(wow... that was alot to read. SO EXCITING... but i do have to say, Kraven. Any stab in the lower back will hit a major organ, hun. Even if you dont mean to, it will unless its a tiny blade the length of a needle.... Sorry, Anatomy major here  )
Cora was two busy trying to handle the pain of her legs to realize her master was now wanting to come to her rescue. It wasnt until she had a cut on her cheek that she noticed the fighting. The spirit wolf looked completely different from when they had first met, her master as holding a blade against the elder reaper holding her, and the humans were back. Her master looked as if he was going to hurt the reaper commander horribly for taking hold of her. It wasnt until the elder reaper had gotten cut that she kenw she was in danger. Unable to stop it, a blade went into her lower back. She made a small cry of pain from the blade going into her and an release of breath that could have said she was hurt badly. She started to bleed uncontrollably from the area. The tip of the blade had pierced her small intestine and just missed her gall bladder. She felt herself wanting to go limp in the elder reaper's arms from all the pain. She jsut wanted to make it go away. Aidens sword came in and sliced the Elder reaper until he was able to let go of the her. When her master grabbed her, a blaze of water erupted from the ground as she passed out and engulfed her body. She had done this technique once before when she was a small child and had so many cuts that she couldn't move. The water created a thin barrier around her. She was completely gone from consciousness as this happened. Her wounds very slowly started to heal, starting with the ones on her legs. The water on her back became blood red, but never fell to the ground. The only thing the barrier didnt cover was her head in order for her to be able to breathe. It wasnt long before there was a large area of blood in this barrier. The only thing she could think of while she was unconscious was what she could have done to deserve getting stabbed in the back. She had not done anything that her master had not ordered. She did everything she had been told. She was a good servant. Was this the end? It couldnt have been. She could still feel. The pain in her back was intense as she slowly opened her eyes. There was no way she could go unconscious from this. There was too much at stake. When she opened her eyes, the barrier stayed in place, but it was in time to see a flaming chain whip wrap around her masters neck. She quickly got out of his arms on her freshly healed legs and threw water on the chain to put out the fire, then turn it to ice and shatter. She squinted as the barrier around her broke and was the water she had used. The blood started to drip from her back once more. |
Aiden winced slightly as he felt the heat of the flames erupting from the chain that had been wrapped around his neck. He could feel his flesh starting to burn, and knew he needed to get rid of it relatively quickly. He was about to attempt to remove it with his blade when suddenly water splashed on the chain and froze it, causing it to shatter. The burn wasn't something that he needed to be too terribly concerned with as he had avoid a life threatening one, though the area was now tender to the touch. "Your tricks are old and ineffective. I'm not human and I'm not fragile like one. Besides you've now got bigger problems" he said with a chuckle as his gaze shifted towards the wolf spirit. There was no longer a hostage involved, and the spy wasn't willing nor going to allow his servant to be one again.
Due to the fact that he needed the use of one arm he was only really able to keep a comfortable grip on her as he had before. For now though it would do as it was strong enough to prevent Vorgoth from taking her from him again. The blade in his hand once more calmly pointed at the elder reaper in warning. He had already shed the other reaper's blood and he was more then willing to do so again if need be. He could feel the water that had surrounded her previously vanish as the blood from her back wound once more began to flow freely again. His gaze glanced down at the girl in his arm. "Have you the energy or water to heal the wound in your back still?" he calmly asked, his voice going a tad more gentler, but not much. |
Cora was breathing heavily as she stared at the elder reaper with her master's arm around her. She barely had the strength to stand her her blood was running out of her quickly. Her legs buckled a little as she moved her arms around in a circle. The water she had used to shatter the chain came back to her, still blood red from all the blood it had carried. It swirled around her midsection and lower back, trying to heal the wound and grab any blood that decided to keep pouring out of her. The wound itself formed the scar tissue needed quickly and form a scar. The blood had clotted the area in order to create this tissue. It had definitely stopped the bleeding, but that didnt mean she was out of the water just yet. "Its done." Her strength was waning. It was disappearing quickly from all the events she had been through, but for her master, she found her second breath and stood tall, his one arm wrapped around her. It was hard to heal herself quickly and she had tried it many times, but this time it seemed to have worked. The only thing she didnt know if she had gotten to was the pierced organ. Hopefully the blood would clot there quickly as well and heal quickly. She was sure it would, but she wasn't worried about it at the moment. More water moved out of the ground and started to move around her. She moved in front of her master so that she wouldnt hurt him as it began to violently move around her from the ground up. The way she moved made it look like she wanted to protect him. "Dont try to hurt my master again." Her anger was now taking over. Being human, she couldnt help it that she wanted to fight the Reaper Commander. It was like a demon was taking over her soul as she watched the Reaper commander.
