But...but you were just there!
Today, I decided to update my iPod with the list that I had been writing up over the last few weeks..I had maybe...12 songs on that list? I grabbed my laptop and turned it on, waited for it to settle and I clicked the iTunes shortcut. Nothing. Clicked again....nothing. So I downloaded iTunes on my desktop and got everything right and good when I realized that my library didn't transfer over to the new one. I logged out and back in, plugged in my iPod...still nothing. I went to look at my iPod and there was no music. I am so sad :(
I had about 500 songs and now I'm only back up to 61...sad day. Things to discuss! Have you ever deleted something by accident? Has something ever gone missing to never be found by you again? My eyes are so bloodshot it's not even funny. |
I've done that a few times. Well, I've never deleted that many songs before at once.
I was also editing a document yesterday and just when I was almost done... I accidentally closed it. I didn't even realize I did at first. I just went through my tabs a few times, thinking I overlooked it. D; |
I've done that before. I hate when things like that happen.
I've also deleted stories before that I thought I saved somewhere else only to find out the only place I did save them to was where I just deleted them from. It's not a huge deal since my writing is just for fun but I do put in a lot of time to my writing. |
I've done that before. :( Not quite to the point of deleting a lot of songs. But saved games... Writing projects... Pictures... *sighs* Even lost jewelry and actual games and such. I think they are in here but not too sure.

I had my Zune completely die on me. I was listening to it on the way home from work during my 2hour break, when I got home, I plugged it in to charge, and then went back to work. It wouldnt even turn on. And it still doesnt work. I formated it, and nothing except a screen telling me to contact support...which I tried, they say it needs a repair(over internet), then I need to CALL them to set it up....makes me sad, since I need to listen to all the annoying people on the bus/train now.

I had a Zune. Same problem...coincidence? I THINK NOT.
|
Ive also had mine for three or four years. Though, monday after work Im going to call them, and see what they have to say.
|
They'll probably get all snooty and blame you. Asking if you had put it in a bowl of water or something dumb like that.
|
I had the same thing happen with a few iPods. You think that if you spend that much money on something they'd be willing to help a costumer out.

Well, I had a Apple Laptop before I had this one (this one is a Compaq Windows 7) and I spent hours in the store transferring music and other stuff to a few memory sticks. I got everything except my videos and my music (and I had over 400 songs). I decided to get update my music, and replace a few songs. About a week ago, I deleted songs I didn't want or knew I wouldn't be able to find again (there was a small section that were randoms off Limewire, that didn't have proper titles).
If you want to get around downloading songs, go to http://thepiratebay.org/ to get the file root, the right click and open in Frostwire (it's faster then Miro with Pirate Bay, and you get a direct link). ....just saying. My grandma bought me a brand new iPod when my last one gave me a sad Mac. It was the last one that was pre-ordered before the real order for the city. I still have it, but now I never buy warranty. |
