Fiona Watergate.

I am human .

People call me Fi.
I am 23 years old.
I am female.
I can Heal people with just a touch, there are other things I can do as well, but that calls for dark magic,
and I prefer not to use it unless I have to.

‡ My story;

It all began when I was just a baby, that's when my family knew I was going to be gifted. they taught me everything I knew, though I had power that they didn't. The dark lord Killed my family when I was just a child, he tried to get me to come to the dark side, but I wouldn't go. When I was about fourteen an old lady found me, but when she found out what I was, she gave me to an orphanage, and this is where I grew up, I grew up all alone till I meet him.

Eramthgin Lanrete

I am mostly Human.

People call me Era or Gin.
I am 26 years old.
I am male.
I can chameleon myself into my surroundings for a short period of time, as well as use many different types of poisons. I have good eyesight and am a decently adequate pickpocket.

My story:

As an orphan with no place to call home, I have a knack of walking off with others' possessions with them being none the wiser due to an ability to simply melt away into my surroundings. When I was caught by a master thief one day for stealing from him, instead of punishing me, he took me under his wing and taught me the art of poison. When I was of age, I left and joined a mercenary team that was looking for a scout in hopes of striking it rich so I will no longer have to live on the streets.

Fiona_Watergate 09-17-2011 03:33 AM

Fiona smiled as she headed towards the small building where she had been away for so long. The building was part of a vast complex of building. There white decorated brick match to the T. It was the only area in town to be grouped. She walked into the front door. "I'm home boys." she said with a smile, hoping that Gin would be home. Fiona had been call to the courts to serve as the Kings healer, and she did as she was asked. This was the first time in three years that she was able to come home, and she wanted to spend it with one person, the one person who was more of a big brother to her then anyone else. "Gin?" she asked as she looked around.

Antagonist 09-17-2011 04:08 AM

Eramthgin was in one of the rooms, mixing a couple of brightly colored liquids together. It was an project he was working on, creating a poison that was both odorless and tasteless, that would paralyze instead of kill. For someone who was brought up as a thief, he had gotten a surprising amount of contracts from the local assassins guild thanks to his many strange concoctions. (though of course, the guild itself doesn't actually 'exist' in the country, at least not legally)

Hearing the familiar voice he had not heard in years, he set the two bottles down, careful not to tilt them too much as they were quite volatile, wondering if it was who he thought it was. He walked out the room, pulling the protective gloves off as he went. "...Fi? Is that you?" He asked. His hair was tied up in a messy scrunch above his head to prevent them from drooping into his poisons and he was wearing a dirty apron, looking very much like some odd cleaner.

Fiona_Watergate 09-17-2011 04:17 AM

Fiona smiled when she saw him. She ran to him and put her arms around his neck. "How are you old friend?" she asked. Not much had changed with him, or at least he looked like the same old Gin. "Where are the others?" she asked looking around the house for the others that once lived with them. "I have so much news." she said looking back at Gin. "I think we might have a mission." when she finally decited that no one else was around she settled on the room with the bed. "I'm so tired, and wore out. That princess get sick more then anyone I know." she said. she tossed her stuff on the floor and flung herself on the bed.

Fiona waited for a moment as she looked up at the ceiling. "what have you been up to Gin?" she asked looking at him with a smile. It felt like they had been apart for so long, but in reality it had only been a few years. She looked back up at the ceiling "Is the old man still around?"

Antagonist 09-17-2011 04:53 AM

Eramthgin grinned and hugged Fiona back. It's been a long time since he last saw her, but she didn't appear to have changed much either. Perhaps a bit more lively than before? "I'm not sure where the others are...they might all be off on their own various missions. The place's been empty except for me for the past several weeks since I got back. I've mostly been experimenting, as you can never have too many different types of potions on you when out on a mission somewhere." For a small mercenary group like theirs, they received quite the amount of contracts from various sources. He supposed this was what people called 'quality over quantity'...or numbers, in their case.

Dragging over a chair from a nearby desk, Eramthgin plopped himself down in it. "And what kind of mission? Is it issued by the king?" Knowing his friend worked at the palace, it was highly likely that the missions came from someone within the palace.

Fiona_Watergate 09-17-2011 03:51 PM

Fiona flipped on to her stomach and looked up at Eramthgin with a big smile, "someone has taken the queen and princess. They left a note to the king that said, and I quote. "bring us your gold or we kill them both" its intense, the king asked me to get our group back together and hunt them down and kill them. Though I told him we don't kill unless we have to." she said as she got off the bed. "He gave me this." she said as she walked over to her stuff and pulled out a dark red ruby, it wasn't a normal ruby though. "I put a spell on it years ago so that the king could keep track of the princess. as long as she has her necklase on we can find them." she said with a smile.

