Trinity Blood: tue hunt continues
 

Father able was walking down the stairs off the ship. His ride was over for today and he was wore out like usual. His stomach growled loudly and he grumbled to himself. After talking a long time to hunt Cain down he was traced back to one area. He hasn't set foot there since the night mought he passed on. It would take more than one small fight to finish Able off once and for all. He started walking to the church where he was hoping to are his long time friend, Esther.

Able opened the front door to the church, and saw so many people packed into one small area. He knew that there would be more attacks on the vadican, but there was something different about this place. A small boy was running through the hall and accidentally ran into him. He turned around and help him up. "you need to be a bit more careful there." he said in a soft sweet voice. Just after that he saw another person that helped out the church. He tapped the young lady on the shoulder. "do you happen to know where sister Esther may be" he asked calmly with a small small smile.

The lady turns around and looks at Abel "Father! your back..oh yes I do..she is right over there" the sister points over to a small group who circles around Esther. Esther hands out a few blankets before she heard her name being said. Esther looks up and blinks a few times thought she was seeing things again "Abel?..." whispers before she walks past the other people slowly. She brushes some of her hair out of her face before she runs over "Abel!" and nearly tackles him down as she was truely happy to see him again.

Able turned and saw he in the group and could help but smile at her reaction. It has been a long time since he had seen Esther and was glad to be back. After nearly falling over he looked at her. "Now sister calm yourself." He said jokingly and smiled. "Its been a long time.. how about he catch-up over some tea? " he offered to get away from everyone and share his findings with her.

Esther calms down alittle but inside she was jumping for joy. As she always prayed he would come back and he did. She looks around at everyone who was staring at them before she looks back over to Abel. Esther nods "Sure of course..I would like that very much." smiles at him before she turns and heads for the exit and leads both her and Abel to somewhere more private and away from everyone else to have some tea. As it was around that time anyway. Esther pours some water into a tea pot and place it onto the stove and turn it off. Even thought she was a queen she still did little things on her own. Once the water was done she pours it into tea cups with tea bags already inside fixing them both tea. And of course she knew how Father Abel love his suger cubes she gives him a few extras in his.

Able could tell that ester still knew what he liked when she put so many sugar cubes into his tea. He smiled a little, and too his cup. "now I have good news, and bad news." he said softly as he looked up at Esther. "good news is I'll be staying closer for a while." he said with a sip of the tea. He did not like the bad news one bit but it was fact and he couldnt deny any of it.

Esther takes a sip of her tea once she sat down at the table with Abel. She brushes some of her hair back from her face while she place both hands on her cup. She rubs the cup around in her hands while listening to Abel. "Oh really? thats wondering..I have really missed you Abel..And I'm sure the others will be happy...so...what is the bad news?" says softly. Esther had a feeling it wasn't good and she had a big knot in her stomach that she probbly wouldn't like either.

Able looked up at Esther and placed his cup down. "well you know that we were tracking Cain down, and well he got him down to somewhere in this reagin." he said with a sigh. "I missed the company, and you as well." he added. Able didn't know what to do next, the only thing on his mind was to keep her safe, in case he came for her. "I will be staying close for your safety." he added as he grabbed his cup again and took another sip."I don't want anything to happen to you sister." he added hiding his face by the cup.

Esther silent takes a sip of her tea while she looks at him. She knew Cain was the reason why Abel left in the first place. Esther also figure that was the reason why there had been more attacks on the city lately. She reaches over and place her hand onto his "Then I am glad you are back the Vatican will be glad to have you back as well to help. Since you know Cain more than anyone I'm sure." says softly looking at him gently. She also knew Lady Catherina would be glad to have Abel back to lend a hand for cause no one in AX or the Vactian would be able to come up against Cain.

"I bet I do" able said with another sip. He sight at just the thought of Esther getting hurt by Cain, and it slightly mad his mad and sad at the same time. "I also bet catherena, has a few words for me when she finds out I'm back and the news I have. That's all we need, another attack on the vadican." he added sitting the cup down and leaning back. "how has things gone since my departure?" he asked cerously.

Esther leans back in her chair alittle and tilts her head some. "Yes I'm sure she will." giggles gentlty and sighs deeply. She finishes her tea as she stands up from her chair to put her cup in the sink. "Everything has been great since I have become queen but I still do want to work in the church. Its just a major balance between the two. But..also.." stares down alittle. She went silent for an moment before she moves over to the window and stares out of it. "I couldn't help to think of that last day..it always replays in my mind...I thought I lost you.." whispers gently.

Able got up and did the same with his cup as Esther. He heard what she said, and he knew it would be hard to explain, he just didn't know if she would understand it. He didn't want her heart, and didn't mean to make her think what she did. "for that I am sorry sister." he said softly as he walked up and stood beside her. "I didn't mean to hurt you, but it as the only way I knew that you wouldn't follow me and get in more danger." he added now looking over at her instead of outside the window.