|
Horrifica was surprised when she saw Maria come at her again and cut off some of her fur from her tail. A deep and evil growl escacped her throat when Serenity was stabbed by Vorgoth but was slowly healing herself. "I find you Soul Reapers very interesting. I'm shocked that you would resort to such childish behavior. Unfortunately, you are boring me to death itself. Human youngling, I am happy that you have helped me but when I say leave, I mean it. Cora, I would advise you to control your anger. Controlling water is a gift but if angered, you can kill the ones you care for." she said turning into in true form, her pitch black hair grew longer as a the tattered dress turned into a long flowing cloak dress and walked away. Horrifica looked at Aiden and the human named Shin and a soft smile formed on her face along with a chuckle, "I guess he did keep his promise. Before I go I have one thing to say. Your name is Aiden, correct? You and the Blind human look just like Monté." she said chuckling and summoned her wings to flying away. 'If they want to find me then they have to understand the true connection between the Spirit Wolves, humans and Soul Reapers.' she thought to herself and smiled to herself vanishing in the clouds.
|
Aiden was internally relieved when blood ceased to flow from Cora's wound and she stated it was done, as he really didn't wish to worry about having to create enough time to have the human heal herself when in the middle of a battle. As it was he knew that he wouldn't be able to handle both Vorgoth and the spirit wolf, as she had previously been talking about destroying the soul reapers, a race that he was still a part of. He was surprised to find his servant move from his protection to stand out in front of him in a sort of protective gesture herself. He could almost feel the rage as the water moved and couldn't help but slightly shake his head. "Calm yourself Cora. Thinking led by anger will only cloud your judgment and lead to a mistake. Stand down, and if you're legs are able vacate the area, I'll come for you once I've finished here" he calmly commanded as his blade remained pointed at Vorgoth. He knew well that his body would be able to withstand the impending beating better then a human's anyways.
His attention snapped back to the wolf however as she spoke and instinctively pointed his blade in her direction, expecting an attack. "Go while you can Cora, I'll be behind you shortly" he commanded again, knowing rather well he wouldn't be able to fully withstand an attack from both the beast and Vorgoth at the same time. He was surprised however when the wolf chose not to attack and instead spoke to both him and seemingly one of the other humans. His blade lowered somewhat as he heard the wolf's words, frowning a bit unsure of whether to be insulted or...well be insulted. He wasn't a human and being compared with one wasn't something he desired being a soul reaper. "Aye my name is Aiden..." he calmly though almost hesitantly confirmed. For a brief moment confusion crossed his eyes as his guard lowered slightly at the sound of the name. Monté...where had he heard that name before? It sounded familiar and yet his mind couldn't quite register the information tied to it. It took a few moments for it to slightly click. There was once a reaper that went by that name, but he had committed some form of taboo and had been put to death... |
(Im going to wait on Hana to post before I do anything xD)
|
Vorgoth had gone beyond enraged. He roared, and slammed his fist to the ground. A colum of spinning fire rose up around him. It began to grow in width, becoming hotter as it did. The earth beneath Vorgoth melted into glass.
|
Cora stopped the violent moving water and looked back at the spirit wolf as if saying, 'i understand, please forgive me.' She then turned to her master and bowed towards him before deciding to head back to the Soul Reaper Haven. She was about to run in that direction in order to obey her master's command as the spirit wolf left, but the wall of fire that built around the reaper commander had started to grow in with and heat. She looked at it almost vexed before putting the water that had been spinning round her, up as a barrier against the heat. She ran, keeping her hands moving to keep the barrier up. As it grew, she could feel as though the column of fire had almost reached her, but luckily she finally out ran it. Once out of the area of the village, she started to walk again. The water fell to the ground, as if all the forces holding it up had released at once. It splashed down, causing her to look back at the puddle it had made. She walked calmly back to the Haven, trying to save her strength for the chores that still needed to be done.