She hated using the dark art, and really hated that the king made her put a spell on the princess, but now at least they would be able to find the two of them. "Are you in?" she asked looking up at Gin. "it could be fun... like old times." she said with a smile. Fiona really didn't want to do this one alone she knew that she would have to use most of her magic that she knew, and it drained her fast when it happened.

Antagonist 09-17-2011 03:58 PM

"Kidnapped the princess and the queen? Security must've really gone downhill since the last time I visited the palace..." ...Uninvited, but nobody needed to know that. "That certainly sounds like an adventure. Count me in!" Eramthgin rubbed his hands together eagerly. Rescuing the queen and princess...this was bound to be a job that will pay well. He'd had his eyes on a nice little house a bit far of away from the city, and if they manage to complete this mission, he'd be able to finally own a place to call his home.

"Now we just have to find the others..." Whoever it was that kidnapped the two royal family members, they must have good forces of their own, and since healers/mages and scouts generally were not front-line melee fighters, they'd need the help of their comrades. He wrinkled his nose. "...Great, I have no idea where they went or how long it'll take to find them. Might you have tracking spells on them too, by any chance?" He asked hopefully, knowing how much Fiona disliked using the dark arts but couldn't resist asking anyway. There's no telling where the rest had gone off to...

Fiona_Watergate 09-17-2011 04:08 PM

"Call me a stoker and I'll kill you, but I have a tracking spell on Gorge from when we use to date." she said as she wrinkled her nose. He was the only knight she would ever like, and even that was an under statement. "Its really faint but I can still feel him when I get close." she said as she rolled her eyes. "Part of the reason the spell happened, well it was because he was my first." she said as her cheeks turned bright red. She looked away from Gin. "yes yes I had sex with Gorge Weatherfoot." she said as she pretended to rummage threw her bags as if she was looking for something, as far as Leann, I don't know where she is, she went in hiding when all the Witches where being condemned to burn. I only hope she's okay." Fiona said to Gin as she stopped with her bags and looked back up at him.

Antagonist 09-17-2011 04:20 PM

Eramthgin chuckled at the part about Fiona being a stalker, but the chuckle soon turned into a hasty cough when she mentioned the...awkward bits. Feeling the blood in his cheeks, he hastily pursued the subject of the other member of their team. "Ahem...uh...right." He fidgeted with the stained gloves he still held in his hands, looking everywhere except at the young woman lying in the bed. "I don't think Leann will have any problems. She's good at what she does, and I'm sure she'll be able to avoid those hypocrites with no trouble." He picked at a spot on his apron as though it was the most fascinating speck of stain he'd ever seen. "Though we should probably go and look for her first, just in case...then we can worry about Gorge. And what about Arian? The obsessive tree-hugger would likely be in the woods somewhere, I'm just not sure which forest he'd be hiding in this time..."

Fiona_Watergate 09-17-2011 04:28 PM

"I toally For got about Arian. I haven't seen him in years." she notice Gins cheeks turn a soft shade. She giggled a little before talking again." When was the last time you saw him. I think your right I think we should look for LeeAnn first. I just hope her dark magic has consumed her mind." Fiona said softly. looking towards the window she longed to feel her sister in arms. " the two of us use to be so close. Do you remember the first time me and LeeAnn meet, all hell broke out, but after we put hell back we couldn't be apart." she said softly. She then looked to Gin and forced a smile on her face. "Why did we let the team split?" she said looking back at the window.

She then put her happy face back on. "when do you want to start?" she asked Gin. with a smile. She tried to put LeeAnn in the back of her mind. We should get supplies and such tonight." she said as she grabbed the small pouch of gold that the king gave her. "We can use this." she said.

Antagonist 09-17-2011 04:39 PM

"I don't know." Eramthgin said softly, following Fiona's gaze towards the window with a faraway look in his eyes. "At first we just got more contracts. Then the contracts started asking for individuals, and gradually we just went all over the place. I haven't seen everybody gathered in this place for years. It must've been at least three or four years since I last saw Arian."

Turning away from the window, he sighed. "Leann looks to be alright the last time I saw her, but that was over a year ago. She's a strong girl though, she wouldn't let the darkness consume her." He said, trying to sound reassuring but not really sure of himself. "We can leave whenever you're ready, I have my traveling bag packed already." He waved a hand towards the door, towards his room where his belongings lay. He always had a pack ready for emergencies, and can leave whenever needed. Most of his prized possessions were in there, so he wouldn't be leaving behind too much. He was eager to see the team back together again. "Though," He added, nodding at the pouch in Firona's hand, "it would be nice to get myself a new dagger...and perhaps some rations. I don't fancy having to gnaw on bark again. Ever."