Esther looking over at him and tilts her head as she sighs deeply looking back out of the window. "I know and I understand it now...what done is dones no looking back to the past now." smiles alittle bit. She sighs deeply as she was just about to say something when Sister Kate appears like she normal does in Esther's room. "Your high....oh Father Nightroad...when you get back? Does Lady Catherina know you are back?" Esther blinks looking over at the ghost like form of Sister Kate before looking back over to Abel.

Father able looked out the window as well. "I know, but sometimes I just want the past changed." he said with a sigh before sister Kate interrupted. "well hello sister, no she does not. I hade other business to attend to first, I will see her right away." he said as he turned and shifted toward the door. "go on, sorry" he said with a bow of his head and he was gone out the door. He couldn't change what was done and Esther knew that as well. He was back close to her and that's all that mattered to him at the moment. He headed toward lady Catherine's location.

Sister Kate sighs deeply and shakes her head "He never changes...not even one bit.." says to herself before Esther blinks "Sister?" says. Kate looks over at her and shakes her head "Uhh never mind..so you must be happy to see him again..it has been so long. But anyway..you need to return to the palace before it is to late your highness..I will have Father Tres to escort you back" and soon Sister kate disappears. Esther sighs deeply and stands up before she thought about it. And returns to the palace with Tres to escort her back by airship.

Meanwhile Catherine was having some cup of tea in her office after getting a report from Ironmaiden about Abel's return. Catherine was glad he was ok but she also knew something happen to make him return so soon. She closes her eyes and lets out an sigh while taking another sip of her tea.

Able knocked on lady Catherine's door before entering. "lady catherine?" he said as he walked the rest the way in. He stood in front of her desk. "I have returned with some fairly bad news." he said. "Cain has been followed to this region as you might be aware of." he added. He didn't want to waste time so he was straight to the point. He was also wanting to try and get back to Esther, witch might be hard. That all depended on what lady Catherine wanted him to do.

Catherine looks up at Abel as he always get straight to the point like she thought. "I see that would explain what has happen lately." take deep breath and thought about it. "If Cain is back..he will surely try to kill Esther and throw everything into chaos again. And giving what you have said. He will do anything to break the peace between our two races. The queen...no..Esther needs you at her side." says looking up at him. She stands up from her desk and looks at Abel "And also on a personal note Abel. I would yell at you for what you did but I understand the reason why you did in the first place. To protect the person that you hold dear even if it is far away." She then moves to the door "I will tell his holiest about this."

"thank you lady." able said as he nodded and headed out the door. She had granted him what he was wanting, and even she knew why he did what was nessisary. Father able got his ride to the palace, and he looked around a little trying to find where Esther might be at. He had finally asked one of the other sisters the and they lead him to her room. He knocked slightly as the other sister walked away. He waited for her to answer, hoping she was indeed in there.

Esther looks up from a book she was reading from the moment she had return. She heard the knock at the door and wonder who it was as she says aloud "Come in.." says softly. She place a mark in her book as she stands up from the sofa she was sitting on to read. And moves over to the door to greet who ever it was mainly hoping it was Abel. Esther hope he made it ok here.

Able heard Esther and he opened the door a bit more. "sister Esther?" he said softly as he walked in. Seeing the look on her face her shut the door behind, he knew she was excited to see him. "she told me to watch you close." he said a smile growing on his face as he said it. He knew he had a job to do and being with he was the best part of it. Giving his life fore her would be the highest he would go to save her.

Esther looks at him and smiles at lease she knew she would be protect by him from Cain. She brushes some of her hair out of her face and nods "Alright. thank you father for being here." fixes her robe around herself. And she knew that the only other person that could defeat Cain was Abel. "Make yourself at home.." moving over to the couch and sits down. "Other than hunting Cain how have you been?"

Able sat down on the other side of the couch. "hunting him was my main thing" he said looking at her with a sigh "but keeping you safe and in my thoughts is what kept me going." able added softly as he looked down. He knew that he was being a bit forward but it was the truth. "lady Catherina was glad to see me back, and I was told to keep you safe." he added "she knew like anyone else that cain's main target would be to throw the vadican off balance. And I just can't let that happen again." his words were stronger than he was before. He was still his goofy self, but he was stronger as well.

Esther nods while listening to him and understand it. "Yes I can understand that..ever since becoming queen. A faction has started up again to do whatever they can to cause nothing but death." sighs deeply. She decides they need to talk about something else beside this whole mess. "Anyway I may not be an AX member anymore but I do all I can to help the people caught between this no matter if its human or methuselah." Esther leans back agaisnt the chair as she relaxes alittle. She would then wonder about something and would say "I heard Ion went with you also..how is he doing? It has been an while since I saw him."

Able looked down "ion said he had a few things to straighten out, so he took off. But we will see him again soon." able added. He looked up at Esther. "I'm just glad they kept you safe for that time." he stated with a smile. He knew he had to find his own room as well, but he was cought up and they lost track of time. "do you happen to know where I am staying? I thinks it's around here close as well." he asked hoping she would know more than him looking for it himself.