|
Aiden's blade remained out and pointed at Vorgoth, backing up a bit and turning his attention back to the initial opponent as the elder reaper summoned flames out of anger and had them grow, until he was certain that Cora was safely out of harms way for the time being. Once certain he calmly twisted his hand and directed his blade back into its sheath. "You're a little old for a temper tantrum. I've no interest in fighting against an anger blinded fool. I advise you though not to touch my things again or next time I'll do much worse then I have done today" the reaper calmly stated, his tone returning back to his usual calm though still holding the threatening edge to it.
He continued to back away when he felt the heat of the flames getting a bit too close, however he diverted his attention towards their leader now. "I'll be returning now Maria, my job had been finished for awhile, though it looks like I'll have more to do now. I'll work on getting information again and sending you what I find once I find something. You may also want to leave the area as well before this bumbling imbecile loses control and ends up accidentally sending an attack at you" the reaper called calmly as he turnedand began heading in the somewhat same direction that Cora before him had. |
"your right," maria said. Vorgoth was getting out of control with his anger. Sure she was cruel but she controled her anger like the fact that she was pissed right now. "Vorgoth calm down. When you do come back to the hideout," she said then took off.

((im sorry for my absence, School what can you do!?))
Hana had been conciterably weakend by the act of healing her leader so she could just sit for as long as she needed to regain herself. So much had happened that she wasnt in the mood for fighting anymore, her head was pounding, she felt dizy and faint all at the same time. But looking up she could see the Spiret wolf leaving on her own, Shin still engaged with the leader of the reapers, and vargoth beginning a tantrum while he faced A white haired reaper and the girl shin wanted hana to save. "Everything looks fine to me!" Hana muttered as she held her head. Though she did have anger well within her as she watched vargoth. She hated that reaper she especally hated him for being so noisy at this moment. But seeing that things were slowly dieing down Hana wondered what she should do. The human Girl had left, no doubt back to her masters house where she would continue to be his. Though hana was a bit confused at what the reaper was doing taking that girl and caring for her as he did. she found this to be strange butthat didnt matter now, all that did was getting out of the airea and appologising to shin for not doing as she was told. hoisting herself to her feet Hana stepped form the bushes looking most dissheveld and wlaked as if she had been drinking too much ale. She made her way around Vargoth who seemed to be in a very bad mood, and then to Shin who had recently been freed from combat with the Reaprs leader. "Shin Im sorry, but we should really leave!" hana said as she stood beside her leader and grasped his shoulder for her own support. "Im not going to be any help to you, we should just go!" She added as standing made her head pound even more and her dizzyness even worse. |
While Shin had the leader of the soul reaper's scythe locked within his own two blades, he was making sure the entire time not to let his guard down and end up getting himself sliced by the leader's weapon. All the while he kept his guard up from holding onto the weapon of the soul reaper's with his own, he had heard all the commotion going on between the other two reapers about the human slave that he had gotten the scent of earlier. They had seemed to be arguing with one another to the point that it ended up leading them to be fighting one another now, just hearing this all caused Shin to shake his head lightly mentally at the thought that the soul reapers were fighting one another. How disorganized. It was just a petty little argument that ended up causing their own to fight with one another to t he point that they were trying to kill one another. Even the human rebellion didn't do that, each one of them respected one another and even if arguments did start it never usually lead to fighting to the death.
