Oh crap- Literally!
Apologies if this is icky to some of you, but hey. Threads don't always have to be sparkly clean! I think we're all mature enough to discuss the simple matter of something that everyone does.
Poop! More specifically, this is a thread to discuss those terribly awkward, annoying, and embarrassing moments when you really gotta go. Say, for example, you're; About to take a really big exam at school, on a date with a really hot guy/girl, standing in line waiting for tickets to that thing you like, about to lay down and go to bed, or launch the rocket for the Mars trip you're captain of, and then... You feel it. That tell-tale feeling in your stomach. The one that you know isn't going to go away. The one that the more you think about it, the worse it gets. You can't even focus on the really important thing you're about to do, because in the back of your mind you're thinking about the fact you've really gotta take a poop. And eventually it just gets worse, and worse, until you finally HAVE TO GET TO A BATHROOM RIGHT NOW, MARS CAN WAIT. But you've reached the point of no return. You're not allowed to leave the classroom, your date is starting to tell you about something really great and it would be rude to leave now, you have no one to hold your place in line and if you leave you don't get tickets to that thing you like, and the countdown to launch is starting. So let's discuss the horrors of these situations we've all been in, and our ways of coping with those little brown monsters that hate us so much. |
... -explodes from laughter- What an interesting topic. xDD
Not that these were important events for me, but this past weekend I had to go to the bathroom twice for this while we were out of town visiting an aquarium. The second time because the first time wasn't that successful. It was mostly inconvenient and because it wasn't in the comfort and privacy of my own home, that just made it harder. Plus there's that whole wait time when people are waiting for you to come out of the restroom. So if you spend too long in there. They know~ Luckily they were big bathrooms with plenty of stalls, people coming in and out, and lots of noise. XDD |
I'm not gonna lie.
This has never happened to me. Ever. *cue the gasps* Nope! No matter what, I can always compose myself. Don't get me wrong, when I was a baby it wasn't this easy. When I had to go, I had to go, and if I couldn't go, I'd go anyway. But then I started thinking "the hell is the matter with you?! You're a woman, no one bosses you around!" and then I started listening to the voice inside my head, and more and more often I'd think "Yeah, I guess you're right..." and then she started pushing, started saying things like "Of course I'm right! Now tell that stomach who's boss!" and finally, one day, I looked at my belly and said "We need to talk". I could feel the fear in it, and felt kinda sorry for it, but I had to say something. it was getting out of hand. So then I said "Look, this isn't working for me. I think we need to spend some time apart." and then my intestines were all like "oh no please don't leave us, we can't live without you!" and it got really frustrating, but I said I'd give them a second chance if, and only if they'd stop being so possessive and let me go to the bathroom when I wanted to, not them. Our relationship has never been better. |
Has never happened to me either, i've been to quite some festivals this summer that go on for 3 days, and I never eat that much when i'm out to prevent myself from getting into situations like that, I only pee when i'm not at home to be honest.

NeuzaKC: Your post made me LOL. <3
I had to really go to the bathroom when I was at my friend house once. Thank god we were leaving to drop me off at my house. So I'm glad that worked out well. 8D |
My ex always seemed to have to go right when she walked in my door. She'd always tell me she had to "poo a little" and she'd run off to the upstairs bathroom since no one ever used it.
I hate when I am at work and need to poo because there's only one bathroom and I don't want to stink it up. It's not open to the public but I still will not go in it. Other than that, if I need to go, I just go wherever. |
Ohhhh, gosh.
This topic makes me wonder what made you think of this XD Uhhhm, I was hanging out with my boyfriend a few weekends ago and I ate something bad during dinner that gave me the stomach woozies. We were watching a movie and my stomach started to really get sick and I knew that if I didn't get to the bathroom something disgusting would happen. Unfortunately, all of my bathrooms were close to the living room and anything could be heard from anywhere. So as I sat in my bathroom with my hands on the counter gazing at my pale face in the mirror, I realized I just had to get it out of my system, or else. Lucky, the movie got super loud and I don't think he ended up hearing anything. PHEW. ~ |
@Ikuto Akihiko - Hee. Glad to have amused you! Oh and having to poop when you're out in public is the worst. I hate public toilets. Especially when they're small. Because it's like... plop 'OH GOD DID THE OTHER PERSON JUST HEAR THAT'. Or just the noise in general. It's not so bad in big bathrooms because it's like '...That wasn't myyy plop <:'
@NeuzaKC - Oh what lovely, submissive bowels you have. Mine are the demanding mobster-type bowels. They're like 'Bitch, you are going to the bathroom, or we'll come out and stain your pants!' @Fashion - Oh yeah, not eating is a pretty good way to avoid it if you're out in public a while. I totally avoid eating anything that might even think about conflicting with my stomach. And I'd much rather pee at home too, but sometimes I can't help it. But sometimes I force myself TO help it, if there's no bathroom around, or it's really crowded. I am so pee shy, I cannot pee if anyone's in the room. One time, at the beach... oh my god I didn't pee for HOURS. It was horrible. @lightkanna - It's so nice when things work out like that. If only it was more often! Pooping at a friends house is sooo awkward. Unless it's like, your best friend who you share potty humour with. Then it's like 'LOL I JUST POO'D 8D 8D' but most of the time it's just awkward. @Mystic - She was clearly using you for her toilet. :|a Nah I'm teasing. @LoveAria - Convenient loud noise from a movie! It must've sympathised with you, and decided to time the pewpewpews with your plopplopplops! And as for what made me think of this... Weeell last night I remember laying in bed, exhausted, and then BAM the cramps starts and I was like 'MMF NO I'M TIRED' and they were really persistent. But they were toiletblocked the entire night because I was adamant that NO I WAS GOING TO SLEEP AND THEY WERE NOT GETTING ANY- of the toilet. And then I woke up and they decided to get revenge. And then I made this thread~ |
Furious: She is my best friend since Middle School and she's Nonsensical on here. ^^ I've just never use her bathroom, only once, whenever I am there. xD I'm not sure if I have use any potty humor or not, I'll ask her when she's on MSN later. xD

L2HoldIt
I are trained in the art of waiting XD Do I really have to warn you? You know what this link is about... |
I don't like going to toilets other than my own, public toilets or toilets at someone else's house are no go areas for me. I'll usually only use them if I'm drinking (as in alcohol, because as it's a diuretic you need to pee like a racehorse and when you break the seal there is no going back) or if it's my time of the month. Mainly if it's my time of the month in case I sprout a leak. Though when I start I always get mad stomach cramps that speed up my intestinal work like a champion. |
There are several fast food places that I love going to but have to use the bathroom an hour afterwards, never fails. And it's always when I'm out doing something that I need to zoom to the bathroom before anyone else decides to use it.
I also seem to go more when I'm at work then when I'm at home, I'm glad that my work bathrooms can be locked. That way I can just go without someone walking in right when I'm going. |
