For me... raining doesn't necessary accompanied with lightning and thunder. It is just coooooler, colder... everything seem rather misty... we do have rains with thunder but not this one.
Especially heaven for country in hot and humid climate...

Our rain is still hot lol. Unless its in the middle of the night XD
The only thing it does is shield the sun.

but sometimes the temperature rise(hot) even though the rain drops are cold. More like stuffy... or the steam is rising upward.
