Oh no! that's horrble. Our dryer went out 2 summers ago and we dried all of our things on the clothes line. XD Not my favorite thing itn the world but I already dry our blankets and whatnot on the clothes line. Saves on the bill and always makes them smell so so good.

We used to hang our things up in the basement, when we lived out in the country me an dmy family that is before i moved out on my own. and though it didn't get air it did always smell better then with a dryer sheet in the dryer..

I would try to dry some of the stuff outside if it didn't rain almost everyday or so. It ticks me off that we can't ever seem to find parts for anything anymore. Anytime you go to one of those type of stores they tell you that you need to go online to order it. If I wanted to go online to order something then why would I bother going to shop in their store.

I KNOW right? i have to now order books online or buy them for my nook because the ONLY book store in our town closed.. and target and all those places never carry a wide selection of books so i never find any thing i like anymore unless i look it up onlin eand pay an arm and a leg to get it.

Our local bookstore closed a few years ago, but now we have 2 used bookstores within 15 miles of us.
I also shop at goodwill for books, you never know what you will find there, the paper backs are usually about $1 & hard back books are sometimes $2. The Habitat store in our area also has a decent selection of books. If we want to go to a real bookstore now we have to drive about an hour to go to Books a Million.

We still see some of the ladies who worked at the bookstore. We were there so much that they knew us by name. Of course we did run the anime & manga club in their store. It was sad to see them close. It was a Walden Books. I think they pretty much closed down all of them. It was like losing an old friend. I had been going to that store since before I started school.

Kirin Rosenbaum 02-21-2013 01:15 AM

Oh you're closing? That's so sad.