The last thing he had been expecting was when the spirit wolf finally spoke up once again toward everyone in the area. Such as the human slave that the water she controlled was a gift but also very dangerous when the person controlling it was angered; the next thing about how one of the soul reapers along with Shin himself resembled someone by the name of Monté. Just hearing that and hearing the sounds of wings flapping along with how the spirit wolf had left the entire area leaving only the soul reapers, Shin, Hana and the female human slave. Shin took his attention right back to the leader of the reapers before noticing her taking off as well. Lowering his swords down lightly before sheathing them, Shin turned his head to the side to smell Hana's scent next to him telling him to think that they should leave now. Noticing how she was trying to support him to help him out of here, Shin could easily tell that she wasn't strong enough to walk much longer. "Hana..stop...just relax." he stated feeling the heat of what seemed like intense flames next to them due to the older soul reaper male from earlier. It seemed like he was rather enraged, so staying here wasn't exactly an option indeed. Closing both his eyes slowly, smoke began to form under both of Shin's own and Hana's feet before it covered both their entire bodies allowing it to carry their bodies away from the area before they were burnt to a crisp by the flames. |
Happy that Shin had taken her advice in leaving the airea, hana allowed herself to sink beside her leader. She knew that the smoke he created to take them away would support her and she wouldnt crash to the ground like she wanted to so badly. She had used too much of her abilities to heal shin, she wasnt use to healing to that extent, stab wonds and cuts were one thing but extensive burning and healing was another.
"S-shin im g-going to sleep now....."Hana managed to mutter before she leaned herself against Shins legs, again using him as a support to not topel over. "J-juss ta-take me home." She added with a small sigh before here heavy eyes closed and her breathing was steady and quiet. She was indeed asleep and already dreaming while she lay agenst Shin. ((its so short TnT im sooo sorry!)) |
The colum reached the sky, and Vorgoth left earth. He sat on a distant asteroid, thinking about all that had accured.
|
Maria sat on her throne in their place. She was sitting to where her feet and head were handing off the arms. She was thinking about how they would find her again. She refused to be beaten by a mutt wolf.
|
Aiden was a bit relieved that he didn't have to deal with the elder reaper's temper tantrum, though now he had a different problem. He had been relatively bothered by the spirit wolf's words at be compared to possibly another spirit reaper that had been deemed a traitor and executed for it. He had returned to the main headquarters of the soul reapers, though when he first arrived back it was relatively clear that he hadn't quite realized it until he was almost to his own room. It wasn't really like the spy to be so distracted, after all being lost in thought could prove to be dangerous if one ran into the wrong reaper.
He had been lost in thought for awhile before he finally sent another to find and bring Cora to him. He needed a distraction from his thoughts for a bit and he wanted to ensure his servant was no longer in any sort of danger from the wounds that she had received earlier. He had seen that she had healed them, at least externally, but he wished to make sure that they were all completely healed. The last thing he needed on his plate was to have a sick or dead servant on his hands, especially when he would have to eventually leave the hideaway to once more search for the wolf. While he waited for his summoned servant Aiden chose to lay back on what humans called a bed and he merely called a place to sleep. It was simplistic enough for the spy and probably contained one of the few surfaces that he could somewhat rest his still lightly burned neck without too much discomfort. He knew it would heal in time, though it was a bit bothersome at the moment and he was certain that his confrontation with Vorgoth would be far from over, after all he had threatened, pointed his own blade and wounded the other reaper, not that he was too terribly concerned by that. |
Vorgoth stared into infinity. He had been around since time began. He would not be defeated by a stupid mutt, and he would not be made a mockery of by his fellow reapers.
|
Cora had collapsed and was brought to her bed while she was doing her chores. All the servants knew where she was. Her work load was unfinished due to the collapse, so the other servants did it for her for once. When she had gotten back, she had been asked a lot of questions of what happened but she had pushed that all aside and did her chores, though it was hard to ignore the servants. When she collapsed from exhaustion they didnt really know what to do except to put her in her bed. A few minutes later she heard the chatter of her master being back. She forced herself to move while they talked of how distracted he was. After being able to sit up, a messenger came to tell her Aiden wanted to see her. She pushed herself to get up out of the bed and started to walk to her master's bed room. The servants stared at her as if she was in trouble.
