I slept up against this tree at school yesterday but I was folded over. I have a feeling I must have looked like a bum. Oh well. I was sleepy and under the tree it was shady and cool. I normally don't favor sleeping next to trees or grass though. I'm terrified of spiders and well, most insects.

Lol Empress! Grass makes me all itchy if it touches my skin for too long. But I LOVE to lay out in the grass on a quilt on a day where the sun isn't beaming into my eyes, or when I can watch stars. That sounds perfect! I probably would have done that today now that you made me think of it lol but it rained here last night, apparently lol so that wouldn't be a good idea.
I fell asleep yesterday afternoon at my grandparents house BEFORE Thanksgiving dinner lol akwardly on the couch, leaning on my arm. Then after we ate, oh my gosh, I wasn't sure I'd even make it home I was so tired lol |
Hmm.. My weirdest position was on the floor of my kitchen curled around the dishwasher..

I almost always sleep on my stomach, I find it to be the most comfortable sleeping position for me. Can sleep just about any position, but on my stomach is the most comfortable. >.< Also have been sleeping at the end of my bed -- my head isn't at the headboard, my feet are. I switched around so that my cat can get on the bed easier from the window.
I have woken up to find my cat having taken most of the bed and me up against the wall [my bed is against a wall]. My back was sore the next day. |
I had a few mornings during my first year of uni, where i'd wake up confused because i was now in my pj's, when i'd actually fallen asleep in my normal clothes. That was genuinely puzzling.
I find it really hard to get to sleep in any strange position, but sometimes i find having my neck bent so far forward it hurts is actually relaxing to the point where i could sleep. |
Any position I sleep in ends up uncomfy because I have a rediculously hard bed.
I usually go though hundreds of different positions every night, it takes me like 4 hours of rolling around to finally fall asleep, but one of my worst is probably when I lay on my stomach and twist my top half to the side, then i'll have my arm under my torso and across the bed. I wake up with so many aches and pains, but it's so comfy at first. I don't really move much in my sleep either, so no matter how I end up sleeping i'll wake up all achey. ): |
OH MY GOSH! Sexual you just reminded me of a time I fell asleep on both of my arms! I layed down on my stomach, with my arms bent under me, like where my hands were up at my chest, and I woke up and couldn't move because both of my arms were asleep! I was so scared that they had died or something! Lol! I woke my husband up, I was like, "Brandon, wake up wake up I can't feel my arms!" Hahaha it's so funny looking back on it, but in the moment it was so terrifying. My husband massaged them to get the blood flowing again haha but it took a while before I even got a tingling sensation. It happened a time or two after that again too lol I can't stop laughing! It was so bad!