Fiona_Watergate 09-17-2011 04:45 PM

Fiona handed him the gold "Get what you need. I'm working on a new healing spell that can heal a small group, but if I don't get it right I could give all my energy away." she said softly. "I'm going to keep working on it, and when you get back I'll be ready to go." she said with a smile. She was happy to have a friend like Gin, he had been her first friend when she left the orphanage. She was always reassured when he talked about LeeAnn. "I'm glad you got to see her. Did she ask about me at all?" Fiona asked.
She looked to her bag. "I got a pardon for her. The king said I could have what ever I wished, and that was the only thing I could think of." she said with a smile. "Okay... enough about that I need to focused." she said as she began chanting a few words in Latin.

Antagonist 09-18-2011 05:10 AM

Eramthgin accepted the gold with a nod and tucked it into a small pocket in his clothes after taking off the apron. Even with his loose sense of dress code, he knew that wearing an dirty apron to go weapons-shopping would not be well-accepted. "She mentioned that she missed you, though she did not want to disturb you, which was why she had not paid you a visit despite knowing your whereabouts." He said, untying his hair and shaking it loose. "The pardon would make a nice surprise for her, it'd be nice to know that she wouldn't have to worry about people trying to roast her all the time." He gave a wave to Fiona and left the room, shutting the door quietly as to not disturb her, and slipped out the building, heading towards the black market in the alleyways, knowing that's where all the 'good stuff' were being sold, even if it might be a bit on the...not-legal side of the law.

Fiona_Watergate 09-19-2011 03:02 PM

Fiona finished her chant, "I'm going to have to try it some time." she told her self. It was the one spell that she was more afraid of then the dark arts. She looked to the door, as she did her heart skipped a beat. "Gorge." she said softly. Gorge smiled at her as he came into view. "Hey Fi long time no see." Gorge said with a big smile. His stature was large his shoulders wide, his jaw squared his eyes as dark as night, his hair brown like that of the bark of a tree. "I've missed you." he said softly to her. Fiona rolled her eyes. "you broke up with me remember." she said softly. His smile faded. "Well..." she walked out the door. "I'm going to find Gin." she said as she tried to ignore the man in the house. "We have a mission, we need to find LeeAnn." she said as she was now looking for Gin.

Antagonist 09-20-2011 05:51 AM

Eramthgin finished donning on his 'professional' outfit before he entered the alleyway. It consisted of the light armor made of ebony, his metallic claw-hand, and the large hooded cloak with the high collar to cover the lower half of his face. The black market was a place for shady characters, and the last thing he wanted was to have trouble find him.

The vendors were scattered haphazardly all over the place within the small alleyway, making it difficult to maneuver around, but for Eramthgin, he didn't have too much trouble. He was mostly busy keeping the pickpockets away from his gold. There were a few interesting merchandises that he came across, but since he only had a limited amount of gold and a dagger to buy, he passed them on and continued to search. Eventually, he found an old man sitting on the dirty ground with a cloth spread in front of him, with pieces of weapons laid out upon it. One of the daggers, a pitch black blade with many ridges, stood out.

"What's the price for that one?" He inquired. The man, not even looking up from his position on the ground, mumbled, "500 gold."

"That's a bit pricey for one blade, isn't it? How about 50?"

And thus began his bartering.

Fiona_Watergate 09-23-2011 03:56 PM

Fiona caught up with Eramthgin, "Well we don't have to find Gorge." she said softly to him. "Oh I like it." she said looking at the black dagger. "I really need to find a new gun." she said, she liked her old one she had, but the king made her give it up. She had magic, but some times it was just easier to use the gun. She looked about the many table set up. "Gin, I'm going to stick with you for a while, I don't think I can deal with Gorge." she said softly.

Antagonist 09-24-2011 03:05 PM

"What? Oh." Distracted, Fiona's words didn't register until two seconds later, where Eramthing hastily clamped his mouth shut and turned back to the vendor. It was a delicate topic when it came to Gorge. "Yes, it is quite a piece of work. Very adequate for Poison-enchantments." He murmured, fingering the blade lightly. Coughing lightly, he motioned to another part of the cloth in front of the elderly man, "He has guns too, perhaps one of them will suit your fancy?"

Fiona_Watergate 09-27-2011 01:47 PM

Fiona looked down at the gold plated gun, She picked it up and held it in her hand. The weight was perfect. "How much?" she said looking at the man. There were two of the guns. "I want both." she said softly. She then looked at Gin and softly smiled. Gin had away of getting her out of any funk that she might be in. "He blamed me for the brake up." she said as she looked down at the guns once more.

