Hey, I'm Kat, a long time rper. I write romance of all kinds, casual and plot heavy. I'm always craving something new and suggestions are welcome. m/m, m/f, or f/f welcome. I will post every day if I love the rp. I average a post a week though. Be patient with my sporaticness because I do have a job and multiple rps.

I am a good writer and expect my partner to be similarly good. Good grammar is appreciated, but more than that, I want someone who's actually trying and willing to grow. Put effort into your character and part of the plot and we'll be fine. I accept laid back, shorter posts as long as they're useful. I post 1-4 paragraphs as we get into the story, though it depends on the rp. I will mirror for the most part.

~action and conflict (internal and external)
~Hurt/comfort, angst, drama, fluff, dark themes, tragedy
~well thought out and creative characters
~mixing multiple of my pairing ideas together. ie: cop widower with amnesia.
~creativity- new occupations, species, and worlds different from what other rpers might ask for. mood/behavioral problems, tropes, quirks, etc. Anything you've been afraid to ask if anyone is interested in doing, I'd like for you to bring those ideas to me. I can't promise anything, but I need NEW!
~being friends with my rp partners
~long term rps. I would love if like a novel, our rp could go all the way to the end but its also okay if you just want to go until it runs itself into the ground. Four months is not long term, but it's a good start.

Things I'm not interested in:
~one dimensional characters with no quirks or unique parts to them
~chronic damsel in distress characters
~always being the 'leader'. Coming up with all plots. Initiating all events. My char being the only one who creates forward energy in the story.
~Main characters younger than 17 if it's not necessary to the plot.
~rping by email, discord, Im, or Pms
~If you don't see it here, I'm probably okay with it

not really. you don't want to see what kind of messed up plots I can come up with at 1am.

btw, do you have any preferences about length of posts and how often people post?

more then a paragraph. no one liners.

at least post more then twice in a week and in a day.

hm, I can do that then. I usually post at least 2 lines? >.> But I don't really know how often I can post. I'll try to post a few times a week.

one to two lines for me causes me to never post xD
and okay. if you can at least post a more then once in a week its fine.

I tend to focus on character more than plot and sometimes end up posting very little when caught up in dialogue. i can post long too though! I guess it depends on how the person I'm writing with writes.

I'll at least tell you if I won't be able to post because of school work. I end up spending insane amounts of time on art projects.

and i know how that is. though i actually never have homework.

oh good! I dislike having to focus mostly on the plot! I've managed to have rps that really had no plot...

I want to never have homework!!!! :O that's amazing! how do you manage that?!

i go to a charter school and i know what you mean though i don't want to be role-playing it with my eyes closed. i want to know what is going on first or what ideas we have for the role-play instead of going through it blind.

I don't mind doing it blind, but we can come up with some idea stuff. *cough* or you can. I'm no good for that unless I have candy.

im not that good at ideas. im uncomfortable with making up the plot all on my own. to me it seems unfair.

well, if you get started I can jump in, but I have a hard time starting with an idea. or we can do it like I do with my friend and just play '20 questions' rp style.

whichever you want. i usually come up with ideas but not a full out plot.

well one is the killer is a serial killer of some sort. each victim has one thing in common. and as the investigator is figuring it out he or she falls for a trap where the killer is and maybe the killer takes the investigator as a hostage?

that's one idea that was floating about. its not very good.

but that sounds pretty interesting. I definitely like the idea of a serial killer. perhaps if the investigator let themself get caught in order the catch the criminal?

i've also seen some stories where a criminal does criminal acts just to catch the attention of a cop/detective. those stories are kinda strange though.

yeah. i don't really know though since i am unsure what the killer's true intentions are.

well, we don't have to have everything figured out before hand. sometimes the characters want their own thing anyways.