It was like she was a dead girl walking or something close to that. The servants thought she was in trouble for going out in the war zone they had sort of heard about. They all knew the story now. There was no way she was going to survive in their minds. This was a Soul Reaper. They killed off humans servants for less. She stared at all their faces as if saying 'your all wrong. I'm not going to die like the rest of you.' When she finally reached her master's room, her head was held sort of high. As she entered his quarters, she walked the way a servant would and bowed when she reached the middle of the floor between the bed and the door. "You summoned me, master." |
(ill be changing the color a little so u will kno wen Outer Horrifica is 'sleep' and the Inner Horrifica is 'awake' XD oh and the OOC thread is open O.O XD)
Horrifica landed in a wooden forrest area she was headed to where the Spirit Wolf castle would have sat or what was left of it. SHe walked to the gate and pushed it but instead of opening completely, they just fell. "This isn't surprising, I guess I have nowhere else to rest." she said as her choker amulet glowed and Inner Horrifica spoke softly, "My home. This brings back memories." she said as Outer Horrifica looked down and continued walking into the damaged halls and to the room that use to be hers. "Don't dwell in the past. We have to look in the future, it is what our families and Monté would have wanted." Outer Horrifica said walking into the room and sat in the bed then switched back to Inner Horrifica. Her hair, tail and ears turned pure white and her eyes turned back to gray; she looked at the ground then laid in the bed and remembered her bird friend while the memories were still fresh in her mind. Suddenly her memories of Monté returned to her, it was hard to forget them, "Monté." she said as tears rolled down her face taking out a small heart shaped locket with his picture in it. |
(Sorry it's not really much. I'm at work now and have about fifteen minutes for my breaks.)
Aiden hadn't quite noticed that Cora had entered until she spoke up. His gaze calmly turned towards her, however other then that he didn't really move in an attempt to prevent pain from his burn flaring up. "I've heard the other servants gossiping that you collapsed...Are all your wounds full healed?" he asked as his tone was once more the usual calm that it was, though it did appear to have a tad more gentleness to it. He knew well what other servants would have possibly thought with him summoning her, after all as a soul reaper he wasn't expected to be gentle or kind to human slaves. It was probably the main thing that made him be a sort of 'oddball' of the group. There were times he did give out relatively harsh punishments, though it was usually for some reason that could be semi-justifiable, though it was uncertain when he would come up with a reason or crime. There was still the previous matter that would need to be settled on whether or not to punish Cora or reward her, though his mind still hadn't quite been made up on that issue. Then again he figured for the time being she had suffered enough wounds from both rocks and Vorgoth. For the time being he was more focused on whether or not she was really going to be alright when it came to her, as well as what the spirit wolf had said. |
While Shin carried himself along with Hana through the forest by using his smoke he had looked right down at Hana to notice how she seemed rather exhausted from everything that had happened today. It was usual to fight against many of the reapers everyday but meeting the commander, an assassin-like reaper, along with the leader all in one day and having to fight against them? that was way too much. It didn't really surprise him to see that she was tired from all of this so hearing her say that she was going to sleep, he simply gave a little nod and continued to make his way through the forest; focusing on not slamming them into a random tree. Simply hearing from Hana to take her back home, Shin gave another nod before turning left and right through the forest before reaching her home. She deserved rest for all the work she had done today and for healing both his burnt arms and hands even though she was already out of energy. Although, once he would get her home and into a bed; Shin would immediately need to head back to the rebellion's headquarters where he'd need to come up with a new strategy. So soon enough after about a good 15minutes of slipping through the air in his smoke, Shin had finally reached Hana's home as he slipped them both through the small crack under the door since they were already in a smoke-like form. Once inside, he immediately re-solidified himself along with Hana as he carried her into her bedroom; laying her down onto the bed before turning around. Shin had taken one last look back at Hana as he watched her sleeping peacefully one the bed, obviously not being able to see her but knowing that she was tired and alseep, he just played a small smile across his face before vanishing back into smoke and right out of her home. Within another 5minutes of slipping through the air toward the headquarters of the rebellion army; once again, Shin slipped himself through the cracks of the entrance before solidifying himself once more. Walking down the long hallways with many of the other human soldiers saluting Shin as he walked by them; he made his way to the war room where he could come up with a new strategy along with some of the other human soldiers in the room. Shin had explain everything that had happened and that they had met with the spirit wolf along with all the fighting that had happened; no matter how tired he was, Shin didn't really have a choice but to explain it. Although deep down in the back of his head, his thoughts also came up about what the spirit wolf said about how Shin and one of the other reapers resembled someone by the name of Monté. Strangely enough, the name sounded very familiar but at the moment Shin couldn't put his finger on it just yet.