Antagonist 09-28-2011 03:05 AM

Eramthgin finally had the price set for 175 gold pieces, provided that he traded in his old weapon in for the new one. He would've liked it a bit more cheaper, but at least it was 325 gold pieces less than what the old man had originally wanted. He took the sheath provided by the vendor (who was scowling lightly) and replaced his old dagger, handing his over. "Wasn't he the one who broke up with you in the first place?" He scoffed, going over to Fiona's side. "The Gods know how dedicated you were to the relationship. If there was anything that went wrong, it was because of him."

He didn't dislike Gorge, no, but if he was to choose between Fiona and the warrior, he'd choose to stand by Fiona any day. The other man was just too...brusque? rash? for him.

Fiona_Watergate 09-28-2011 03:14 AM

Fiona gave the man some gold for the two guns, and looked to her dearest friend. "He was the one... I don't know why he would blame it on me. I gave him everything... and almost lost my powers doing so." she said softly. Fiona nodded to the dealer. "I think I might have over paid, but oh well." she said softly. She then looked at Gin. "I don't know what to do with him." Fiona rolled her eyes at the thought of Gorge. "he makes me... so mad." she said as she looked away. "Did you get the other stuff you needed?" she asked Gin. "He had the nerve to tell me he missed me." Fiona was getting a little loud, so she decided to calm down.

Gorge walked up behind her. "Well I did miss you." he said, almost in a laughing manner. He looked to Gin. "how are you man?" he asked.

Fiona's face turned bright red. "I thought I told you to stay there!" she said to Gorge.

He shook his head, "All you told me was that you were going to find Gin." Gorge smiled. He love when Fiona was upset.

"Gin you better get him away from me before I kill him!" she said ready to pull her guns on him.

Antagonist 09-28-2011 03:27 AM

Rolling his eyes, he held up a hand between the couple. "Ahem, how about we go somewhere else before someone starts a massacre on the streets?" He murmured, eyebrow raised at the two, one glaring daggers, the other grinning. "I suggest we get potions next. Gorge, it's good to see you again, but perhaps you should give Fiona a little space, for now. We're getting supplies for a mission, so perhaps you'd like to get a new weapon here? Fi and I have already gotten ours." He waved his over hand towards all the vendors scattered across the place, "You'll be able to find some good deals here."

Fiona_Watergate 09-28-2011 03:38 AM

Fiona was glad that Gin stepped in. She walked the other way not saying a word to Gorge. "I'll be waiting for you over here Gin." she said as she put the guns in the empty holsters. "Gorge your lucky." she said as she walked away.
Gorge looked to Gin, "What she needs in a good time." he said as he looked to Fiona. "Fi you know you love me." he said.
Fiona gave him the finger without looking back at him. She then looked at the table of spells, "why are you selling these, there your families secrets and your selling them?" she asked the vendor. He nodded, "I need the money." he said. He then pointed to the family that hid in the house, "Keep your secrets and I'll give you the gold." she said as she took a pouch of money from her left side and handed to the man. He bowed to her. "Thank you kind miss." he said. She smiled. "Don't tell anyone where you got it okay." he nodded and gathered the things from the table.
Fiona then looked to Gin and waited for him to come with her, before she went any further.
Gorge smiled, "I do need new Weapons." he said as he began to look at a few places.

Antagonist 09-28-2011 03:43 AM

Giving a pat to the other man now focused on getting a weapon, Eramthgin sighed and walked back over towards Fiona. He could see many migraines coming ahead on their mission if this was how they were going to be during the entire thing. Gorge was being quite a..., excusing his own language in his mind, dick, however. Hopefully he'll be able to keep his mouth shut when they're on their way, though that was highly unlikely given how the man liked to boast and show-off. The very stereotype of a masculine, tough mercenary warrior.

"You gave him all your gold?" He asked Fiona when he reached her side. "What about our potions?" Granted, he could make potions himself if he wanted to, seeing how many poisons and potions were pretty much the same, just with different effects when given in different doses, but still....

Fiona_Watergate 09-28-2011 03:55 AM

She took took out a small pouch of gold, "don't worry yourself Gin, there's plenty to go around." she said with a slight smile. "I saved you enough." she said handing him a small sack of gold. "Have you forgotten how much the king pays." she said. "Thank you for getting Gorge to go away." she said as she looked to the poison table. "what do you think you'll get?" she asked him. Not that she ever knew what he was talking about once he started to talk poisons. She was happy to have her favorite friend by her side once again. "Its nice to be home, even if it not for very long." she said to Gin. Fiona wasn't sure where that even came from. She gently punched Gin in the arm. "Were a team again." she said with and undying smile.
