For me though, it wasn't really painful, just irritating. If that makes any sense. Not painful enough to warrant my one taken out. xD But enough to put me in a slightly rotten mood whenever it'd decide to move a bit more - which, if I'm going from experience, should be soonish again for me. [headdesk] And it's even worse now that the whole tooth is in, just not totally in. It makes the gums around it ache, and it hurts to open my mouth super wide. :(

There are very few Americans that I can stomach to be perfectly honest (no offence to any here). I mean I have a few good friends that are, but the vast majority are just total morons.