|
Cora winced when she saw her master just laying in his bed as if he were in a sort of pain. Her pains could never be compared to his in her mind. She quickly walked over to his bed as he spoke, letting the water from the pitcher next to the bed flow next to her. "I did. My wounds are healed on the outside but i dont know about the inside. Everything is painful due to my exhaustion." She moved the water over his burn, trying to get his pain to sooth away. Of course she didnt touch him. That wasnt her style it could always be misinterpreted as disrespect. She kneeled next to the bed, moving he hands around to keep the healing process going. When the burn was finally healed she bowed her head. "I am dreadfully sorry i disobeyed you master."

(hey guys unless my iphone can get on the internet without wifi, i won't be on for the weekend. i have to go pack for my dads so bye)
|
Hana slept for a rather long time, she had much energy to recover but she also had some major wonds and bruses that were in need of repair as well. She hadent told shin, because she didnt want to make him worr about a measly little commander like her. But even though she slept and drempt about what she witnessed today, it didnt change the fact that she felt a little guilty for not being of very much use. Her dreams reflected this, she drepmt that Vargoth had come back and slowly killed everyone and everything that Hana held dear to her heart, she was defensless agenst the reaper as he slaughtered all of the children Hana had taken into her home, and even the Spiret wolf. But something snapped within Hana as Vargoth delivered a finishing blow to Shin who it seemed vargoth saved for last.
Shreaking hana sat up in her bed, a cold sweat dripped off of her as she trembled at the extent of her nightmare. She scream had caused a little bit of pandimonium within her home. The three teenaged children that hana had taken in burst into her room. "Miss. Hana, what is the matter!?" A young 15 yearold girl asked as she went directly to hanas bedside. "Miss.Hana are you ok?" the girl asked as the two boys of the same age stod back making sure the smallar children didnt comeinto the room just yet. "K-Komiko?" Hana muttered as she finally began to wake up. "Eh, i-im sorry Komiko" She appologised to the girl with a small sigh. Komiko only gave a smile before she stood up and crossed both arms behind her back. "Its ok Miss.Hana We understand." She said with a kind smile as she stepped back to the boys and the other children. "Shes ok, Everyone back to bed, Miss.Hana just had a bad dream is all!" Komiko said to all of the children who wanted in the room. "Shinta, Kenta, Please take care of everyone I must be going again!" hana said as she slipped out of bed and gathered a few things. The two boys gave dissapointed sighs and fallowed hana out of the room like puppies. "Miss. Hana Please cant we go with you!?" Shinta asked as he fallowed her to the front of the house. "Shinta you know your job here is more important" hana said in a tone that suggested he not ask agin. "But miss hana you just got here do you really have to leave again?" Kenta asked tilting his head to the side. Hana only heaved a small sigh and shook her head. "As commander of the rebel army i must do my duty and strive to motivate and trane the troops!" Hana explained as she hoisted her bags over her shoulders. The boys bowed their heads knowing no matter how hard they pleaded to either go or have her stay Hana would refuse them. "Well be waiting for your return then!" both said as they bowed at the waist. hana bowed back and left causing both boys to sigh and shake their heads. Hana sprinted her way back to where she knew the headquarters, she had alot on her plate and it didnt help that she spent valuble time sleeping. reguardless ofif hse needed it or not, valuable time was wasted and she would have to appologise to everyone who she was in charge of. it didnt take hre long to arrive at headquarters at the speed she had been running, and once in hana went right to work. She usually helped prepair meals and boost troop morral. but it was a little late for that right now. So insted she helped clean up the kitchen and dining hall, as well as stock everything that needed stocking. |
Vorgoth finally came to a conclusion. "There is weakness in the reaper ranks, and the humans must learn what fear truly is" Vorgoth flew up to a star, and absorbed all of it's power. Glowing brightly, he flew back to earth.
