Why you think about others?

My is heavy metal and folk, i think that are a junction of many types of music, but something I do not like is plagiarism.

So.. :T ;)

I kind of go through phases where I listen to a lot of a specific genre, but generally speaking I listen to pretty much everything. I used to hate certain genres and love others about five or so years ago, but then I realized that every genre has some songs that I enjoy so now I try not to discriminate.

I've been in a Musicals/Showtunes mood lately, but I've also been listening to a bunch of stuff between 1900-1950. A lot of it has been WWII era stuff.

The majority of things I listen to mainly are Korean, Japanese and Chinese pop -
if we're talking English I like to hear crunk as well as R&B music. <3.

But honestly, as long as it has a good rhythm/sound to it,
and I can distinguish it as music in my own ears I know for sure I'll like it despite the genre. (:

Well, that seems to be my phase right now. As long as it has a good sound/tune though, I'd like it.

I absolutely love techno and classical.
I really love remixes of Zelda music, which is what 90% of my music database is comprised of, most of which are techno. xD;;

@Pains : Classical music is always wonderful. Who are some of your favorite composers?

Myself, I listen to almost everything (keyword: almost), but my favorite genres are hardcore punk, alternative, and metal. For the most part, though, I've given up on pop and gangsta rap, with some exceptions.

I listen to some interesting stuff d:
Mostly alternative, dubstep, techno, electronica, and.. yep. I like when electronica bands have screaming elements, as well. Crunk forthewin<3.

Really the only thing I'm not big on is dubstep, and mainstream "rap". I hate music with too much swearing or that's too repetitive or vulgar.

I listen to electronic music and synthpop mostly
but I am open to all kinds of music genres.

I like pop and electronica. I listen to classical once in a while, but I always springe for any awesome song I hear in a movie. Most of my cds are soundtracks from movies and television shows.

I have a very wide variety of music in my collection. But overall i think that i listen to a more pop range of music. But i do like some indie alternative music. There is only two music genres that i really can not stand. Heavy metal, and country music. I cannot stand either of these. I am not exactly sure why.

I listen to pretty much everything...but some specific favorites of mine are (get ready): Techno, country, Classical...i'm strange now that i think about it. But the thing i don't like is rap songs...the ones that curse every other word...but if it's clean it's fine by me. XD

My favorite type of music is K-POP. LOL but not all kind. I just really like how in k-pop there are songs that are ballads and pop and techno. I like how there's that variety in it :) The singers being good looking is another plus LOL. but the first k-pop song I listened to was on my friend's ipod. So I didn't see their faces :P.

My favorites are bluegrass, folk, blues rock, experimental and some post-hardcore. I don't care for any kind of techno, rap, or top 40 music.

I really like many genres of music. I mostly listen to grunge and rock, but have found myself in a 60's and 70's mood lately.

Rap is the best fit for me, but I also dig rock. And whatever else I listen to. Quite honestly I barely understand today's genres anymore.

My favorite type of music is R&B, hip hop, and rap.

I like rock music and alternative because the music all ties together well and you can both here the words and the instruments.
