that was mainly due to the fact that his need to escape from the threat of the spirit wolf was a bit greater then vengeance on the reaper. His blade held the clear trace of blood, although it looked more then what was really shed, mainly due to the others he had previously slain before this. |
Vorgoth fought through the pain. He created a flaming chain whip, and wrapped it around Aiden's neck.
